技术领域
本发明公开了我厂用PET薄膜废料采用化学还原制备PBT原料的方法。
技术背景
众所周知,现有的PET薄膜废料除极少量的被人们采用物理的再生造粒方法利用外,回收后既不能回用,也不能直接再加工,只能当垃圾填埋或焚烧。既浪费土地资源还会造成第二次污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的缺陷,从根本上完全消除这种落后的处理方式,彻底解决第二次污染。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样的:
本发明是将废PET薄膜用丁二醇加温溶化后,经过过滤后再脱色、提纯,加催化剂聚合成PBT。
具体实施方式
对本发明所述的这种废PET薄膜化学还原制备PBT原料的方法,结合具体实施例,对其技术方案详细叙述如下,但该实施方式不应理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
本发明所述的这种PET薄膜废料化学还原制备PBT原料的方法,先将分选好的PET薄膜废料粉碎成100mm大小碎片,用加温220℃的丁二醇溶化。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,将溶化好的液体中渣滓过滤干净。
实施例3:
在实施例2的基础上,将渣滓过滤干净的溶液用碳粉进行更细致过滤,将溶液中的油墨、色素等过滤干净。
实施例4:
在实施例3的基础上,将细滤溶液用过滤机进行精滤,用吸收器把溶液中重金属离子等分离出来。
实施例5:
在实施例4的基础上,将精滤的溶液再用提纯设备提纯,使溶液中的重金属离子等分离干净。
实施例6:
在实施例5的基础上,在纯净溶液中加入适量催化剂,进行缩聚聚合成纯度及佳的PBT产品。

Claims (6)

1.本发明所述的这种PET薄膜废料化学还原制备PBT原料的方法,先将分选好的PET薄膜废料粉碎成100mm大小碎片,用加温220℃的丁二醇溶化。
2.根据权利要求1,将溶化好的液体中渣滓过滤干净。
3.根据权利要求1和2,将渣滓过滤干净的溶液用碳粉进行更细致过滤,将溶液中的油墨、色素等过滤干净。
4.根据权利要求1-3,将细滤溶液用过滤机进行精滤,用吸收器把溶液中重金属离子等分离出来。
5.根据权利要求1-4,将精滤的溶液再用提纯设备提纯,使溶液中的重金属离子等分离干净。
6.根据权利要求1-5,在纯净溶液中加入适量催化剂,进行缩聚聚合成纯度及佳的PBT产品。
