The clamping device 20 comprises a first sliding rod 204, a hollow handle 205 and a first spring 206, an arc-shaped hole 201 is formed in the left side of the first swinging rod 19, the lower portion of the arc-shaped plate 17 penetrates through the arc-shaped hole 201, a clamping groove 202 is formed in the lower portion of the left side of the arc-shaped plate 17, a guide hole 203 is transversely formed in the left side of the first swinging rod 19, the first sliding rod 204 is arranged in the guide hole 203 in a sliding mode, the right side of the first sliding rod 204 is clamped in the clamping groove 202, the hollow handle 205 is arranged at the left end of the first sliding rod 204, and the first spring 206 is connected between the left side of the first sliding rod 204 and the left side of the hollow handle 205.

When the sweet potatoes are needed to be rubbed, the device can be used, firstly, a user puts a collecting frame right below the right side of a filter plate 3, then puts the sweet potatoes to be rubbed into a roller 8 through a third through hole 6 and a fourth through hole 9, starts a water pump 14 to work, the water pump 14 pumps clean water into a first water pipe 15 through a second water pipe 16, the clean water is pumped into the roller 8 through the first water pipe 15, when a proper amount of clean water is filled in the roller 8, the water pump 14 is closed, the user can start a motor 12, the motor 12 rotates to drive a second gear 13 to rotate, the second gear 13 rotates to drive a first gear 10 to rotate, the first gear 10 rotates to drive the roller 8 to rotate through a rotating shaft 7, so that the sweet potatoes in the roller 8 are rubbed, after a period of rubbing, when the fourth through hole 9 rotates to be right above the second through hole 501, the motor 12 is closed, the second gear 13 stops rotating, so that the roller 8 stops rotating, the user pushes the clamping device 20, the clamping device 20 drives the first swing rod 19 to rotate clockwise, the first swing rod 19 rotates clockwise to drive the support plate 21 to move downwards, the support plate 21 moves downwards to drive the first leather pad 22 and the second leather pad 23 to move downwards, the second through hole 501 is further opened, water in the roller 8 flows to the ground through the second through hole 501 and the filter plate 3, sweet potatoes fall onto the filter plate 3 through the second through hole 501 and fall into the collection frame through the filter plate 3, when all sweet potatoes in the roller 8 fall into the collection frame, the clamping device 20 is pushed, the first swing rod 19 drives the support plate 21 to move upwards to block the second through hole 501, the user starts the motor 12 again, the motor 12 rotates to drive the second gear 13 to rotate, the second gear 13 rotates to drive the first gear 10 to rotate, so as to drive the roller 8 to rotate, when the fourth through hole 9 on the roller 8 rotates to be right below the third through hole 6, and (4) turning off the motor 12, and repeating the operations if the sweet potatoes need to be scrubbed.
After the sweet potatoes in the roller 8 are scrubbed, a user can pull the hollow handle 205 to move left, the hollow handle 205 moves left to drive the first slide bar 204 to move left, the first spring 206 is stretched, when the first slide bar 204 moves left and is separated from the clamping groove 202, the user can push the hollow handle 205 to move up, the hollow handle 205 moves up to drive the first swing bar 19 to rotate clockwise, the first swing bar 19 rotates clockwise to drive the support plate 21 to move down, the support plate 21 moves down to drive the first leather pad 22 and the second leather pad 23 to move down, the second through hole 501 is opened, when all the sweet potatoes fall to the collection frame, the hollow handle 205 is pushed down, the hollow handle 205 moves down to drive the support plate 21 to move up through the first swing bar 19, the second through hole 501 is closed, the user can loosen the hollow handle 205, the first spring 206 drives the hollow handle 205 to reset, so that the right side of the first slide bar 204 is caught in the catch groove 202, thereby fixing the first swinging lever 19.
When the cylinder 8 rotates, the cylinder 8 drives the cover plate 24 to rotate, the cover plate 24 rotates to drive the roller 27 to rotate through the second supporting rod 26, when the roller 27 rotates to contact with the inner wall of the barrel 5, the roller 27 presses the cover plate 24 to move downwards through the second supporting rod 26, so that the cover plate 24 is located in the fourth through hole 9, the torsion spring 25 is compressed, along with continuous rotation of the cylinder 8, when the roller 27 rotates to not contact with the inner wall of the barrel 5, the torsion spring 25 drives the cover plate 24 to reset. Therefore, the small sweet potatoes can be prevented from falling out of the fourth through holes 9 in the rotation process of the sweet potatoes, and the rubbing process of the sweet potatoes is influenced.
In the process of rubbing sweet potatoes, the sweet potatoes are rubbed more cleanly due to the continuous contact of the sweet potatoes and the first rubbing plate 29, and the second spring 30 plays a role in buffering.
With the continuous rotation of the roller 8, the sweet potatoes also continuously rotate, when the sweet potatoes are contacted with the second washboard 36, the second washboard 36 moves inwards to drive the second slide bar 35 to move inwards, the third spring 34 is compressed, when the sweet potatoes are not contacted with the second washboard 36, the third spring 34 drives the second washboard 36 to reset through the second slide bar 35, and with the continuous friction between the sweet potatoes and the second washboard 36, the sweet potatoes are more cleanly scrubbed, so that the scrubbing time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
