The rotating shaft sealing element 3 is a rotary rubber sealing ring, so that drilling fluid is prevented from leaking; the distance between the rotary rubber sealing ring and the 5 blades of the turbine is 3-5mm, so that the normal work of the 5 blades of the turbine is ensured, and the damage of the rotary rubber sealing ring is reduced.
And a sealing gasket is arranged between the hollow connecting shaft and the groove on the side wall of the drill rod, so that the integral sealing performance is ensured.
The turbine 5 rotates in the same direction as the drill rod 1.
As shown in FIG. 2, the hydraulic rotary type reamer is symmetrically arranged along the circumference of the section of the drill pipe 1, and two hydraulic rotary type reamers are arranged in the example, and four hydraulic rotary type reamers can also be arranged.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
