本发明提出一种结构简单、生产成本低,使用寿命长,开或关时,无刮伤、卡住和擦伤的上装式双阀座锥形球阀,阀体上固定设置有壳体,阀杆可转动穿设于壳体,壳体上可转动设置有套轴,套轴与壳体之间设置有防止套轴上下滑移的限位装置,阀杆侧面开设有外螺纹,套轴开设有与螺杆相匹配的螺纹孔供阀杆穿过,壳体内沿左右可滑移设置有移动柱,移动柱可与套轴相连动,阀杆上固定设置有转子,转子的自由端开设有V型槽,移动柱设置于V型槽内,壳体上设置有用于驱动移动柱滑移的驱动装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及上装式双阀座锥形球阀。
背景技术
截止阀又称截门阀,属于强制密封式阀门,所以在阀门关闭时,必须向阀瓣施加压力,以强制密封面***漏。当介质由阀瓣下方进入阀门时,操作力所需要克服的阻力,是阀杆和填料的摩擦力与由介质的压力所产生的推力,关阀门的力比开阀门的力大,所以阀杆的直径要大,否则会发生阀杆顶弯的故障。双阀座截止阀是指有内外两个阀座的截止阀。内部的小阀座是用于启动时候减压的,开启时先开启小阀座,等阀压增大到一定水平后,大阀座会很容易打开。一般用在压力较高,公称直径较大的阀门上。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种结构简单、生产成本低,使用寿命长,开或关时,无刮伤、卡住和擦伤的上装式双阀座锥形球阀。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为: 上装式双阀座锥形球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上开设有进水通道与出水通道,所述阀***于所述进水通道与出水通道之间开设有阀座,所述阀座上可升降并可旋转设置有用于控制流体的锥形阀板,所述锥形阀板开设有流体通道,所述球形阀板上端部固定设置有阀杆,所述阀体上开设有通孔供所述阀杆上端部穿出,所述阀体上固定设置有壳体,所述阀杆可转动穿设于所述壳体,所述壳体上可转动设置有套轴,所述套轴与壳体之间设置有防止套轴上下滑移的限位装置,所述阀杆侧面开设有外螺纹,所述套轴开设有与螺杆相匹配的螺纹孔供所述阀杆穿过,所述壳体内沿左右可滑移设置有移动柱,所述移动柱可与所述套轴相连动,所述阀杆上固定设置有转子,所述转子的自由端开设有V型槽,所述移动柱设置于所述V型槽内,所述壳体上设置有用于驱动所述移动柱滑移的驱动装置。
进一步改进的是:所述移动柱下端部固定设置有滑块,所述壳体上沿左右方向延伸设置有若干导杆,所述滑块上设置有若干导向孔供所述导杆穿过。
进一步改进的是:所述套轴上固定设置有手柄,所述手柄自由端铰接有连杆,所述连杆自由端与所述移动柱相铰接。
进一步改进的是:所述阀杆包括上阀杆与下阀杆,所述下阀杆的下端部与所述锥形阀杆的上端部固定连接,所述下阀杆的上端部穿出所述阀体,所述上阀杆可转动穿设于所述壳体,所述上阀杆的下端部穿出所述壳体,所述上阀杆的下端部与下阀杆的上端部通过联轴节相连接,所述壳体与阀体之间设置有连接套,所述连接套的上端部与下端部分别与壳体及阀体固定连接,所述联轴节设置于所述连接套内。
进一步改进的是:所述锥形阀板的直径从上到下逐渐减小。
进一步改进的是:所述锥形阀板与阀体之间具有可连通进水通道与出水通道的流体间隙。
进一步改进的是:所述锥形阀板的下端部固定设置有转轴,所述阀体的下端部开设有开孔,所述转轴的下端部可转动并可滑移设置于所述开孔内。
进一步改进的是:所述转子的自由端左右两外侧设置有调节螺杆,所述转子上开设有螺纹孔供所述调节螺杆穿入,所述调节螺杆的自由端可抵至于所述壳体。
进一步改进的是:所述壳体的上端面固定设置有用于显示所述锥形阀板状态的指示针,所述指示针与所述阀杆相连动。
进一步改进的是:所述壳体上可转动设置有螺杆,所述滑块上开设有螺纹孔供所述螺杆穿过,所述驱动装置为电机,所述电机的壳体固定设置于所述壳体,所述电机的驱动轴与所述螺杆固定连接。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:1、在开或关的时,无擦伤、卡住及摩擦,提高使用寿命,增加密封性;2、可精准控制,可应用于流量调节、压力调节;3、操作简便,在长时间关闭的状态下,可以轻松开启;4、自我冲洗管路设计,适用范围广;5、避免气蚀现象,进一步提高使用寿命。

实施例一:
参考图1至图4本发明实施例所揭示的是上装式双阀座锥形球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体包括主阀体13、所述阀盖14通过螺栓固定设置于所述主阀体13上端部,所述主阀体13上开设有进水通道11与出水通道12,所述主阀体13位于所述进水通道11与出水通道12之间开设有阀座,所述阀座上可升降并可旋转设置有用于控制流体的锥形阀板2,所述锥形阀板2的直径从上到下逐渐减小,所述锥形阀板2开设有流体通道21,所述球形阀板上端部固定设置有下阀杆22,所述阀盖14上开设有通孔供所述下阀杆22上端部穿出,所述阀盖14的上端面固定设置有连接套23,所述连接套23通过螺栓与所述阀盖14连接,所述连接套23的上端部通过螺栓固定设置有壳体3,所述壳体3内可转动穿设有上阀杆31,所述上阀杆31的下端部穿出所述壳体3,所述上阀杆31的下端部与下阀杆22的上端部通过联轴节221相连接,所述联轴节221设置于所述连接套23内,所述壳体3上可转动设置有套轴322,所述套轴322上固定设置有手柄321,所述手柄321自由端铰接有连杆32,所述套轴322固定设置有两个限位环323,两个所述限位环323分别设置于壳体3的上方与下方,两个所述限位环323与壳体3相贴合防止套轴322上下滑移,所述上阀杆31侧面开设有外螺纹,所述套轴322开设有与螺杆35相匹配的螺纹孔供所述上阀杆31穿过,所述壳体3内沿左右可滑移设置有滑块33,所述壳体3上沿左右方向延伸平行设置有两根导杆34,所述滑块33上设置有两个导向孔供所述导杆34穿过,所述壳体3上可转动设置有螺杆35,所述滑块33上开设有螺纹孔供所述螺杆35穿过,所述壳体3上固定设置有电机(图中未示出),所述电机的壳体固定设置于所述壳体3,所述电机的驱动轴与所述螺杆35固定连接,所述滑块33的上端面固定设置有移动柱331,所述阀杆上固定设置有转子37,所述转子37的自由端开设有V型槽372,所述移动柱331设置于所述V型槽372内,移动柱331可与V型槽372的两内面相接触,当滑块33滑动,移动柱331通过推动转子37从而驱动上阀杆31转动,上阀杆31转动带动下阀杆22转动,进而控制锥形阀板2的转动;所述滑块33的下端面固定设置有销轴332,所述销轴332可转动设置穿设于所述连杆32的自由端。
为了加强阀门的密封性,避免阀门关闭时有污物停留在锥形阀板2与主阀体13之间,导致锥形阀板2与主阀体13之间密封不严,并且为了加大锥形阀板2被举升时的过水效率,所述锥形阀板2与主阀体13之间具有可连通进水通道11与出水通道12的流体间隙131。
为了提高锥形阀板2活动时的稳定性:所述锥形阀板2的下端部固定设置有转轴24,所述阀体的下端部开设有开孔,所述转轴24的下端部可转动并可滑移设置于所述开孔内。
为了提高上装式双阀座锥形球阀截止流体的准确性,所述转子37的自由端左右两外侧设置有调节螺杆371,所述转子37上开设有螺纹孔供所述调节螺杆371穿入,所述调节螺杆371的自由端可抵至于所述壳体3,通过调整调节螺杆371的伸出长度,可准确调整锥形阀板2左右旋转的最大角度,即调整锥形阀板2关停上装式双阀座锥形球阀时的最佳角度。
为了方便操作人员了解上装式双阀座锥形球阀的工作状态,所述壳体3的上端面固定设置有用于显示所述锥形阀板2状态的指示针36,所述指示针36与所述上阀杆31相连动,指示针36可以方便得得知上装式双阀座锥形球阀的开关状态。
本发明上装式双阀座锥形球阀,如图3所示为阀门开启状态,当电机正转带动滑块33向左滑移,移动柱331推动V型槽372的左端面,驱动上阀杆31转动,同时作用于连杆32及手柄321,套轴322正向转动,带动锥形阀板2向下移动,当左边的调节螺杆371抵至与壳体3时,锥形阀板2的下端部密封所述流体间隙131,锥形阀板2密封所述阀座,截止流体,阀门关闭。上装式双阀座锥形球阀关闭状态下,开启电机反转滑块33向右滑移,作用于连杆32及手柄321,套轴322反向转动,带动锥形阀板2向上滑动,锥形阀板2与阀座脱离接触,避免擦伤,此时锥形阀板2的下端部脱离阀座,流体间隙131与进水通道11及出水通道12相连通,两边的水压差减小,滑块33向右滑移的初期,滑动柱并不会与V型槽372的右内端面向接触,此时流体通道21不与进水通道11及出水通道12相连通,流体通过流体间隙131通过,减小进水通道11级出水通道12两侧的压力差后,当滑动柱推动V型槽372的右内端面推动锥形阀板2旋转,使得流体通道21与进水通道11及出水通道12相连通,上装式双阀座锥形球阀开启。
上装式双阀座锥形球阀开启时,锥形阀板2首先上升,脱离与阀座的接触,转动更加轻便,避免刮伤、卡住与摩擦,提高了耐用性及密封性。
基于前述方案,实际操作中,所述驱动装置也可以是气缸,所述气缸的缸体与壳体3固定连接,所述气缸的驱动杆与滑动柱固定连接,所述导杆34也可以是三根或者两根。
实施例二
基于前述方案,参考图5,所述滑动块上固定设置有齿排1’,所述齿排1’沿左右方向延伸设置,所述套轴322上固定套设有齿轮2’,所述齿轮2’与所述齿排1’相啮合。

1.上装式双阀座锥形球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上开设有进水通道与出水通道,所述阀***于所述进水通道与出水通道之间开设有阀座,所述阀座上可升降并可旋转设置有用于控制流体的锥形阀板,所述锥形阀板开设有流体通道,所述锥形阀板上端部固定设置有阀杆,所述阀体上开设有通孔供所述阀杆上端部穿出,其特征在于:所述阀体上固定设置有壳体,所述阀杆可转动穿设于所述壳体,所述壳体上可转动设置有套轴,所述套轴与壳体之间设置有防止套轴上下滑移的限位装置,所述阀杆侧面开设有外螺纹,所述套轴开设有与螺杆相匹配的螺纹孔供所述阀杆穿过,所述壳体内沿左右可滑移设置有移动柱,所述移动柱可与所述套轴相连动,所述阀杆上固定设置有转子,所述转子的自由端开设有V型槽,所述移动柱设置于所述V型槽内,所述壳体上设置有用于驱动所述移动柱滑移的驱动装置;
所述移动柱下端部固定设置有滑块,所述壳体上沿左右方向延伸设置有若干导杆,所述滑块上设置有若干导向孔 供所述导杆穿过;
