If the wheel 12 continues to wear, only the connection between the gear box 6 and the axle suspension box 3 and the connection between the suspension rod 8 and the framework 1 need to be released, and the first adjusting shim 5 and the second adjusting shim 9 are replaced, namely the thicknesses of the first adjusting shim 5 and the second adjusting shim 9 are changed, which is equivalent to that the relative heights of the rack wheel 2 and the wheel are changed, namely the rack wheel 2 is lifted, and the wheel 12 can be continuously used. By raising the rack wheel 2 multiple times, the service life of the wheel 12 can be extended. The thickness value of the first adjustment pad 5 can be accurately determined from the relative position and the amount of elevation.
