Meanwhile, when the first clamping portion 210 is connected to and relatively fixed to a portion of the hose, another portion of the hose corresponding to the second clamping portion 220 may pass through the second mounting hole 221, and a certain restriction effect may be exerted on the portion of the hose through the second mounting hole 221, that is, the corresponding hose may move within the second mounting hole 221 relative to the first clamping portion 210, and its movement may be restricted by the second mounting hole 221.
Therefore, the hose clamp assembly device 200 can enable the hose connected with the first clamping part 210 and the hose passing through the second clamping part 220 to move relatively within a certain movement range by fixing part of the hose and limiting the movement of the rest of the hose when the hose changes from the inverted state to the upright state in the working process of the rotary drilling machine, and further can avoid the damage of the hose.
Further, in the present embodiment, in order to reduce the assembly difficulty and improve the installation efficiency, the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 are detachably connected when the first clamping portion 210 and the second clamping portion 220 are provided.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, when the first clamping portion 210 is provided, the first clamping portion 210 includes a first pressing plate 212, a second pressing plate 213, a plurality of connecting studs 214, and a pipe clamp 215, and a plurality of first mounting holes 211 are provided in the pipe clamp 215; the first press plate 212 is connected to the first press plate 212 by a plurality of connection studs 214, and the first press plate 212 is spaced apart from the second press plate 213, and a pipe clamp body 215 is disposed at a space between the first press plate 212 and the second press plate 213.
