the second thread transmission mechanism comprises a threaded sleeve connected with an inner guide rail sliding block (23) and an inner screw rod (20) which is matched with and penetrates through the threaded sleeve, the lower end of the inner screw rod (20) is rotationally connected with an inner lifting mechanism base (24) through a bearing mechanism, the threaded sleeve and the inner guide rail sliding block (23) are fixedly connected through a sliding block fixing screw (30), the upper end of the inner lifting guide rail (21) is provided with an inner bevel gear seat (18) which is rotationally connected with the inner screw rod (20) and has an L-shaped section, the upper end of the inner umbrella tooth holder (18) is provided with a rotating bearing matched with the inner screw rod (20), a second transverse bevel gear (17) is arranged at the upper end part of the inner screw rod (20), a second rocking handle (19) is rotatably arranged on a vertical plate of the inner bevel gear seat (18) through a rocking shaft bearing (12), the end part of the second rocking handle (19) is provided with a first longitudinal umbrella tooth (16) which is meshed with the second transverse umbrella tooth (17).

The easy access forklift truck of claim 3, wherein the bearing mechanism comprises a base bearing (33) mounted on the outer elevator base (6) or the inner elevator base (24) and having its inner race connected to the lead screw, the outer end of the base bearing (33) being fixed with a base bearing cap (34) by a base bearing cap fixing screw (32).
5. The easy access forklift of claim 1, wherein the two ends of the lower fork (4) in contact with the ground in the supporting assembly are provided with forklift bottom wheels (1) facilitating rolling of the device, and the forklift bottom wheels (1) are self-locking rollers.

The easy maintenance forklift as defined in any one of claims 3-5, wherein a guide rod for being arranged in parallel with the outer screw (9) is connected to the outer side of the inner lifting guide rail (21), and a guide hole in sliding contact with the guide rod is penetrated through the upper and lower end faces of the outer umbrella tooth holder (10).

The easy maintenance forklift truck according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a fulcrum adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the fulcrum is further provided at both ends of the lower fork (4), and the fulcrum adjusting mechanism comprises supporting foot adjusting screws (3) penetrating through the upper and lower end surfaces of the lower fork (4) and adjustable supporting feet (2) provided at the lower ends of the supporting foot adjusting screws (3) and used for supporting the ground.
