As shown in fig. 1, the raw paper feeding device for corrugated board processing comprises a material guiding support 1, a roll feeding support 2, a roll moving mechanism 3, a material conveying mechanism 4, a humidifying mechanism 5 and a material conveying roller 6, wherein the material conveying roller 6, the humidifying mechanism 5, the material conveying mechanism 4 and the roll moving mechanism 3 are sequentially and horizontally fixedly arranged on one side of the material guiding support 1 from top to bottom, the material conveying roller 6 is horizontally and rotatably connected with the material guiding support 1 on the upper side of the humidifying mechanism 5, the roll feeding support 2 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the material guiding support 1 on one side of the roll moving mechanism 3, and a plurality of roll feeding rollers 7 are sequentially and horizontally rotatably connected on the roll feeding support 2 along the horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 2, the coil moving mechanism 3 of the invention comprises a coil moving base 8, a translation bracket 9, a translation chain 10, a coil moving motor 11, an adjusting support plate 12, an unreeling support plate 13, an adjusting cylinder 14, a rotating cylinder 15 and a paper coil clamping plate 16, wherein the coil moving base 8 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower side of the material guiding bracket 1, the translation bracket 9 is horizontally arranged at the upper side of the coil moving base 8, a roller support 17 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower side of the translation bracket 9, a plurality of translation rollers 18 are uniformly arranged on the roller support 17 along the horizontal direction, two sides of the coil moving base 8 are respectively and vertically connected with a coil moving chain wheel 19, the translation chain 10 is horizontally arranged at the lower side of the translation bracket 9, two sides of the translation chain 10 are respectively and fixedly connected with the coil moving chain wheels 19 at the two sides of the coil moving base 8, two sides above the translation chain 10 are respectively and fixedly connected with the middle parts of the two sides of the roller support 17, the middle part of the coil moving base 8 is horizontally provided with a chain channel 20 which is matched with a translation chain 10, a coil moving motor 11 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower side of the coil moving base 8, a coil moving chain 21 is adopted to be in transmission connection between the coil moving motor 11 and a coil moving chain wheel 19 at one side of the coil moving base 8, as shown in figure 3, an adjusting bearing plate 12 is arranged at the upper side of a translation bracket 9, two sides below the adjusting bearing plate 12 are respectively and symmetrically and fixedly provided with a translation guide plate 22, a reciprocating guide block 23 is arranged in the translation guide plate 22 in a sliding manner, two sides above the translation bracket 9 are respectively provided with a rotating connecting rod 24, the lower end of the rotating connecting rod 24 is hinged to the translation bracket 9, the upper end of the rotating connecting rod 24 is hinged to the reciprocating guide block 23 at the corresponding side, two sides above the translation bracket 9 are horizontally and symmetrically and fixedly provided with an adjusting cylinder 14, the adjusting cylinder 14 is mutually parallel to the translation chain 10, and the output end of the adjusting cylinder 14 is provided with a translation connecting plate 25, an adjusting connecting rod 26 is arranged between a translation connecting plate 25 and a rotating connecting rod 24, two ends of the adjusting connecting rod 26 are respectively hinged at the middle parts of the translation connecting plate 25 and the rotating connecting rod 24, as shown in figure 4, an unreeling bearing plate 13 of the invention is arranged at the upper side of the adjusting bearing plate 12, one end of the unreeling bearing plate 13 is hinged at one side above the adjusting bearing plate 12, rotating air cylinders 15 are respectively arranged between two sides of the unreeling bearing plate 13 and the adjusting bearing plate 12, the tail ends of the rotating air cylinders 15 are hinged at the adjusting bearing plate 12, the output ends of the rotating air cylinders 15 are hinged at the unreeling bearing plate 13, paper roll clamping plates 16 with circular arc structures are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the middle part above the unreeling bearing plate 13, the lower end parts of the paper roll clamping plates 16 are hinged at the unreeling bearing plate 13, a clamping air cylinder 27 is arranged between the middle part of the paper roll clamping plates 16 and the unreeling bearing plate 13, the tail ends of the clamping air cylinders 27 are hinged at the unreeling bearing plate 13, the output end of the clamping cylinder 27 is hinged at the middle part of the paper roll clamping plate 16, a rolling cylinder 28 is fixedly arranged at one end part above the rolling bearing plate 13, the rolling cylinder 28 is mutually perpendicular to the rolling bearing plate 13, a rolling connecting plate 29 is fixedly arranged at the output end of the rolling cylinder 28, rolling guide rods 30 are respectively fixedly arranged at two ends of one side of the rolling cylinder 28, the rolling guide rods 30 are mutually parallel to the rolling cylinder 28, the rolling connecting plate 29 is slidably arranged on the rolling guide rods 30, a guide rod sleeve 31 matched with the rolling guide rods 30 is fixedly arranged on the rolling connecting plate 29, a rolling blocking cylinder 32 is fixedly arranged on the rolling connecting plate 29, the rolling blocking cylinder 32 is mutually parallel to the rolling bearing plate 13, an adjusting connecting plate 33 is fixedly arranged at the output end of the rolling blocking cylinder 32, a rolling blocking guide rod 34 is fixedly arranged along the rolling connecting plate 29 side, the rolling guide As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the material conveying mechanism 4 of the invention comprises an unreeling support 36, an unreeling rotating shaft 37, an unreeling connecting plate 38, a translation cylinder 39 and a lifting cylinder 40, wherein the unreeling support 36 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at one side of the middle part of the material guiding support 1, the unreeling support 36 is of a C-shaped structure with a downward opening, the unreeling rotating shaft 37 is horizontally and rotatably connected with the unreeling support 36, unreeling gears 41 are respectively and vertically fixedly arranged at two ends of the unreeling rotating shaft 37, a rack support 42 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the unreeling support 36 at one side of the unreeling gears 41, a lifting rack 43 meshed with the unreeling gears 41 is slidably arranged in the rack support 42 along the vertical direction, the lifting cylinder 40 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the upper side of the rack support 42, the output end of the lifting cylinder 40 is fixedly connected with the upper end part of the lifting rack 43, translation guide rods 44 are respectively and horizontally and fixedly arranged at two sides of the unreeling rotating shaft 37, the translation guide rod 44 is a regular polygon rod, the translation guide rod 44 and the unreeling rotating shaft 37 are integrally formed, unreeling connecting plates 38 are vertically and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the unreeling rotating shaft 37, the unreeling connecting plates 38 are horizontally and symmetrically arranged on the translation guide rod 44, translation air cylinders 39 are horizontally and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the unreeling rotating shaft 37, the output ends of the translation air cylinders 39 are fixedly connected with one ends of the unreeling connecting plates 38, a circularly structured carrying baffle 45 is fixedly arranged on the outer ends of the unreeling connecting plates 38, an unreeling rotating rod 46 is horizontally and rotatably connected on one side of the carrying baffle 45, the humidifying mechanism 5 comprises a humidifying bracket 47, a reciprocating guide rod 48, a water spraying guide plate 49, a humidifying turntable 50 and a humidifying motor 51, the humidifying bracket 47 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on a guide bracket 1 between the material conveying rotating roller 6 and the unreeling bracket 36, reciprocating guide rods 48 are horizontally and fixedly arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the humidifying bracket 47, the two sides of the reciprocating guide rod 48 are respectively provided with a water spray guide plate 49 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the outer sides of the water spray guide plates 49 are sequentially provided with a plurality of humidifying spray heads 52 from top to bottom, the water spray guide plate 49 on one side of the reciprocating guide rod 48 is horizontally and fixedly provided with an upper translation rack 53, the water spray guide plate 49 on the other side of the reciprocating guide rod 48 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a lower translation rack 54, the material guide support 1 in the middle of the humidifying support 47 is vertically and rotatably connected with a humidifying gear 55, the upper translation rack 53 and the lower translation rack 54 are respectively meshed with the upper side and the lower side of the humidifying gear 55, the humidifying turntable 50 is vertically and rotatably connected with the material guide support 1 on one side of the humidifying support 47, a humidifying connecting rod 56 is arranged between the humidifying turntable 50 and the water spray guide plate 49 on one side of the reciprocating guide rod 48, two ends of the humidifying connecting rod 56 are respectively hinged with the outer side of the humidifying turntable 50 and the middle of the water spray guide plate 49, a humidifying motor 51 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the material guide support 1, and the humidifying motor 51 is in transmission connection with the humidifying turntable 50 by adopting a humidifying chain 57.
Lifting connecting plates 58 are respectively and fixedly arranged at two sides of an unreeling support 36, lifting guide rods 59 are respectively and vertically fixedly arranged on material guide supports 1 at two sides of the unreeling support 36, the lifting connecting plates 58 are arranged on the lifting guide rods 59 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, lifting cylinders 60 are respectively and vertically downwards fixedly arranged on the material guide supports 1 at two sides above the unreeling support 36, and the output ends of the lifting cylinders 60 are fixedly connected with the upper side of the unreeling support 36, so that the original paper roll can be lifted and regulated along the vertical direction, and the efficient and accurate unreeling conveying of the original paper roll is realized. The unreeling round table 61 is integrally formed at the end part of the unreeling rotary rod 46 of the material conveying mechanism 4, so that the unreeling rotary rod 46 can be conveniently and smoothly inserted into the end part of a raw paper roll, and limit fixation of the end part of the raw paper roll is realized. The water spraying inclined plane 62 with an inclined structure is arranged on the water spraying guide plate 49 of the humidifying mechanism 5 along the side of the humidifying nozzle 52, so that the inclined angle of the water spraying inclined plane 62 is similar to the inclined angle of the raw paper conveying, and the efficiency and quality of the raw paper water spraying softening are improved. The regulating connecting plate 33 has a circular arc-shaped structure along the rolling blocking connecting plate 35 at the side of the unreeling supporting plate 13, so that the rolling blocking connecting plate 35 can be efficiently attached and pressed with the end part of the original paper roll, and the original paper roll can synchronously rotate with the unreeling supporting plate 13 to realize overturning.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the raw paper feeding device for corrugated board processing is used, the raw paper feeding device is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the guide bracket 1 from top to bottom sequentially through the conveying rotating roller 6, the humidifying mechanism 5, the conveying mechanism 4 and the reeling mechanism 3, the conveying rotating roller 6 horizontally rotates the guide bracket 1 connected to the upper side of the humidifying mechanism 5, the reeling bracket 2 on one side of the reeling mechanism 3 is horizontally and sequentially connected with a plurality of reeling rotating rollers 7 in a rotating manner along the horizontal direction, the raw paper roll can be conveyed in the horizontal direction by using the reeling rotating roller 7 in a vertical station, the raw paper roll can be clamped and overturned by using the reeling mechanism 3, the raw paper roll can be accurately translated to the required position on the lower side of the conveying mechanism 4, the raw paper roll can be horizontally lifted and unreeled by using the conveying mechanism 4, the raw paper can be uniformly and efficiently processed by spraying water in the unreeling and conveying process by using the humidifying mechanism 5, the base paper is softened rapidly, the corrugated board is produced rapidly and smoothly, the processing automation degree is high, the translation bracket 9 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the translation base 8, the two sides of the translation chain 10 are respectively connected with the translation chain wheels 19 on the two sides of the translation base 8 in a winding way, the two sides above the translation chain 10 are respectively connected and fixed with the middle parts of the two sides of the roller support 17, the translation motor 11 is in transmission connection with the translation chain wheels 19 on one side of the translation base 8 by adopting the translation chain 10, the translation chain 10 is driven to reciprocate to rotate and convey by the translation motor 11, the translation bracket 9 is driven to reciprocate to translate along the horizontal direction, a plurality of translation rollers 18 are uniformly arranged on the roller support 17 on the lower side of the translation bracket 9 along the horizontal direction, the translation bracket 9 is supported in a rolling way in the translation motion process, realizing stable and smooth translational movement of the translational bracket 9, arranging the translational guide plates 22 on the upper side of the translational bracket 9 through the adjusting support plate 12, sliding the reciprocating guide blocks 23 on the translational guide plates 22 on the two sides below the adjusting support plate 12, respectively arranging the rotating connecting rods 24 on the two sides above the translational bracket 9, arranging the adjusting connecting rods 26 between the translational connecting plates 25 and the rotating connecting rods 24 at the output ends of the adjusting cylinders 14, synchronously pushing the translational connecting plates 25 in the same direction and synchronously pushing the translational connecting plates 25 in opposite directions by the adjusting cylinders 14 on the two sides above the translational bracket 9, so as to realize the rotational adjustment and lifting adjustment of the adjusting support plate 12, enable the original paper roll to be clamped, turned and lifted conveniently and accurately, arranging the raw paper roll on the upper side of the adjusting support plate 12 through the unreeling support plate 13, hinging one end of the unreeling support plate 13 on one side above the adjusting support plate 12, respectively arranging the rotating cylinders 15 between the two sides of the unreeling support plate 13 and the adjusting support plate 12, the unreeling bearing plate 13 is pushed by the rotating air cylinder 15, so that the unreeling bearing plate 13 can conveniently rotate, the unreeling bearing plate 13 is adjusted to be in an inclined position by utilizing the rotation of the adjusting bearing plate 12, the unreeling bearing plate 13 is pushed by the rotating air cylinder 15, so that the unreeling bearing plate 13 can be accurately in a vertical position, the raw paper roll vertically placed on the upper side of the reeling roller 7 can be efficiently and accurately clamped, the paper roll clamping plates 16 with circular arc structures are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the middle part above the unreeling bearing plate 13, the lower side ends of the paper roll clamping plates 16 are hinged to the unreeling bearing plate 13, the clamping air cylinders 27 are arranged between the middle part of the paper roll clamping plates 16 and the unreeling bearing plate 13, the paper roll clamping plates 16 on the two sides of the unreeling bearing plate 13 are rotated under the pushing action of the clamping air cylinders 27, so that the raw paper roll vertically placed on the upper side of the reeling roller 7 can be firmly clamped and fixed, so that after the adjusting bearing plate 12 is adjusted to the horizontal position from the inclined position and the unreeling bearing plate 13 is rotated and adjusted to the horizontal position under the pulling action of the rotating air cylinder 15, the original paper roll can be accurately turned over to the horizontal position from the vertical position, the end part of one side above the unreeling bearing plate 13 is
