Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, a hinged portion for being hinged to a pot body is arranged on an inner cover 1, a rotary slider 3, an uncovering transmission assembly connected with the rotary slider 3, an uncovering button 6 and an uncovering buckle 10 are mounted on the inner cover 1, and the uncovering button 6 is used for driving the uncovering transmission assembly and the uncovering buckle 10 to move when being pressed; the pot cover 2 is installed at 1 inboard of inner cup and is linked to each other with rotating slider 3, and cover opening button 6 is when being pressed, and cover opening transmission assembly receives the pushing action of cover opening button 6 to drive rotating slider 3 rotatory, makes rotating slider 3 drive pot cover 2 rotatory to the unblock position that breaks away from the hasp with the pot body, and the position of uncapping that the buckle 10 was removed to breaking away from the lock with the pot body to the pushing action that receives cover opening button 6.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the lid opening transmission assembly includes a lid opening driving rod 5 rotatably connected to the inner lid 1, and a lid opening link 4 connected to the lid opening driving rod 5, the lid opening link 4 being slidably connected to the rotary slider 3, the lid opening driving rod 5 being rotated by the pushing action of the lid opening button 6 and driving the lid opening link 4 to move, so that the lid opening link 4 drives the rotary slider 3 to rotate.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 7, the inner lid 1 is provided with an open-lid drive rod limiting column 14, and the open-lid drive rod 5 is mounted on the open-lid drive rod limiting column 14 and can rotate around the open-lid drive rod limiting column 14; be equipped with the spacing post 15 of connecting rod direction of uncapping on the inner cup 1, be equipped with first direction spout 42 on the connecting rod 4 of uncapping, the spacing post 15 of connecting rod direction of uncapping is located first direction spout 42, and connecting rod 4 of uncapping is under the rotatory drive of the actuating lever 5 of uncapping, when the direction opposite with the push button 6 of pressing down is gliding, by-pass the spacing post 15 deflection of connecting rod direction of uncapping.

Still further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first protruding column 51 is arranged on the lid opening driving rod 5, a first sliding slot 61 is arranged on the lid opening button 6, the first protruding column 51 is movably installed in the first sliding slot 61, and the lid opening button 6 drives the first protruding column 51 to rotate by taking the lid opening driving rod limiting column 14 as an axis when being pressed.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, a cover closing operation key and a cover closing transmission assembly connected to the rotating slider 3 are installed on the inner cover 1, and the cover closing transmission assembly is configured to drive the rotating slider 3 to rotate in a reverse direction when the cover closing operation key is operated, so that the rotating slider 3 drives the pot cover 2 to rotate in the reverse direction to a locking position where the pot body is locked, and the rotating slider 3 drives the cover opening button 6 to move in a reverse direction of the pressing direction and reset.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the cover closing operation key is a cover closing button 9, and the cover closing transmission assembly is used for being pushed by the cover closing button 9 when the cover closing button 9 is pressed to drive the rotating slider 3 to rotate reversely.
The cover closing function is realized by pressing the cover closing button 9, so that the operation is more convenient; specifically, when the cover needs to be closed, the cover closing button 9 is pressed (in order to ensure that the rotary slide block 3 has enough rotary stroke to press the cover closing button 9 to the bottom), the cover closing button 9 drives the cover closing transmission assembly to drive the rotary slide block 3 to rotate reversely under the pushing action of the cover opening button 6, so that the rotary slide block 3 drives the cover 2 to rotate to the locking position of the pot body lock catch, and meanwhile, the rotary slide block 3 drives the cover opening button 6 to move and reset along the reverse direction of the pressing direction; the cover opening action and the cover closing action adopt a button pressing mode, so that the operation is more convenient.
Of course, the cover closing operation key is not limited to the cover closing button 9, and the cover closing operation key may also be of a rotating hand structure, and the rotating slider 3 is driven to rotate by using the rotating hand structure, so that the function of driving the rotating slider 3 to rotate reversely by operating the cover closing operation key can also be realized.

The motion track of the cover closing connecting rod 7 is limited by the cover closing connecting rod guide limiting column 17 arranged on the inner cover 1, the backward pushing action of the cover closing button 9 is converted into the forward moving action of the cover closing connecting rod 7, and the rotating slide block 3 is pulled to rotate reversely by the cover closing connecting rod 7; because the connection point of the cover closing connecting rod 7 and the cover closing driving rod 8 rotates by taking the cover closing driving rod limiting column 16 as an axis, the connection point of the cover closing connecting rod 7 and the cover closing driving rod 8 forms a circular arc-shaped motion track, the cover closing connecting rod 7 slides along the direction opposite to the pressing direction of the cover closing button 9 under the driving of the rotation of the cover closing driving rod 8, and deflects around the cover closing connecting rod guiding limiting column 17, so that the normal action of the cover closing connecting rod 7 is ensured.
Still further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a second protruding column 81 is disposed on the cover closing driving rod 8, a second sliding slot 91 is disposed on the cover closing button 9, the second protruding column 81 is movably mounted in the second sliding slot 91, and the cover closing button 9 drives the second protruding column 81 to rotate around the cover closing driving rod limiting column 16 as an axis when being pressed.
Through the cooperation of second projection 81 and second spout 91, realize closing the linear motion of covering button 9 and convert into the rotary motion of closing the lid actuating lever 8, ensure the normal action of closing the lid mechanism.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the cover closing button 9 includes a second pressing portion and a second plate-shaped portion connected to the second pressing portion, and the second sliding groove 91 is disposed on the second plate-shaped portion.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the open-cover link 4 and the close-cover link 7 are arranged in parallel with each other.
The cover opening connecting rod 4 and the cover closing connecting rod 7 are arranged in parallel, so that the movement of the whole mechanism is more stable, the stability of the cover opening and closing action is ensured, and the arrangement of the whole mechanism is simpler and more reasonable.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the lid closing button 9 and the lid opening button 6 are arranged side by side up and down, and the lid opening button 6 is located below the lid closing button 9.

Embodiments of a second aspect of the present invention provide a pressure cooking appliance comprising: the pan body assembly (not shown) is the upper cover assembly of any of the above embodiments, and the upper cover assembly can be arranged on the pan body assembly in an openable and closable manner.
The pressure cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects of the upper cover assembly of any embodiment because the pressure cooking appliance comprises the upper cover assembly of any embodiment.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the pressure cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker. Of course, the pressure cooking appliance can be other pressure cooking products, and the pressure cooking appliance is within the protection scope of the invention as long as the pressure cooking appliance does not depart from the design concept of the invention.
In summary, according to the upper cover assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cover can be rotated and unlocked and the cover can be opened and closed to be released together by simply pressing the cover opening button, so that the cover opening function is realized; the cover closing function can be realized by simply pressing the cover closing button, so that the cover opening and closing operation is more convenient.
