Description of the embodiments
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a water quenching apparatus for heat treatment of high-speed hot rolled thin steel wires is characterized in that: the cooling device comprises a cooling box 1, wherein a cooling component 2 is installed in the cooling box 1, a steel wire 14 penetrates through the cooling component 2, the cooling component 2 is fixedly welded in the cooling box 1 through a cooling support 3, the cooling component 2 is composed of a positioning mold core 4 arranged at the end part and a cooling nozzle 5 assembled in a cooling pipe 7, the cooling pipe 7 is provided with an overflow port 6, the cooling nozzle 5 is composed of an air inlet pipe 8, a water inlet pipe 9, an air cavity 10, an atomization plate 11, a water-air mixing cavity 12 and a spray nozzle 13, the air cavity 10 and the water-air mixing cavity 12 are divided into two cavities in the cooling nozzle 5, the air cavity 10 is connected with the air inlet pipe 8, the water inlet pipe 9 is connected with the water-air mixing cavity 12, the spray nozzle 13 is arranged around the steel wire 14 in the middle part, and the air cavity 10 is separated from the water-air mixing cavity 12 through the atomization plate 11.
The cooling box 1 is provided with three.
Technical principle: the invention adopts the circulating cooling water to cool and quench the steel wire, and has the advantages of high cooling speed which reaches 400 ℃ per second in the cooling process, and the water is a safe and efficient quenching cooling medium. The water mist does not contain harmful substances after the water is vaporized, so the water is an ideal cooling medium, according to researches, the water is vaporized in three states, bubbles are formed after the water contacts with the steel wire, the blocking of the bubbles influences the water cooling capacity, and the bubbles have strong heat absorption capacity after being broken.
The air inlet pipe 8 above the cooling nozzle 5 is connected with compressed air, the air inlet pressure is 0.2Mpa, the water inlet pipe 9 is connected with the circulating cooling water of the water pump, the water inlet pressure is 0.2Mpa, the air inlet pressure or the water inlet pressure can be independently regulated according to the cooling requirement, and the air inlet pressure and the water inlet pressure can be simultaneously regulated. Compressed air entering the air cavity is pressed into the water-air mixing cavity through the porous plate, the compressed air is injected into water to change the water into a gas-liquid mixture, and when the gas-liquid two-phase mixture is sprayed out through the nozzle, water mist liquid particles are split to be contacted with the steel wire, and the smaller the particles of the liquid particles are, the better the cooling effect is.
