Abstract
The invention discloses a butterfly-shaped indicating gasket for detecting the torque of a marine flange fastener, which comprises a butterfly-shaped gasket and an indicating ring arranged on the butterfly-shaped gasket, wherein the butterfly-shaped gasket comprises a gasket main body, a butterfly-shaped gland and an indicating structure, a fixing hole is formed in the center of the gasket main body, the butterfly-shaped gland extends from the lower part of the gasket main body along the circumferential direction, the indicating structure extends from the end part of the butterfly-shaped gland along the circumferential direction, and an annular groove used for clamping the indicating ring is formed in the indicating structure. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a butterfly-shaped indicating gasket for testing the torque of a marine flange fastener.
Background
The pipelines in the pipeline system of the ship are usually connected and installed by using flanges, and after bolts and nuts are installed on the flanges and fastened according to the corresponding design requirements of pressure, temperature, medium and the like of the pipeline system (according to the drift diameter of the flange for the ship, the used screw diameter is M27-M56 mm), in order to prevent the leakage phenomenon at the flange connection part, the fastening torque of the bolts and the nuts needs to be checked, and the fastening torque of a fastening piece generally reaches 70% -100% N.M of the rated torque.
The conventional method is to use a torque indicating wrench to check the fastening torque of the fasteners so as to indicate that each pair of threaded fasteners achieves the same and rated torque and ensure the normal use of the pipeline flange (the main purpose is to prevent the flange connection from leaking). The torque test is generally carried out after the pipe system connection is completed.
Because the pipe fittings in the pipeline system are densely arranged, the operation space is limited, and after the pipeline system is connected, the torque inspection is very inconvenient by adopting the traditional torque indicating wrench. After the pipeline flanges are connected in different construction stages and working conditions, although a bolt and nut secondary fastening method can be adopted for verification, various inconveniences (poor secondary fastening working condition and easy 'virtual fastening' phenomenon after fastening) still exist depending on manual operation in practice, and the inspection effect is finally influenced.
The factors influencing the inspection effect mainly include the following:
1. the construction space is limited, and each pair of flanges cannot be inspected one by one after the pipeline systems are connected;
2. different torque indication methods (torque indication wrenches, bolt and nut secondary fastening and the like) of threaded fasteners are needed in different construction stages and under different working conditions, the technical requirements on operators are high, and a uniform and intuitive torque state judgment method is lacked;
3. the pipeline flange installation is carried out by different constructors, and lacks effective, audio-visual inspection means in the fastener installation, leads to the threaded fastener to install the back and can't reach the moment requirement.

The indicating structure 5 extends from the end of the butterfly gland 4 along the circumferential direction, and an annular groove 7 for clamping the indicating ring 2 is formed in the indicating structure 5. And 5: after the flange fasteners are fully tightened, the operator must immediately check and confirm whether the indicator ring 2 has come off the butterfly washer 1 (visual indication).
Step 6: when the pipeline system is inspected, whether the fastening torque of the fastening piece on the flange meets the specified requirements can be judged only by observing the butterfly-shaped indicating washer 11 by naked eyes, the conventional means (torque wrench and secondary fastening) is not required to be adopted for verification one by one, and the inspection process is greatly simplified.
The butterfly indicating washer is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the indicating ring is arranged on the butterfly washer, so that whether the fastening torque of the marine flange threaded fastener reaches the design requirement or not is judged by the breakage of the indicating ring, and the problem that the fastening torque of the flange fastener cannot be detected quickly and intuitively after the pipeline system flange is installed under different stages and working conditions is solved.
