At present, when an LED power supply drives an LED to illuminate, the LED lamp reaches maximum brightness instantly after being electrified because the output voltage is built for too short, so that the LED power supply stimulates and hurts eyes (especially in dark scenes); meanwhile, as the power supply is started quickly, impact current is formed on the lamp beads, the instantaneous temperature rises rapidly, physical changes of thermal expansion and cold contraction are generated, and the service life of the lamp beads is influenced.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the LED illumination power supply eye protection soft start control circuit which can enable light to be gently and slowly increased to the maximum brightness, so that the eyes are protected in an adaptive time and effectively, and meanwhile, current impact on the lamp beads is reduced.
