Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械,具体说是伸缩式锥间融合器,其包括驱动装置和可置于两脊椎之间的中空外柱体,该外柱体内设置有一内柱体,所述驱动装置驱动该内柱体伸出或缩回该外柱体,所述内外柱体的周壁均开具有数个通孔。在手术过程中,本发明可通过驱动装置驱动内柱体伸长或缩短,达到实时调节融合器整体长度的目的,克服了现有技术中固定长度融合器的存在的不足,大大提高手术的便利性和融合器的适应性。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械,具体涉及锥间融合器。
背景技术
现有的锥间融合器的外形近似于一个具有一定厚度的长方体,长方体的长边按脊椎端面的生理曲线设计。在手术时,将这种锥间融合器放入两节脊椎之间,使该锥间融合器的长方体的长边接触脊椎端面,然后植入同种异体。这种锥间融合器不仅与脊椎端面的接触面积较小、稳定性较差,而且融合器的长度固定,手术时只能选择合适的固定长度的型号,其适应性较差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构稳定的伸缩式锥间融合器。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:伸缩式锥间融合器,包括驱动装置和可置于两脊椎之间的中空外柱体,该外柱体内设置有一内柱体,所述驱动装置驱动该内柱体伸出或缩回该外柱体,所述内外柱体的周壁均开具有数个通孔。
作为优选,所述驱动装置包括沿内柱体外侧壁竖直固定设置的齿条和设置在内外柱体之间与该齿条啮合的齿轮,该齿轮的中心轴线与内柱体的直径重合,该齿轮通过设置在外柱体外侧壁上的转动帽带动转动,转动的齿轮驱动齿条带动内柱体伸出或缩回。
作为优选,在所述外柱体外侧壁位于转动帽一侧设置有锁紧转动帽的锁紧螺钉。
作为优选,所述外柱体外侧壁径向开具有一安装孔,一转轴一端穿过该安装孔与所述齿轮固定连接,该转轴另一端与设置在安装孔内的所述转动帽固定连接。
作为优选,在所述外柱体外侧壁径向设置有一凹槽,该凹槽一侧开口并与所述安装孔相通;所述凹槽内安装所述锁紧螺钉,该锁紧螺钉的螺帽为偏心螺帽,转动该锁紧螺钉可使偏心螺帽抵靠在所述转动帽侧壁。
作为优选,所述转轴为空心转轴,在所述外柱体上与所述齿条对称的侧壁沿轴向设有一排外孔,所述内柱体周壁对称开设有两个内孔,一紧固螺钉依次穿过转动帽、转轴、齿轮、两个内孔可与对应的外孔螺纹连接。
作为优选,在外柱体下端和内柱体上端分别固定设置有一支撑板,每一支撑板上开具有微孔。
作为优选,每一所述支撑板与脊椎的接触面呈外凸的弧形。
作为优选,每一所述支撑板的外径大于所述外柱体的外径。
作为优选,所述齿条为平行设置的两根,所述齿轮设置于该两根齿条之间并分别与该两根齿条啮合。
从以上技术方案可知,在手术过程中,本发明可通过驱动装置驱动内柱体伸长或缩短,达到实时调节融合器整体长度的目的,克服了现有技术中固定长度融合器的存在的不足,大大提高手术的便利性和融合器的适应性。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1详细介绍本发明的伸缩式锥间融合器,其包括驱动装置1和可置于两脊椎之间的中空外柱体2,该外柱体内设置有一内柱体3,所述驱动装置驱动该内柱体伸出或缩回该外柱体,通过内柱体伸出或缩回实现融合器的长度调节,提高融合器的适应性;所述内外柱体的周壁均开具有数个通孔4,一方面可减轻融合器的重量,另一方面有利于植骨。
本发明的驱动装置1包括沿内柱体外侧壁竖直固定设置的齿条11和设置在内外柱体之间与该齿条啮合的齿轮12,该齿轮的中心轴线与内柱体的直径重合,不仅有利于安装,而且可保证内柱体伸缩过程的受力均衡;该齿轮通过设置在外柱体外侧壁上的转动帽13带动转动,转动的齿轮驱动齿条带动内柱体伸出或缩回,从而实现内柱体的伸缩。
在实施过程中,为了使得内柱体伸长或缩短后稳定地处于固定位置,在所述外柱体外侧壁位于转动帽一侧设置有锁紧转动帽的锁紧螺钉5,从而防止转动帽继续转动。具体来说,所述外柱体外侧壁径向开具有一安装孔14,一转轴15一端穿过该安装孔与所述齿轮固定连接,该转轴另一端与设置在安装孔内的所述转动帽固定连接。本发明通过转动帽带动转动旋转,进而使得齿轮旋转,转动帽可采用内六角螺帽等。
在本发明中,在所述外柱体外侧壁径向设置有一凹槽6,该凹槽一侧开口并与所述安装孔相通;所述凹槽内安装所述锁紧螺钉,该锁紧螺钉的螺帽为偏心螺帽,转动该锁紧螺钉可使偏心螺帽抵靠在所述转动帽侧壁,从而达到锁紧转动帽的目的,防止其继续转动。
为了进一步提高融合器的稳定性,本发明还采用如下方式:所述转轴为空心转轴,在所述外柱体上与所述齿条对称的侧壁沿轴向设有一排外孔7,所述内柱体周壁对称开设有两个内孔8,一紧固螺钉9依次穿过转动帽、转轴、齿轮、两个内孔可与对应的外孔螺纹连接。在手术过程中,可先在手术脊椎之间放置本融合器,然后用给工具转动所述转动帽,使内柱体伸缩;当内柱体达到合适的长度后,转动所述锁紧螺钉,使其偏心螺帽抵紧转动帽,然后***紧固螺钉,使内柱体支撑更加稳定。本发明通过锁紧螺钉和紧固螺钉双重支撑内柱体,使其伸长后始终保持稳定的支撑状态,不仅可提高融合器的稳定性;而且使融合器的受力更加均匀,生物力学分布更加合理。
在本发明中,在外柱体下端和内柱体上端分别固定设置有一支撑板21,从而增大融合器与脊椎端面的接触面积;每一支撑板上开具有微孔22,便于骨长入融合器;且每一所述支撑板与脊椎的接触面呈外凸的弧形,弧形表面分布数个所述微孔,使表面形成毛糙面,进一步增强融合器的稳定性,防止融合器脱落;每一所述支撑板的外径大于所述外柱体的外径,一方面可保证支撑板与脊椎端面的接触面积比柱体与椎端面的接触面积大,另一方面可保证融合器受力均匀,提高稳定性。本发明的支撑板可采用BNP材料制成,使得融合器与脊椎端面保持柔性接触,可防止骨吸收塌陷。在实施过程中,为了保证齿轮齿条的受力平衡,所述齿条为平行设置的两根,所述齿轮设置于该两根齿条之间并分别与该两根齿条啮合。

Claims (10)
1.伸缩式锥间融合器,其特征在于:包括驱动装置和可置于两脊椎之间的中空外柱体,该外柱体内设置有一内柱体,所述驱动装置驱动该内柱体伸出或缩回该外柱体,所述内外柱体的周壁均开具有数个通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括沿内柱体外侧壁竖直固定设置的齿条和设置在内外柱体之间与该齿条啮合的齿轮,该齿轮的中心轴线与内柱体的直径重合,该齿轮通过设置在外柱体外侧壁上的转动帽带动转动,转动的齿轮驱动齿条带动内柱体伸出或缩回。
3.根据权利要求2所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:在所述外柱体外侧壁位于转动帽一侧设置有锁紧转动帽的锁紧螺钉。
4.根据权利要求3所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:所述外柱体外侧壁径向开具有一安装孔,一转轴一端穿过该安装孔与所述齿轮固定连接,该转轴另一端与设置在安装孔内的所述转动帽固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:在所述外柱体外侧壁径向设置有一凹槽,该凹槽一侧开口并与所述安装孔相通;所述凹槽内安装所述锁紧螺钉,该锁紧螺钉的螺帽为偏心螺帽,转动该锁紧螺钉可使偏心螺帽抵靠在所述转动帽侧壁。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:所述转轴为空心转轴,在所述外柱体上与所述齿条对称的侧壁沿轴向设有一排外孔,所述内柱体周壁对称开设有两个内孔,一紧固螺钉依次穿过转动帽、转轴、齿轮、两个内孔可与对应的外孔螺纹连接。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:在外柱体下端和内柱体上端分别固定设置有一支撑板,每一支撑板上开具有微孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:每一所述支撑板与脊椎的接触面呈外凸的弧形。
9.根据权利要求7所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:每一所述支撑板的外径大于所述外柱体的外径。
10.根据权利要求2至5中任意一项所述锥间融合器,其特征在于:所述齿条为平行设置的两根,所述齿轮设置于该两根齿条之间并分别与该两根齿条啮合。
