Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaning and cotton removal of roving frames, in particular to a cotton collecting and removing system based on a roving frame tour cleaning technology.
Background
In the spinning process, the removal or limitation of fly yarn is a necessary measure for avoiding yarn defects, improving the product quality and improving the labor environment in spinning.
The fly yarn cotton collecting device adopted by the current roving frame mainly comprises a roving itinerant cleaner positioned above a roller drafting zone and a rear cotton collecting device positioned below the roller drafting zone.
The traditional rear cotton collecting device is a main air pipeline arranged in a roller drafting zone, a cotton sucking fan is arranged on one side of the main air pipeline, and fly yarns are sucked into the main air pipeline through pressure difference generated by the cotton sucking fan and then collected. In this way, in order to keep the main air duct having a sufficient pressure difference, the power of the cotton suction fan is very high, and the cotton suction fan needs to be kept in an open state all the time, so that the energy consumption is high.
The post cotton removal system based on roving and roving cleaning technology as disclosed in China patent 201611037361.9 comprises
A frame, the frame is provided with a roller drafting zone along the length direction, the roller of the roving frame is driven by a roller driving shaft; the top end of the frame is provided with a guide rail of a circulating cleaning mechanism;
a round cleaning mechanism comprising a cleaning machine, a waste cotton seat and a waste cotton box; the cleaning machine is arranged on a guide rail at the top end of the machine frame, and is driven by the tour cleaning driving mechanism to reciprocate at the top end of the machine frame along the extending direction of the guide rail; the waste cotton seat is fixedly arranged at one end of a guide rail on the frame; the waste cotton box is placed at the side of the frame; the method is characterized in that:
The cotton collecting machine also comprises a rear cotton collecting mechanism, wherein the rear cotton collecting mechanism comprises a rear cotton collecting groove and a waste cotton conveying belt; the rear cotton collecting groove is arranged along the extending direction of the roller drafting zone; the waste cotton conveying belt is arranged in the rear cotton collecting groove along the extending direction of the rear cotton collecting groove, and a cotton scraping plate is arranged on the waste cotton conveying belt; the end part of the rear cotton collecting groove in the extending direction is provided with a rear cotton collecting outlet which is connected with a waste cotton box of the itinerant cleaning mechanism through a pipeline.
In the above patent, by adopting the form of a rear cotton collecting tank at the rear cotton collecting position, a waste cotton conveying belt which takes the driving of a roller driving shaft as power is arranged in the rear cotton collecting tank, and the waste cotton conveying belt is driven by the roller driving shaft to rotate in the rear cotton collecting tank in a circulating way, so that the waste cotton in the rear cotton collecting tank is scraped to the rear cotton collecting discharge hole through a cotton scraping plate and is sucked into a waste cotton box through a pipeline controlled by an additional fan; although the whole cotton collecting conveyer belt structure adopts the power of a roller area, the additional fans and pipeline mechanisms adopted for sucking and collecting waste cotton are redundant and complicated, and the adopted conveyer belt structure is not beneficial to maintenance and cleaning in a rear cotton collecting groove.
The utility model discloses a roving frame concentrates cotton removal device like 201610002489.5, including removing cotton groove, setting up at the annular belt of removing cotton inslot, be located the cleaning scraper blade of annular belt one end, set up the waste flower discharge port that is located the cleaning scraper blade below at the cotton groove tail end and the tuber pipe that the waste flower discharge port other end is connected to one end and dust removal fan is connected to the one end, cleaning scraper blade's edge is scraped with the surface contact of annular belt and is got.
Said invention adopts the ring-shaped belt to convey waste cotton, and the waste cotton on the belt can be scraped into the air pipe by means of cleaning scraper blade of tail end of cotton-removing groove, and the air force of dust-removing fan can be used for removing waste cotton in the air pipe, so that it can be used for replacing manual collection of waste cotton, and its structure is simple, cotton-removing effect is good, and can save labour force, but it can need additional dust-removing fan to implement waste cotton collection, and although under the general condition several roving frames can be used for collecting waste cotton, it still can need to consume more resources.
