本发明公开了一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置,包括座体,所述座体的一侧设有靠板,所述座体的上侧设有腿部固定板,所述座体靠近腿部固定板的一侧设有矩形通槽,所述矩形通槽之间设有对称分布的两组滑轴,所述滑轴的中间位置设有滑板,所述滑轴靠近滑板的两端均设有弹簧,所述座体靠近滑板的一侧设有柱槽,所述柱槽的内部中间位置设有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆远离座体的一端连接有连接板,通过系带对脚部进行固定,然后通过连接板和滑板的连接与分离从而可以实现对患者的主动和被动训练,可以降低医务人员的劳动强度,靠板一侧设有的背部靠垫可以保护患者背部,使用舒适方便。

一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体为一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置。
背景技术
目前,骨科病人若能充分利用时间于适当场所自发性的适度活动进行复健,从而加快患者的康复速度,但由于骨科病人自身行动不便,所以一般需要医护人员在一旁辅助搀扶,随时注意病人的行走状况,给医务人员加大了工作强度,所以需要一种手足骨科手术后康复装置,但是现有使用的手足骨科手术后康复装置功能单一,无法实现对患者的主动和被动训练,无法降低医务人员的劳动强度。
为此我们提供了一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置,可以实现对患者的主动和被动训练,可以降低医务人员的劳动强度,使用舒适方便,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置,包括座体,所述座体的一侧设有靠板,所述靠板靠近座体的一侧设有背部靠垫,所述座体的上侧设有腿部固定板,所述座体靠近腿部固定板的一侧设有矩形通槽,所述矩形通槽之间设有对称分布的两组滑轴,所述滑轴的中间位置设有滑板,所述滑轴靠近滑板的两端均设有弹簧,所述座体靠近滑板的一侧设有柱槽,所述柱槽的内部中间位置设有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆远离座体的一端连接有连接板,所述座体的外部一侧设有控制开关,所述控制开关的输出端电连接电动伸缩杆的输入端。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述滑板的上侧设有脚部蹬板,所述滑板靠近脚部蹬板的一侧通过三角固定肋连接有脚部支撑板。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述脚部蹬板的上侧设有手部握把,所述手部握把的中间位置设有手部护垫。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述脚部蹬板的两侧设有对称分布的两组滑槽,所述滑槽的中间位置设有滑台,两组滑台之间设有脚部系带。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述滑板靠近连接板的一侧设有连接槽,所述连接板通过紧定螺栓与滑板连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过系带对脚部进行固定,然后通过连接板和滑板的连接与分离从而可以实现对患者的主动和被动训练,可以降低医务人员的劳动强度,靠板一侧设有的背部靠垫可以保护患者背部,使用舒适方便。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置,包括座体1,座体1的一侧设有靠板3,靠板3靠近座体1的一侧设有背部靠垫2,可以对患者背部进行支撑,保护患者背部,座体1的上侧设有腿部固定板9,座体1靠近腿部固定板9的一侧设有矩形通槽,矩形通槽之间设有对称分布的两组滑轴5,滑轴5的中间位置设有滑板7,滑轴5靠近滑板7的两端均设有弹簧11,提供弹性力,使滑板7可以自动回复,座体1靠近滑板7的一侧设有柱槽,柱槽的内部中间位置设有电动伸缩杆6,电动伸缩杆6远离座体1的一端连接有连接板14,滑板7靠近连接板14的一侧设有连接槽12,连接板14通过紧定螺栓13与滑板7连接,滑板7的上侧设有脚部蹬板8,滑板7靠近脚部蹬板8的一侧通过三角固定肋15连接有脚部支撑板10,用于对患者脚部进行支撑,脚部蹬板8的上侧设有手部握把18,手部握把18的中间位置设有手部护垫17,脚部蹬板8的两侧设有对称分布的两组滑槽,滑槽的中间位置设有滑台19,两组滑台19之间设有脚部系带16,座体1的外部一侧设有控制开关4,控制开关4的输出端电连接电动伸缩杆6的输入端。
控制开关4控制电动伸缩杆6的方式采用现有技术。
在使用时:本装置在对患者进行康复治疗时,具有两种模式,第一种是主动康复模式,首先通过紧定螺栓13将连接板14和滑板7固定连接在一起,进行腿部康复时,将脚部至于脚部支撑板10上,然后用脚部系带16对脚部进行固定,进行手部康复时,患者手握手部握把18即可,此时,通过控制开关4控制打开电动伸缩杆6,电动伸缩杆6伸缩推动连接的连接板14移动,连接板14移动带动滑板7移动,从而主动的对患者手足进行康复训练,第二种是被动康复模式,将连接板14和滑板7分开,然后通过滑轴5中间位置设有的弹簧11进行主动康复训练。
本发明通过系带16对脚部进行固定,然后通过连接板14和滑板7的连接与分离从而可以实现对患者的主动和被动训练,可以降低医务人员的劳动强度,靠板3一侧设有的背部靠垫2可以保护患者背部,使用舒适方便。

1.一种新型手足骨科手术后康复装置,包括座体(1),其特征在于:所述座体(1)的一侧设有靠板(3),所述靠板(3)靠近座体(1)的一侧设有背部靠垫(2),所述座体(1)的上侧设有腿部固定板(9),所述座体(1)靠近腿部固定板(9)的一侧设有矩形通槽,所述矩形通槽之间设有对称分布的两组滑轴(5),所述滑轴(5)的中间位置设有滑板(7),所述滑轴(5)靠近滑板(7)的两端均设有弹簧(11),所述座体(1)靠近滑板(7)的一侧设有柱槽,所述柱槽的内部中间位置设有电动伸缩杆(6),所述电动伸缩杆(6)远离座体(1)的一端连接有连接板(14),所述座体(1)的外部一侧设有控制开关(4),所述控制开关(4)的输出端电连接电动伸缩杆(6)的输入端,所述滑板(7)的上侧设有脚部蹬板(8),所述滑板(7)靠近脚部蹬板(8)的一侧通过三角固定肋(15)连接有脚部支撑板(10),所述脚部蹬板(8)的上侧设有手部握把(18),所述手部握把(18)的中间位置设有手部护垫(17),所述脚部蹬板(8)的两侧设有对称分布的两组滑槽,所述滑槽的中间位置设有滑台(19),两组滑台(19)之间设有脚部系带(16),所述滑板(7)靠近连接板(14)的一侧设有连接槽(12),所述连接板(14)通过紧定螺栓(13)与滑板(7)连接;
本装置在对患者进行康复治疗时,具有两种模式,第一种是被动康复模式,首先通过紧定螺栓(13)将连接板(14)和滑板(7)固定连接在一起,进行腿部康复时,将脚部至于脚部支撑板(10)上,然后用脚部系带(16)对脚部进行固定,进行手部康复时,患者手握手部握把(18)即可,此时,通过控制开关(4)控制打开电动伸缩杆(6),电动伸缩杆(6)伸缩推动连接的连接板(14)移动,连接板(14)移动带动滑板(7)移动,从而主动的对患者手足进行康复训练,第二种是主动康复模式,将连接板(14)和滑板(7)分开,然后通过滑轴(5)中间位置设有的弹簧(11)进行主动康复训练。
