A tool for mounting and dismounting a pick-and-place head, comprising: comprises a mounting seat (1), a linear guide rail (2), a tray (3) and a positioning clamping piece (4); the upper end of the mounting seat (1) is matched with a mounting rack (9) of the picking and placing head; the mounting seat (1) is parallel to the axial direction of the picking and placing head, the linear guide rail (2) is mounted on one side of the lower end of the mounting seat (1), the tray (3) is matched with the linear guide rail (2), the positioning clamping piece (4) is mounted above the tray (3) and arranged in parallel to the tray (3), and the positioning clamping piece (4) and the tray (3) can slide on the linear guide rail (2) together; a positioning hole (11) is formed in the tray (3), and a suction nozzle placing groove (5) is formed in the center of the tray (3); the tray is characterized in that a sliding connecting block (10) is arranged on the linear guide rail (2), the sliding connecting block (10) slides on the linear guide rail (2), and the tray (3) and the positioning clamping piece (4) are fixedly arranged on the sliding connecting block (10).
