Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a welding net frame positioning device for a roof of a large-span building, aiming at the defects, and aims to solve the problems that the welding net frame of the existing high-rise building needs high-altitude welding, is high in construction difficulty, low in efficiency and low in precision. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the welding ball net rack positioning device for the roof of the large-span building comprises a plurality of ball supporting units 1 and a plurality of connecting mechanisms 6; the ball supporting unit 1 comprises a ball supporting adjusting mechanism 2, a height adjusting mechanism 3 and a supporting seat 4; the ball supporting adjusting mechanism 2 comprises a cylindrical shell 21, a large bevel gear disc 22, six supporting claws 23 and three small bevel gears 24; three small bevel teeth 24 capable of rotating in the axis of the cylindrical shell 21 are arranged on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell; the three small bevel gears 24 are meshed with the bottom of the large bevel gear disk 22 and are used for driving the large bevel gear disk 22 to rotate in the cylindrical shell 21; the top of the large bevel gear 22 is provided with a plane thread; the bottom of the supporting claw 23 is provided with bottom teeth which are matched with the plane threads; when the large conical fluted disc 22 rotates in the cylindrical shell 21, the six supporting claws 23 simultaneously approach to or separate from the center of the large conical fluted disc 22, and are used for adjusting the optimal supporting ball position according to the size of the welding ball 5; the height adjusting mechanism 3 comprises a stud 31 and an internal thread cylinder 32; the stud 31 is fixed at the bottom of the cylindrical shell 21, and can be screwed into or out of an internal thread cylinder 32 arranged on the supporting seat 4 to adjust the height of the supporting ball adjusting mechanism 2; the connecting mechanism 6 comprises two collars 61 and a connecting rod 62; the collar 61 is rotatably sleeved in a ring groove arranged on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell 21; the two ends of the connecting rod 62 are respectively hinged with the two lantern rings 61. According to the structure, for the welded ball net frames with various shapes, the welded ball net frames can be well constructed and welded on the ground and then hung on a roof, so that high-altitude welding is avoided, and the construction difficulty is reduced; when the welding ball net frame is welded on the ground, the three-dimensional space position of each welding ball 5 is determined firstly, one welding ball 5 is supported by one ball supporting unit 1, the ball supporting adjusting mechanism 2 is used for adapting to the welding balls 5 with different sizes, the optimal ball supporting position is adjusted according to the size of the welding ball 5, the welding balls are supported better, and the compatibility is strong; the height adjusting mechanism 3 is used for adjusting the heights of the welding ball 5 and the platform, and the supporting seat 4 is used for supporting the ball supporting unit 1 on the platform; since the support seat 4 moves, the relative positions of the welding balls 5 cannot be accurately determined, in order to relatively determine the positions of the welding balls 5, for example, in a pair of welding balls 5, a collar 61 is rotatably sleeved in a ring groove formed in the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell 21 on a corresponding pair of ball supporting units 1 below the pair of welding balls 5, and two ends of the connecting rod 62 are hinged with the two collars 61 respectively, so that the positions of the pair of ball supporting units 1, namely, the positions of the pair of welding balls 5, can be relatively determined; when one welding ball 5 is connected with a plurality of welding balls 5 through steel pipes, a plurality of ring grooves from top to bottom are formed in the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell 21, a lantern ring 61 is arranged on each ring groove, each lantern ring 61 is connected with the corresponding lantern ring 61 through a connecting rod 62, and a plurality of ball supporting units 1 and a plurality of connecting mechanisms 6 form a supporting net structure similar to a welding net frame, so that even if the ball supporting units 1 move, the whole welding net frame is uniquely determined only on a platform; the positions of a plurality of welding balls 5 of the welding ball net frame are determined, so that the welding ball net frame can be easily welded according to the designed modeling; the ball supporting unit 1 can adapt to various irregularly-shaped welding ball net frames and support welding balls 5 with various sizes, and can be repeatedly used and arranged in an adjustment way; the principle of adjusting the adaptive size of the ball supporting adjusting mechanism 2 is as follows: three small bevel gears 24 capable of rotating by the axis of the small bevel gears 24 are arranged on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell 21, the three small bevel gears 24 are meshed with the bottom of the large bevel gear disk 22 to drive the large bevel gear disk 22 to rotate in the cylindrical shell 21, planar threads are arranged at the top of the large bevel gear disk 22, bottom teeth are arranged at the bottom of the supporting claws 23, the bottom teeth are matched with the planar threads, and when the large bevel gear disk 22 rotates in the cylindrical shell 21, the six supporting claws 23 are simultaneously close to or far away from the center of the large bevel gear disk 22 to adjust the optimal supporting ball position according to the size of the welding ball 5; the principle of the height adjusting mechanism 3 for adjusting the adaptive height dimension is as follows: comprises a stud 31 and an internal thread cylinder 32; the stud 31 is fixed at the bottom of the cylindrical housing 21, and can adjust the height of the welding ball 5 by screwing in or screwing out an internal thread cylinder 32 provided on the support base 4.
Further, a hinge mechanism 63 is fixed on the collar 61; the hinge mechanism 63 comprises a hinge seat 64, a lock box 65, a bolt 66, a bolt limiting lug 67 and a bolt spring 68; the lock box 65 is fixed on one side of the hinge seat 64; the bolt spring 68 is sleeved on the bolt 66 and is arranged in the lock box 65; the bolt limiting lug 67 is fixed on the bolt 66; the latch spring 68 is compressed between the inner wall of the lock case 65 and the latch stop tab 67, so that the latch 66 maintains a tendency to be inserted into the hinge seat 64 and one end of the connecting rod 62. As can be seen from the above structure, the hinge mechanism 63 is fixed on the collar 61, and since the angle of the relative position of the pair of welding balls 5 is uncertain, the collar 61 is rotatably sleeved in the annular groove provided on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical housing 21, and only by rotating the collar 61, one end of the connecting rod 62 is hinged on one hinge mechanism 63 to deflect up and down, and the other end of the connecting rod 62 is hinged on the other hinge mechanism 63, so that the connecting rod 62 is easily hinged with the two collars 61, and the adjustment is convenient; the connecting rod 62 is detachably hinged with the hinging mechanism 63, when the hinging mechanism is detached, the latch 66 is pulled outwards, the latch spring 68 is compressed for storing energy, the latch 66 is separated from the hinging seat 64, and one end of the connecting rod 62 is separated from the hinging seat 64; during installation, one end of the connecting rod 62 is inserted into the hinging seat 64, the bolt 66 is loosened, the bolt 66 is inserted into the hinging seat 64 and one end of the connecting rod 62 under the action of the bolt spring 68, and the detachable connection mode can be used for quickly connecting the ball supporting units 1 into a supporting net.
Further, the height adjusting mechanism 3 further comprises an outer cylinder 33; the outer cylinder 33 is fixed at the bottom of the cylindrical shell 21, and the stud 31 is arranged in the outer cylinder 33; the stud 31 and the outer cylinder 33 are coaxial, and a certain gap exists between the stud 31 and the outer cylinder 33; the gap is used to accommodate the internal thread cylinder 32 when the stud 31 is screwed into the internal thread cylinder 32. As is clear from the above-described structure, when the stud 31 is screwed into the female screw tube 32, the screw tube 32 is accommodated between the stud 31 and the outer tube 33, the outer tube 33 protects the surface of the stud 31 from cleaning, and the degree of height adjustment is easily seen even when the relative distance between the outer tube 33 and the female screw tube 32 is changed.
Further, the height adjusting mechanism 3 further comprises a compression spring 34; the compression spring 34 is sleeved on the outer cylinder 33 and compressed between the cylindrical shell 21 and the supporting seat 4. As can be seen from the above structure, the compression spring 34 has a spreading force between the cylindrical housing 21 and the support seat 4, and the force makes the stud 31 have an outward pulling force relative to the internal thread cylinder 32, so that the stud 31 is reliably screwed into the internal thread cylinder 32 to perform height adjustment.
Further, the outer wall of the internal thread cylinder 32 is provided with an elevation scale line 35; the bottom edge of the outer cylinder 33 is matched with an elevation scale line 35 for determining the height of the supporting ball adjusting mechanism 2. From the above structure, the bottom edge of the outer cylinder 33 can be accurately adjusted to the required height by matching with the elevation scale line 35.
Further, the supporting claw 23 is provided with a rubber layer 25 on the contact surface with the welding ball 5; the rubber layer 25 is used for increasing the adhesion force of the supporting claw 23 and the welding ball 5. As is clear from the above structure, the welding ball 5 may slip and rotate, which affects the welding efficiency, and the bonding force between the holding claw 23 and the welding ball 5 is increased by the rubber layer 25, so that the welding ball 5 does not move at will.
Further, the cylindrical shell 21 is provided with guide grooves which are radially distributed; the guide groove is used for moving in cooperation with the supporting claw 23; the side surface of the supporting claw 23 is provided with an indicating needle; the cylindrical shell 21 is provided with radial scale lines 26 along the guide grooves; the pointer cooperates with a radial dimension line 26 to determine the extent to which the holding pawl 23 is moved toward or away from the center of the large conical toothed disc 22. As can be seen from the above structure, when the large bevel gear plate 22 rotates in the cylindrical housing 21, the six holding claws 23 simultaneously move toward or away from the center of the large bevel gear plate 22 and move along the guide grooves; the pointer cooperates with the radial dimension line 26 to precisely know the extent to which the holding pawl 23 is moved toward or away from the center of the large conical toothed disc 22.
Further, the six supporting claws 23 and the three small bevel gears 24 are uniformly distributed at intervals; the outer end of the small bevel gear 24 is provided with an inner four-corner sleeve. According to the structure, the four-corner sleeve is convenient to connect with the manual rotating head, and the optimal ball supporting position is quickly adjusted according to the size of the welding ball 5.

1. the invention discloses a welding ball net rack positioning device for a large-span building roof, which belongs to the field of construction of high-large building roofs and comprises a plurality of ball supporting units and a plurality of connecting mechanisms; the ball supporting unit comprises a ball supporting adjusting mechanism, a height adjusting mechanism and a supporting seat; the ball supporting adjusting mechanism comprises a cylindrical shell, a large conical fluted disc, six supporting claws and three small conical teeth; three small bevel gears drive the large bevel gear disk to rotate in the cylindrical shell, and six supporting claws simultaneously approach or keep away from the center of the large bevel gear disk; the height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the height of the supporting ball adjusting mechanism; the connecting mechanism comprises two lantern rings and a connecting rod; the lantern ring is rotatably sleeved in an annular groove arranged on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell; two ends of the connecting rod are respectively hinged with the two lantern rings. The positioning device for the welding ball net rack for the roof of the large-span building can be used for carrying out rapid positioning welding on the ground according to the irregular shape of the welding ball net rack of the large-span building, and improves the working efficiency and the connection precision.

A hinge mechanism 63 is fixed on the lantern ring 61; the hinge mechanism 63 comprises a hinge seat 64, a lock box 65, a bolt 66, a bolt limiting lug 67 and a bolt spring 68; the lock box 65 is fixed on one side of the hinge seat 64; the bolt spring 68 is sleeved on the bolt 66 and is arranged in the lock box 65; the bolt limiting lug 67 is fixed on the bolt 66; the latch spring 68 is compressed between the inner wall of the lock case 65 and the latch stop tab 67, so that the latch 66 maintains a tendency to be inserted into the hinge seat 64 and one end of the connecting rod 62. According to the structure, for the welded ball net frames with various shapes, the welded ball net frames can be well constructed and welded on the ground and then hung on a roof, so that high-altitude welding is avoided, and the construction difficulty is reduced; when the welding ball net frame is welded on the ground, the three-dimensional space position of each welding ball 5 is determined firstly, one welding ball 5 is supported by one ball supporting unit 1, the ball supporting adjusting mechanism 2 is used for adapting to the welding balls 5 with different sizes, the optimal ball supporting position is adjusted according to the size of the welding ball 5, the welding balls are supported better, and the compatibility is strong; the height adjusting mechanism 3 is used for adjusting the heights of the welding ball 5 and the platform, and the supporting seat 4 is used for supporting the ball supporting unit 1 on the platform; since the support seat 4 moves, the relative positions of the welding balls 5 cannot be accurately determined, in order to relatively determine the positions of the welding balls 5, for example, in a pair of welding balls 5, a collar 61 is rotatably sleeved in a ring groove formed in the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell 21 on a corresponding pair of ball supporting units 1 below the pair of welding balls 5, and two ends of the connecting rod 62 are hinged with the two collars 61 respectively, so that the positions of the pair of ball supporting units 1, namely, the positions of the pair of welding balls 5, can be relatively determined; when one welding ball 5 is connected with a plurality of welding balls 5 through steel pipes, a plurality of ring grooves from top to bottom are formed in the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell 21, a lantern ring 61 is arranged on each ring groove, each lantern ring 61 is connected with the corresponding lantern ring 61 through a connecting rod 62, and a plurality of ball supporting units 1 and a plurality of connecting mechanisms 6 form a supporting net structure similar to a welding net frame, so that even if the ball supporting units 1 move, the whole welding net frame is uniquely determined only on a platform; the positions of a plurality of welding balls 5 of the welding ball net frame are determined, so that the welding ball net frame can be easily welded according to the designed modeling; the ball supporting unit 1 can adapt to various irregularly-shaped welding ball net frames and support welding balls 5 with various sizes, and can be repeatedly used and arranged in an adjustment way; the principle of adjusting the adaptive size of the ball supporting adjusting mechanism 2 is as follows: three small bevel gears 24 capable of rotating by the axis of the small bevel gears 24 are arranged on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell 21, the three small bevel gears 24 are meshed with the bottom of the large bevel gear disk 22 to drive the large bevel gear disk 22 to rotate in the cylindrical shell 21, planar threads are arranged at the top of the large bevel gear disk 22, bottom teeth are arranged at the bottom of the supporting claws 23, the bottom teeth are matched with the planar threads, and when the large bevel gear disk 22 rotates in the cylindrical shell 21, the six supporting claws 23 are simultaneously close to or far away from the center of the large bevel gear disk 22 to adjust the optimal supporting ball position according to the size of the welding ball 5; the principle of the height adjusting mechanism 3 for adjusting the adaptive height dimension is as follows: comprises a stud 31 and an internal thread cylinder 32; the stud 31 is fixed at the bottom of the cylindrical housing 21, and can adjust the height of the welding ball 5 by screwing in or screwing out an internal thread cylinder 32 provided on the support base 4.
A hinge mechanism 63 is fixed on the lantern ring 61; the hinge mechanism 63 comprises a hinge seat 64, a lock box 65, a bolt 66, a bolt limiting lug 67 and a bolt spring 68; the lock box 65 is fixed on one side of the hinge seat 64; the bolt spring 68 is sleeved on the bolt 66 and is arranged in the lock box 65; the bolt limiting lug 67 is fixed on the bolt 66; the latch spring 68 is compressed between the inner wall of the lock case 65 and the latch stop tab 67, so that the latch 66 maintains a tendency to be inserted into the hinge seat 64 and one end of the connecting rod 62. As can be seen from the above structure, the hinge mechanism 63 is fixed on the collar 61, and since the angle of the relative position of the pair of welding balls 5 is uncertain, the collar 61 is rotatably sleeved in the annular groove provided on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical housing 21, and only by rotating the collar 61, one end of the connecting rod 62 is hinged on one hinge mechanism 63 to deflect up and down, and the other end of the connecting rod 62 is hinged on the other hinge mechanism 63, so that the connecting rod 62 is easily hinged with the two collars 61, and the adjustment is convenient; the connecting rod 62 is detachably hinged with the hinging mechanism 63, when the hinging mechanism is detached, the latch 66 is pulled outwards, the latch spring 68 is compressed for storing energy, the latch 66 is separated from the hinging seat 64, and one end of the connecting rod 62 is separated from the hinging seat 64; during installation, one end of the connecting rod 62 is inserted into the hinging seat 64, the bolt 66 is loosened, the bolt 66 is inserted into the hinging seat 64 and one end of the connecting rod 62 under the action of the bolt spring 68, and the detachable connection mode can be used for quickly connecting the ball supporting units 1 into a supporting net.
The height adjusting mechanism 3 further comprises an outer cylinder 33; the outer cylinder 33 is fixed at the bottom of the cylindrical shell 21, and the stud 31 is arranged in the outer cylinder 33; the stud 31 and the outer cylinder 33 are coaxial, and a certain gap exists between the stud 31 and the outer cylinder 33; the gap is used to accommodate the internal thread cylinder 32 when the stud 31 is screwed into the internal thread cylinder 32. As is clear from the above-described structure, when the stud 31 is screwed into the female screw tube 32, the screw tube 32 is accommodated between the stud 31 and the outer tube 33, the outer tube 33 protects the surface of the stud 31 from cleaning, and the degree of height adjustment is easily seen even when the relative distance between the outer tube 33 and the female screw tube 32 is changed.
The height adjusting mechanism 3 further includes a compression spring 34; the compression spring 34 is sleeved on the outer cylinder 33 and compressed between the cylindrical shell 21 and the supporting seat 4. As can be seen from the above structure, the compression spring 34 has a spreading force between the cylindrical housing 21 and the support seat 4, and the force makes the stud 31 have an outward pulling force relative to the internal thread cylinder 32, so that the stud 31 is reliably screwed into the internal thread cylinder 32 to perform height adjustment.
The outer wall of the internal thread cylinder 32 is provided with an elevation scale line 35; the bottom edge of the outer cylinder 33 is matched with an elevation scale line 35 for determining the height of the supporting ball adjusting mechanism 2. From the above structure, the bottom edge of the outer cylinder 33 can be accurately adjusted to the required height by matching with the elevation scale line 35.
The supporting claw 23 is provided with a rubber layer 25 on the contact surface with the welding ball 5; the rubber layer 25 is used for increasing the adhesion force of the supporting claw 23 and the welding ball 5. As is clear from the above structure, the welding ball 5 may slip and rotate, which affects the welding efficiency, and the bonding force between the holding claw 23 and the welding ball 5 is increased by the rubber layer 25, so that the welding ball 5 does not move at will.
The cylindrical shell 21 is provided with guide grooves which are distributed radially; the guide groove is used for moving in cooperation with the supporting claw 23; the side surface of the supporting claw 23 is provided with an indicating needle; the cylindrical shell 21 is provided with radial scale lines 26 along the guide grooves; the pointer cooperates with a radial dimension line 26 to determine the extent to which the holding pawl 23 is moved toward or away from the center of the large conical toothed disc 22. As can be seen from the above structure, when the large bevel gear plate 22 rotates in the cylindrical housing 21, the six holding claws 23 simultaneously move toward or away from the center of the large bevel gear plate 22 and move along the guide grooves; the pointer cooperates with the radial dimension line 26 to precisely know the extent to which the holding pawl 23 is moved toward or away from the center of the large conical toothed disc 22.
The six supporting claws 23 and the three small bevel gears 24 are uniformly distributed at intervals; the outer end of the small bevel gear 24 is provided with an inner four-corner sleeve. According to the structure, the four-corner sleeve is convenient to connect with the manual rotating head, and the optimal ball supporting position is quickly adjusted according to the size of the welding ball 5.
