本发明涉及一种集尘盒，该集尘盒设置于扫地机器人中，并且通过吸尘口将经过的灰尘吸入集尘空间中，并且该集尘盒盖体上设置的第一密封槽及第二密封槽与盒体及过滤部的边缘接合，以形成更具气密效果的集尘空间。

集尘盒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集尘盒，特别涉及一种可以增强吸尘效果并且能够更有效地集尘的一种盒体。
背景技术
一般来说，现行大部分扫地机器人中所设置的集尘盒，大多是对付灰尘及细小杂物的最佳利器，而扫地机器人的清扫原理主要是借助抽气风扇的转动，使机器人内部的集尘装置形成负压状态而产生向内吸力，借以吸走附着于地板、地毯、墙壁、家具或其他不易直接清扫的表面上的污物，并将这些污物收集于机器人内部的集尘盒中。
但一般扫地机器人中所设置的集尘盒碍于空间以及便利性，在集尘盒盖与集尘盒接合处并未特别进行密封设计，并且因为需要排气的关系，并未做到密封的设置，导致集尘盒中气体发生流动，使得扫地机器人的集尘效果并未如预期。
发明内容
为达上述目的，本发明提供一种集尘盒，利用盒体及盒盖枢接达到密封的效果，使扫地机器人在进行吸尘作业时，能够更有效的吸取灰尘及细小杂物，并且增加吸尘口的吸尘效果。
一种集尘盒，主要包括盒体、集尘空间和盖体，其中盒体上方处具有开口，以设置过滤部，并形成集尘空间，而盒体下方处具有吸尘口，该吸尘口可以将灰尘由外界吸入集尘空间并集中；过滤部设置于开口上，以形成集尘空间，同时可以过滤次微米粒尘、地面粉尘、尘螨、PM2.5悬浮微粒与细小灰尘，并将过滤完成的气体经抽气口排出，该抽气口与扫地机器人的抽气部衔接；盖体枢接于盒体上，且覆盖于开口，该盖体的边缘处设置有第一密封槽与第二密封槽，其中第一密封槽设置于该第二密封槽的外侧，而过滤部的过滤部边与第二密封槽接合，盒体的盒体边与第一密封槽接合，以形成具有气密效果的集尘空间，这样可以增加吸尘口的吸尘效果。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，下面结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
以下，结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明：
请参阅图1、图2、图3及图4，分别为本发明的集尘盒的透视图、分解视图、部分分解视图、及剖视图，其包括盒体100、集尘空间110、及盖体200，其中盒体100上方处具有开口，以设置过滤部120，并形成集尘空间110，而盒体100下方处具有吸尘口130，该吸尘口130可以将灰尘由外界吸入集尘空间110并集中；过滤部120设置于开口上，以形成集尘空间110，同时可以过滤次微米粒尘、地面粉尘、尘螨、PM2.5悬浮微粒与细小灰尘，并将过滤后的气体经由抽气口140排出，该抽气口140与扫地机器人的抽气部300衔接；盖体200枢接于盒体100上，且覆盖于开口，该盖体200的边缘处设置有第一密封槽210与第二密封槽220，其中第一密封槽210设置于该第二密封槽220的外侧，而过滤部120的过滤部边121与第二密封槽220接合，盒体100的盒体边111与第一密封槽210接合，以形成具有气密效果的集尘空间，这样可以增加吸尘口的吸尘效果。
因此，扫地机器人在进行清扫作业时，由于集尘盒中的第一密封槽及第二密封槽分别接合盒体边及过滤部边，这增强了集尘空间内部的气体流动效率，使得气体流动时更不容易被外部气流所影响，进而可以增加吸尘口的吸尘效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种集尘盒，其包括：
盒体，其上方处具有开口、集尘空间以及于下方处具有吸尘口及抽气口，其中所述吸尘口能够将灰尘由外界吸入所述集尘空间中集中；
过滤部，其设置于所述开口上，以形成所述集尘空间，同时过滤尘螨与细小灰尘；
盖体，其枢接于所述盒体上，且覆盖所述开口，并且所述盖体的边缘处设置有第一密封槽与第二密封槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集尘盒，其特征在于，所述第一密封槽设置于所述第二密封槽的外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集尘盒，其特征在于，所述盒体的边缘与所述第一密封槽接合，以形成气密的所述集尘空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集尘盒，其特征在于，所述过滤部的边缘与所述第二密封槽接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集尘盒，其特征在于，所述抽气口与扫地机器人的抽气部衔接。
