Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of a method of controlling a cooking machine according to the present invention, the cooking machine including a weighing module, includes:
step S10, acquiring the weight of the food material detected by the weighing module;
this weight detection module can set up in the bottom of the heating container of cooking machine, and this weight detection module can detect the weight of heating container and edible material simultaneously to directly reject the weight of heating container after detecting the weight, the weight that finally obtains is the weight of eating the material, and edible material in this embodiment includes all edible materials that the heating container put into, including the water of putting into promptly. The food materials of the food processor can be put into the food processor according to different categories in sequence, and all the food materials can also be put into the food processor at the same time.
It can be understood that a user can select a corresponding recipe before starting cooking, for example, select a corresponding recipe in a control interface of a cooking machine or select a recipe through a corresponding key, after selecting a recipe, obtain food materials contained in the recipe and obtain a standard weight corresponding to the food materials, prompt the user to put in the food materials with the standard weight through a display screen or voice, and the like, and after the user puts in the food materials, a confirmation control can be triggered, and when the confirmation control is triggered, the weight of the food materials detected by the weighing module can be obtained. The cooking machine can recommend recipes to a user according to information such as user preferences, current time or festivals, when confirmation information of the recommended recipes is detected, food materials contained in the recipes are acquired, standard weight corresponding to the food materials is acquired, the user is prompted to put the food materials with the standard weight through a display screen or voice and the like, a confirmation control can be triggered after the user puts the food materials, and when the confirmation control is detected to be triggered, the weight of the food materials detected by the weighing module can be acquired.
Step S20, acquiring the weight of the standard food material corresponding to the food material;
the standard food material weight in this embodiment may be a standard food material weight of a certain gear, for example, the standard wiping weight corresponds to the number of people, or the standard food material weight may correspond to a recipe.
Step S30, obtaining a cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the weight of the food material and the weight of the standard food material, so as to control the cooking machine to operate according to the cooking curve.
It can be understood that the cooking curve includes at least one of a heating power curve, a heating time curve and a motor speed curve, and when the cooking curve includes the motor speed curve, the cooking machine includes a motor and a stirring structure connected to the motor, and the motor drives the stirring structure to rotate. Heating power of the steerable cooking machine of heating power curve, through the adjustable heating temperature of control heating power, this heating power can include the bottom heating power and the lateral part heating power of cooking machine to the realization is to the bottom of cooking machine and the separately controlled of lateral part temperature, improves heating efficiency, the steerable motor speed of motor speed curve, because the motor is connected with the stirring structure, so the rotational speed of stirring structure can further be adjusted to the rotational speed through the adjustment motor. It will be appreciated that cooking by a cooking machine typically includes multiple stages, such as a cooking stage and a juicing stage, and that the cooking profile may include two stages.
In this embodiment, a cooking curve can be determined by a weight difference or a first weight ratio between the detected weight of the food material and the weight of the standard food material, and the specific implementation process is as follows:
1) determining a cooking curve according to the weight difference, namely step S30 includes:
acquiring the weight difference of the weight of the standard food material corresponding to the food material;
and acquiring a cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the weight difference so as to control the cooking machine to operate according to the cooking curve.
Every recipe all corresponds there is the multiunit culinary art curve, and the weight difference that every group culinary art curve corresponds is different, and every recipe all corresponds the mapping relation between multiunit weight difference and the culinary art curve promptly, obtains this mapping relation according to the recipe after, obtains the culinary art curve that the weight difference corresponds according to this mapping relation.
It is understood that a plurality of weight difference intervals may be provided, that is, the step of obtaining the cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the weight difference includes: acquiring a weight difference interval in which the weight difference is positioned; and acquiring a cooking curve corresponding to the weight difference interval. Each recipe corresponds to a mapping relation between a plurality of groups of weight difference intervals and the cooking curves, when the weight difference is obtained, the weight difference interval where the weight difference is located can be obtained, and the corresponding cooking curve is determined according to the mapping relation between the weight difference interval corresponding to the currently selected recipe and the cooking curve.
2) Determining the cooking curve according to the first weight ratio, i.e., step S30 includes:
obtaining a first weight ratio between the weight of the food material and the weight of a standard food material;
and acquiring a cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the first weight ratio so as to control the cooking machine to operate according to the cooking curve.
Each recipe corresponds to a plurality of groups of cooking curves, the first weight ratios corresponding to each group of cooking curves are different, namely each recipe corresponds to a mapping relation between the plurality of groups of first weight ratios and the cooking curves, and after the mapping relation is obtained according to the recipes, the cooking curves corresponding to the first weight ratios are obtained according to the mapping relation.
It is understood that a plurality of first weight ratio intervals may be provided, that is, the step of obtaining the cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the first weight ratio includes: acquiring a first weight ratio interval in which the first weight ratio is located; and acquiring a cooking curve corresponding to the first weight ratio interval. Each recipe corresponds to a mapping relation between a plurality of groups of first weight ratio intervals and a cooking curve, when the first weight ratio is obtained, the first weight ratio interval where the first weight ratio is located can be obtained, and the corresponding cooking curve is determined according to the mapping relation between the first weight ratio interval corresponding to the currently selected recipe and the cooking curve.
The method for detecting the weight of the food materials can comprise multiple modes, 1) the weight of the food materials can be detected at the same time, namely, a user can put the food materials into the food materials at the same time, the user starts to confirm information after putting the food materials into the food materials, and the weight information detected by the weight detection module is obtained at the moment; 2) the method comprises the steps of sequentially detecting the weight of each food material put in, namely after a user selects a recipe, sequentially outputting food material weight prompt information by a display screen of a cooking machine to prompt the user to put in the corresponding food material, detecting whether the user puts in the food material after outputting the weight prompt information every time, obtaining the weight of the food material detected by a weight detection module after detecting that the user puts in the food material, storing the weight of the food material and the food material information in a related mode, obtaining the weight of each food material put in after putting in all the food materials, and determining a corresponding cooking curve according to the weight of each food material and the standard food material weight corresponding to the recipe. For example, in the process of cooking green pepper fried meat, a user is prompted to put 500g of meat with a standard weight, the weight detection module detects that the weight of the put meat is 400g, then the user is prompted to put 300g of green pepper, the weight detection module obtains that the weight of the green pepper is 100g, and a corresponding cooking curve can be obtained according to the weight difference between the green pepper and the standard weight of pork.
It can be understood that, when the cooking curves corresponding to the stages of putting different food materials are different, after putting different food materials, the weight of the currently-put food material and the standard food material weight of the cooking curve in the cooking process of the food materials are obtained, when the next food material is put in, the prompt message of putting the next food material is output, and when the next food material is put in by the user, the current cooking curve is determined according to the currently-put food material and the standard weight and the weight of the previously-put food material and the standard weight of the previously-put food material, that is, meat is firstly put into the cooking machine, the weight of meat is 400g (the standard weight of meat in the recipe is 500g), the cooking curve in the first stage is determined according to the weight difference of 100g between 500g and 400g or according to the weight ratio of 0.8, and then green pepper is put into the cooking machine when the meat is cooked for eight minutes, the weight of green pepper is obtained, the weight of 100g (the standard weight of green pepper in the recipe is 300g), the cooking curve for the second stage is determined according to the weight difference of 200g and 100g, or the cooking curve for the second stage is determined according to the weight ratio of 0.8 and 0.33.
The above two manners are merely examples of the distance implementation manner for obtaining the cooking curve according to the weight of the food material and the weight of the standard food material, and the manner for obtaining the cooking curve is not limited.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, the weight of the food material detected by the weighing module is acquired, the cooking curve of the cooking machine is acquired according to the weight of the food material and the weight of the standard food material, the cooking machine is controlled to operate according to the cooking curve, the cooking curve of the cooking machine is related to the weight of the food material and the weight of the standard food material, and when the weight of the food material put into the cooking machine by a user has a deviation, the cooking curve is adjusted according to the deviation, so that the cooking effect is better.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the method for controlling a cooking machine according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S20 is preceded by:
step S40, acquiring a currently selected recipe, and acquiring the weight of a standard food material corresponding to the recipe;
the step S30 includes:
step S31, obtaining the cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the recipe, the food material weight and the standard food material weight.
Step S40 may be before or after step S10, and fig. 3 is only one implementation and does not limit the scope of protection.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure the cooking effect, when the weight of the cooking food material has deviation, the amount of the seasoning can be correspondingly adjusted, that is, the amount of the standard seasoning corresponding to the recipe is obtained; obtaining the current amount of the seasoning according to the weight of the food material, the weight of the standard food material and the amount of the standard seasoning; and outputting the prompt information of the amount of the seasonings according to the amount of the seasonings.
The seasoning amount can be obtained according to the ratio or difference between the weight of the food material and the weight of the standard food material, and the specific implementation mode is as follows:
A) the step of obtaining the amount of the seasoning according to the difference value, namely obtaining the current amount of the seasoning according to the weight of the food material, the weight of the standard food material and the amount of the standard seasoning, comprises the following steps:
acquiring the weight difference of the weight of the standard food material corresponding to the food material;
and acquiring the current amount of the seasoning according to the weight difference and the standard amount of the seasoning.
The weight difference is related to the adjustment value of the standard condiment dosage, the adjustment value of the standard condiment dosage is obtained according to the weight difference, and the current condiment dosage is obtained according to the adjustment value and the standard condiment dosage.
B) Determining the cooking curve according to the first weight ratio, i.e., step S30 includes:
obtaining a first weight ratio between the weight of the food material and the weight of a standard food material;
and acquiring the current amount of the seasoning according to the first weight ratio and the standard amount of the seasoning.
The product of the first weight ratio and the standard amount of flavoring may be used as the current amount of flavoring.
The above two manners are merely examples of the distance implementation manner for obtaining the cooking curve according to the weight of the food material and the weight of the standard food material, and the manner for obtaining the cooking curve is not limited.
Every recipe all corresponds there is the multiunit culinary art curve, and the weight difference or the first weight ratio that every group culinary art curve corresponds are different, and every recipe all corresponds the mapping relation between multiunit weight difference or first weight ratio and the culinary art curve promptly, obtains the culinary art curve that weight difference or first weight ratio correspond according to this mapping relation after obtaining this mapping relation according to the recipe.
In the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment, the recipe and the cooking curve are combined, so that the accuracy of controlling the cooking machine is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the control method of the cooking machine of the present invention is proposed based on the first or second embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S10 includes:
step S11, detecting the weight of each food material put in sequence;
step S12, taking the sum of the detected weights as the food material weight, wherein the standard food material weight is the sum of the standard weights of the food materials.
The food materials sequentially put by the user can be related to the currently selected recipe, the user can sequentially put the food materials according to the recipe prompting sequence, and the standard weight corresponding to the total weight can be the sum of the standard weights of the food materials in the recipe.
It can be understood that, if the cooking requirements, such as cooking time and heating power, corresponding to different food materials may be different, the cooking curve may be determined according to the first weight ratio of the various food materials, that is, the step of obtaining the cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the weight difference includes: obtaining a second weight ratio of each food material put in; and acquiring a cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the second weight ratio, the food material weight and the standard food material weight.
The step of obtaining a cooking curve of the cooking machine from the second weight ratio, the food material weight and a standard food material weight may comprise obtaining a first weight ratio of the food material weight and a standard food material weight; acquiring a cooking curve according to the second weight ratio and the first weight ratio; or alternatively. The step of obtaining a cooking curve of the cooking machine from the second weight ratio, the food material weight and a standard food material weight may comprise obtaining a weight difference of the food material weight and the standard food material weight; and acquiring a cooking curve according to the second weight ratio and the weight difference.
The mapping relation between the second weight ratio and the cooking curve can be obtained according to the first weight ratio, and the cooking curve corresponding to the second weight ratio is obtained according to the mapping relation; or, obtaining a mapping relationship between the second weight ratio and the cooking curve according to the weight difference, and obtaining the cooking curve corresponding to the second weight ratio according to the mapping relationship, where the mapping relationship may also be related to the currently selected recipe, and is not repeated again.
According to the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment, the weight detection after the food materials are sequentially put in is limited, and the cooking curve is determined according to the second weight ratio of each food material, so that the control on the cooking machine is more flexible.
Further, a third embodiment of the control method of the cooking machine of the present invention is proposed based on the first or second embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S30 includes:
detecting the bottom temperature of the cooking machine in real time or at regular time;
and when the bottom temperature is higher than the preset temperature, reducing the bottom heating power of the cooking machine.
The temperature sensor can be arranged at the bottom of the cooking machine, when the temperature of the bottom is higher than the preset temperature, the cooking machine is likely to be burnt, the temperature of the bottom of the cooking machine can be reduced at the moment, namely, the heating power of the bottom is reduced, the heating power of the side part can be improved while the heating power of the bottom is reduced, and the heat of the cooking machine is ensured. The possibility of pot pasting is strongly related to the food material, and the preset temperature can be determined according to the currently selected recipe.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, at higher cryogenic temperatures, the rotational speed of the motor can be increased to turn over the food material in the cooking machine, reducing the possibility of pan pasting.
In addition, the invention also provides a cooking machine, which comprises a memory, a processor and a control program of the cooking machine, wherein the control program is stored on the memory and can run on the processor; the control program of the cooking machine, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the control method of the cooking machine as described in the above embodiments.
