The end clamping mechanism 73 includes a second pressing cylinder 731, a second pressing lever 732, a clamping plate 733, a pulling cylinder 734 and a second auxiliary plate 735, the second auxiliary plate 735 is vertically fixed above the second frame 71 and is located at one end of the pipe body 11 far from the first auxiliary plate 7222, the second pressing lever 732 is hinged to the second auxiliary plate 735 through a horizontal shaft, the clamping plate 733 is located at one end of the second pressing lever 732 close to the second support bracket 711, the clamping plate 733 is connected to the second pressing lever 732 in a sliding manner along an extending direction of the second pressing lever 732, the pulling cylinder 734 is used for driving the clamping plate 733 to move relative to the second pressing lever 732, the second pressing cylinder 731 can drive the second pressing lever 732 to rotate relative to the second auxiliary plate 735, and as shown in fig. 6, a clamping groove 7331 is opened at one side of the clamping plate 733 facing the second support bracket 711.
The forming steps of the tube body 11 are as follows:
s11: placing the lower tube 113 above the second support bracket 711;
s12: starting the plugging cylinder 7211 to push the plugging block 7212 to be plugged into one end of the lower pipe body 113;
s13: the upper pipe body 112 is lapped over the lower pipe body 113, and one end of the upper pipe body 112 is lapped over the insertion block 7212;
s14: starting the first pressing cylinder 7221 to drive the first pressing lever 7223 to rotate relative to the first auxiliary plate 7222, and pressing one end of the upper pipe body 112 to the lower pipe body 113 by using the first pressing block 7224;
s15: the second pressing cylinder 731 is started, the second pressing cylinder 731 drives the second pressing lever 732 to rotate relative to the second auxiliary plate 735, so that the pipe wall of the upper pipe body 112 is inserted into the clamping groove 7331, the pulling cylinder 734 is started to contract, the clamping plate 733 is driven to move relative to the second pressing lever 732, and one end of the upper pipe body 112 is pressed and fixed on the lower pipe body 113;
s16: the upper pipe body 112 and the lower pipe body 113 are welded.
S2: the tubular body 11 is placed over the support bracket 21 and the tubular body 11 is clamped by the first clamping means 3 in cooperation with the support bracket 21. With reference to fig. 2, the specific operations are as follows: firstly, the tube 11 is placed above the support bracket 21, and then the first driving cylinder 311 and the second driving cylinder 321 are started to extend, the first driving cylinder 311 drives the first pressure plate 314 to compress the tube 11 by using the first lever 312, and the second driving cylinder 321 drives the second pressure plate 324 to compress the tube 11 by using the second lever 322.
Before fixing the tube 11, the upper tube 112 should be contacted with the support bracket 21, because the position of the first fixing member 12 and the tube 11 is specific, i.e. the reinforcing rib 122 is connected with the lower tube 113, the subsequent welding of the reinforcing rib 122 and the lower tube 113 is more convenient, and the fixing stability of the first fixing member 12 is also facilitated.
S3: the first fixing member 12, the second fixing member 13 and the third fixing member 14 are respectively clamped and fixed by using the first clamping device 3, the second clamping device 4 and the third clamping device 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the step of clamping the first fixing member 12 is: the first fixing member 12 is attached to the supporting plate 42, the third driving cylinder 44 is started to extend, and the third driving cylinder 44 drives the third lever 43 to rotate relative to the supporting plate 42 so as to drive the third pressure plate 45 to be close to the supporting plate 42 and clamp the first fixing member 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the step of clamping the second fixing member 13 is: firstly, the second fixing member 13 is overlapped above the second supporting portion 51, the fourth driving cylinder 55 is started to extend, and the fourth driving cylinder 55 drives the insertion rod 53 to move towards the second fixing member 13 through the fourth lever 52, so that the insertion rod 53 is inserted into the insertion hole 131.
As shown in fig. 2, the step of clamping the third fixing member 14 is: the third fixing member 14 is placed between the push plate 63 and the tube 11, and the fifth driving cylinder 62 is activated, so that the fifth driving cylinder 62 pushes the push plate 63 to approach the support bracket 21, thereby fixing the third fixing member 14 on the tube 11.
S4: the pipe body 11, the first fixing member 12, the second fixing member 13, and the third fixing member 14 are welded.
