The invention provides a cooking appliance with low steam emission, and aims to prevent condensed water after steam condensation from flowing back into a cooking cavity to influence the taste of food materials, improve the condensation efficiency of a steam valve and reduce the steam emission amount of the cooking appliance.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 14, fig. 1 to 14 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment is specifically described by taking a steam rice cooker as an example.
The steam rice cooker comprises a body and a pot body 400, wherein the body comprises a body 200, a base 300 and a machine head 100, and the pot body 400 is placed on the base 300. Be provided with steam generation device 220 and water tank 210 in the organism, steam generation device 220 is used for producing high temperature steam, and water tank 210 supplies water for steam generation device 220, and water tank 210 detachable installs on fuselage 200, and water tank 210's bottom has presses open the formula delivery port, opens the delivery port through water tank 210's gravity to the delivery port is opened when realizing the installation of water tank 210, and the function that the delivery port was closed when water tank 210 took out fuselage 200. The water tank 210 supplies water to the steam generating device 220 through a water pipe, a filter disc is arranged between the water tank 210 and the steam generating device 220, water entering the steam generating device 220 is filtered through the filter disc, impurities entering the steam generating device 220 are reduced, the maintenance frequency of the steam generating device 220 is reduced, and the service life of the steam generating device 220 is prolonged.
Specifically, the pot body 400 includes a pot cover 410 and a pot body, the pot cover 410 is provided with a steam inlet 411 and a steam outlet 412, a steam conduit (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the machine body, one end of the steam conduit is connected with the steam generating device 220, the other end of the steam conduit is arranged at a buckling part of the machine head 100 and the pot cover 410, and when the machine head 100 is buckled with the pot cover 410, the steam conduit is communicated with the steam inlet 411.
During cooking, high-temperature steam generated by the steam generating device 220 enters the steam inlet 411 through a steam conduit in the machine body and enters the pot body 400 from the steam inlet 411 to cook food materials, the high-temperature steam transfers heat to the food materials and then is discharged out of the cooking cavity through a steam outlet 412 on the pot cover 410, and the steam outlet 412 is in butt joint with an air outlet pipeline (not shown in the figure) on the machine head 100. Steam valve 110 is disposed on head 100, steam valve 110 is communicated with the air outlet pipe, and steam used for cooking is discharged out of the cooking appliance through steam valve 110.
When the steam rice cooker is used for cooking, steam is generated by the steam generating device 220, and the temperature of the steam is higher, usually 120 degrees or even more than 120 degrees. In this steam rice cooker, steam is the heat of cooking the food and carries the medium, need let in a large amount of steam to pot body 400 culinary art intracavity during the culinary art. Therefore, compared with the conventional cooking appliances such as a rice cooker, the steam valve 110 of the steam rice cooker has the characteristics of high steam temperature and large exhaust amount during exhaust when the steam rice cooker cooks. When a large amount of high-temperature steam is discharged in a directional manner, if the steam is directed to a user or an article for a long time, the user or the article may be scalded. For example, in a home kitchen environment, where a cooking appliance is placed on a cooking table, there is often a locker above the cooking table, which may be wetted if the steam rice cooker is continuously exhausted against the locker, on the one hand, and on the other hand, there is also a risk of scalding the locker. Obviously, the ideal exhaust direction of the user should be that the exhaust port faces an empty unmanned area, however, the exhaust direction of the exhaust port of the existing steam valve 110 is fixed, and the user can only adjust the placement direction of the whole cooking appliance if the user needs to adjust the exhaust direction of the steam valve 110, so that the requirement of the user for selecting the ideal exhaust direction is met, but the control panel 121 is inconvenient to face the user, and the user can conveniently perform cooking control operation.
In this embodiment, the steam valve 110 includes a valve body 114 and a valve cover 112 that can be detached, and the valve body 114 and the valve cover 112 are fixed by screwing, so that a user can detach the valve cover 112 to clean the steam valve 110 conveniently. The valve cap 112 is provided with an exhaust cover 111, and an exhaust port is arranged on the exhaust cover 111, wherein the exhaust cover 111 and the valve cap 112 are sealed by a sealing ring, and the exhaust cover 111 can rotate circumferentially relative to the valve cap 112. Therefore, when a user needs to adjust the exhaust direction of the steam valve 110 during cooking, the user only needs to rotate the exhaust cover 111 and adjust the outlet direction of the exhaust port on the exhaust cover 111, the position of the whole cooking appliance does not need to be adjusted, and the cooking appliance is very convenient.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to adjust the rotation of the exhaust cover 111, an upper end of the exhaust cover 111 protrudes above an upper end surface of the valve cover 112. In this way, the user can hold the portion of the exhaust cover 111 protruding the valve cover 112 to rotatably adjust the exhaust cover 111 so that the exhaust port on the exhaust cover 111 is at a proper exhaust angle.
When the exhaust cover 111 is rotated to adjust the position, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing between the exhaust cover 111 and the valve cover 112 is good and that steam does not escape from the gap between the exhaust cover 111 and the valve cover 112. In the present embodiment, the valve cover 112 is provided with an annular groove 1121, a sealing ring for sealing the exhaust cover 111 and the valve cover 112 is installed in the annular groove 1121 and is tightly attached to the inner side wall of the annular groove 1121, and a gap is formed between the outer peripheral wall of the sealing ring and the outer side wall of the annular groove 1121, and the gap is used for installing the exhaust cover 111. When the exhaust cover 111 is mounted, the cover rim of the exhaust cover 111 is inserted into the gap, and the outer peripheral wall of the seal ring is tightly attached to the cover rim inner wall of the exhaust cover 111 to form a seal. In this way, the inner peripheral wall of the sealing ring is tightly attached and sealed with the inner side wall of the annular groove 1121, the outer peripheral wall of the sealing ring is tightly attached and sealed with the cover of the exhaust cover 111 along the inner wall, after the exhaust cover 111 and the valve cover 112 are mounted, the sealing performance is good, in addition, when the exhaust cover 111 and the valve cover 112 are sealed, the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall of the sealing ring are tightly attached to the exhaust cover 111 and the valve cover 112, when the exhaust cover 111 is rotated and adjusted in position, the sealing ring can be always tightly attached and sealed with the cover of the exhaust cover 111 along the inner wall and the valve cover 112, and other fixing treatment on the sealing ring is not needed.
Further, a fixing structure is disposed between the valve cover 112 and the exhaust cover 111, and the fixing structure is used for preventing the exhaust cover 111 from being removed from the annular groove 1121. In this embodiment, the fixing structure is composed of a fixing cover 113 disposed inside the valve cover 112, the inside of the valve cover 112 has a protruding ring 1125 coaxially disposed with the exhaust cover 111, the fixing cover 113 is sleeved on the protruding ring 1125 and fixed with the exhaust cover 111 by a fixing member such as a screw, and after the fixing cover 113 and the exhaust cover 111 are fixed, the fixing cover 113 and the exhaust cover 111 are axially limited to each other, so as to ensure that the exhaust cover 111 cannot be removed from the annular groove 1121.
After the fixing cover 113 and the exhaust cover 111 are fixed by the fixing member, when the position of the exhaust cover 111 is adjusted by rotation, the fixing cover 113 rotates synchronously with the exhaust cover 111, so as to reduce the rotation resistance of the fixing cover 113, and to save more labor for the user to adjust the exhaust cover 111 by rotation, the friction between the fixing cover 113 and the convex ring 1125 needs to be reduced. In the present embodiment, the frictional force when the set cover 113 rotates is reduced by reducing the contact area between the set cover 113 and the convex ring 1125. Specifically, a plurality of bar-shaped ribs are arranged on the cover edge of the fixed cover 113, a plurality of salient points 1126 are arranged on the end face of the convex ring 1125, when the fixed cover 113 is sleeved with the convex ring 1125, the cover edge of the fixed cover 113 is in contact with the outer peripheral wall of the convex ring 1125 through the bar-shaped ribs along the inner wall, so that line-surface contact is formed between the cover edge of the fixed cover 113 and the outer peripheral wall of the convex ring 1125, friction force between the inner wall of the fixed cover 113 and the outer peripheral wall of the convex ring 1125 is reduced, contact is formed between the inner bottom wall of the fixed cover 113 and the end face of the convex ring 1125 through the salient points 1126, point-surface contact is formed between the inner bottom wall of the fixed cover 113 and the end face of the convex ring 1125, and friction force between the inner bottom wall of the fixed cover 113 and the end face of the convex ring 1125 is reduced. In other embodiments, the rib 1131 may be disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the convex ring 1125, and the convex points 1126 may be disposed at the intersection of the inner bottom wall of the fixing cover 113 and the end face of the convex ring 1125. In short, as long as a plurality of protruding structures are provided at the intersection of the fixed cover 113 and the convex ring 1125, so that the contact between the fixed cover 113 and the convex ring 1125 is a line-surface contact or a point-surface contact, the protruding structures may be provided on the convex ring 1125 or the fixed cover 113, or may be provided on both the convex ring 1125 and the fixed cover 113.
Further, in this embodiment, the sealing ring is respectively sealed with the annular groove 1121 on the valve cover 112 and the cover of the exhaust cover 111 along the inner walls through the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall of the sealing ring, when the exhaust cover 111 rotates, the sealing ring is subject to friction force and easily climbs out along the groove wall 1123 of the annular groove 1121, in order to prevent the sealing ring from climbing out of the annular groove 1121, a plurality of pressing ribs 1111 are arranged on the inner wall of the cover edge of the exhaust cover 111, and when the cover edge of the exhaust cover 111 is inserted into the annular groove 1121, the pressing ribs 1111 are pressed above the sealing ring to prevent the sealing ring from climbing under force.
In order to facilitate the installation of the sealing ring, the height of the groove wall 1123 of the annular groove 1121 is generally greater than that of the sealing ring, after the exhaust cover 111 is installed, the cover edge of the exhaust cover 111, the groove wall 1123 of the annular groove 1121 and the sealing ring surround the sealing ring to form a groove-shaped space, during cooking, condensed water condensed by high-temperature steam accumulates in the groove-shaped space, because the opening of the groove-shaped space is narrow, accumulated water in the groove-shaped space is difficult to discharge, and during high-temperature weather such as summer, bacteria can grow in the condensed water accumulating in the groove-shaped space for a long time, so that the food safety problem is caused.
In this embodiment, one or more drainage notches 1122 are provided at a portion of the groove wall 1123 of the annular groove 1121 higher than the sealing ring, and when there are a plurality of drainage notches 1122, the drainage notches are preferably annularly and uniformly distributed on the groove wall 1123 of the annular groove 1121. The drainage gap 1122 connects the groove-shaped space and the valve cavity of the steam valve 110, so that the condensed water accumulated in the groove-shaped space can flow into the valve cavity of the steam valve 110 through the drainage gap 1122, the whole steam valve 110 is easier to clean, and a user can use the steam valve more healthily.
In this embodiment, since the sealing ring is disposed between the groove wall 1123 of the annular groove 1121 and the inner wall of the cover rim of the exhaust cover 111, the sealing ring forms a seal by its own elasticity, and therefore the outer diameter of the sealing ring is generally equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cover rim of the exhaust cover 111. Thus, the exhaust cover 111 is difficult to be inserted into the annular groove 1121 at the time of mounting. In order to facilitate the insertion of the exhaust cover 111 into the annular groove 1121, in the present embodiment, an inclined installation guide surface is provided along one end of the inner side wall of the exhaust cover 111 close to the opening, and the inner diameter of the installation guide surface is larger than the outer diameter of the sealing ring. In this way, when the exhaust cover 111 is mounted on the annular groove 1121, the sealing ring can be quickly clamped between the cover edge and the groove wall 1123 of the annular groove 1121, specifically between the cover edge and the inner side wall of the annular groove 1121, and the mounting difficulty of the exhaust cover 111 is reduced.
Further, after the installation guide surface is provided, when the seal ring is sealed, the seal ring cannot be attached to the installation guide surface, and if the seal ring is attached to the installation guide surface, since the inner diameter of the installation guide surface is larger than the outer diameter of the seal ring, a gap exists between the seal ring and the installation guide surface, thereby causing air leakage. In this embodiment, an annular protruding rib 1124 is provided on the bottom wall of the annular groove 1121, when the sealing ring is installed in the annular groove 1121, the sealing ring is installed on the annular protruding rib 1124 in a gasket manner, and after the exhaust cover 111 is installed, the installation guide surface and the annular protruding rib 1124 are in the same height range, so that the sealing ring and the installation guide surface are arranged in a staggered manner, and the possibility of untight sealing and air leakage of the sealing ring is reduced.
The exhaust port is preferably provided on a sidewall of the exhaust cover 111 protruding the valve cover 112, and an opening of the exhaust port is disposed obliquely upward, and the angle of the opening of the exhaust port with the vertical direction is between 20 degrees and 70 degrees. So set up, steam is when being discharged by the gas vent, and steam slant is discharged, is difficult to spout the user around the cooking utensil, and its jet-propelled angle is pleasing to the eye. In addition, the projection area of the exhaust port in the horizontal direction is small, so that impurities such as dust are not easy to fall into the steam valve 110 through the exhaust port, and the steam valve 110 is kept clean.
The steam rice cooker has large water content, and when the steam is obliquely discharged from the exhaust port, part of water in the steam is condensed at the exhaust port. Liquid water generated by steam condensation flows to the valve cover 112 along the outer circumferential surface of the exhaust cover 111, so that water stains are accumulated on the valve cover 112, the appearance is influenced, and inconvenience is brought to cleaning of a user.
In this embodiment, the exhaust cover 111 is provided with an exhaust nozzle 1112 protruding obliquely upward, the exhaust port is opened on the exhaust nozzle 1112, and the inclination direction of the exhaust nozzle 1112 is the same as the inclination direction of the exhaust port. When the steam is exhausted from the exhaust port, the steam passes through the channel in the exhaust nozzle 1112, the steam touches the channel in the exhaust nozzle 1112 to be condensed to form condensed water, and the condensed water flows back into the steam valve 110 along the inner wall of the channel of the exhaust nozzle 1112 because the channel is inclined towards the inside of the steam valve 110. Therefore, condensed water at the air outlet can be prevented from dropping on the valve cover 112, and the head 100 of the cooking appliance is neater and cleaner during cooking.
Further, the outlet opening surface of the air outlet is perpendicular to the projecting direction of the air discharge nozzle 1112. When the outlet opening surface of the exhaust outlet is perpendicular to the protruding direction of the exhaust nozzle 1112, it can be effectively ensured that the outlet direction is inclined upward when the steam is exhausted from the steam valve 110 through the exhaust nozzle 1112.
Further, in this embodiment, a water storage chamber is provided in the valve body 114. Steam use amount when steam rice cooker cooks is big, exhaust steam volume is also big, through set up the water storage chamber in steam valve 110, the water of condensation can collect in the water storage intracavity in steam valve 110, the problem of preventing that the comdenstion water from flowing back to the culinary art intracavity and influencing the edible material taste has been played on the one hand, on the other hand, steam is in getting into steam valve 110 back and the comdenstion water direct contact who stores in the water storage intracavity, steam valve 110's valve gap 112 and water storage chamber comdenstion water liquid level have formed the steam condensation chamber before, the comdenstion water has played the effect of cold source, the condensation effect of steam valve can be improved through the help of comdenstion water, thereby reduce the steam output amount of steam rice cooker.
Specifically, the steam valve 110 is provided with an air inlet channel, steam enters the steam valve 110 through the air inlet channel, and the height of an air outlet of the air inlet channel is higher than the height of an inner lower wall of the valve body 114, so that a sufficient space is reserved between the air outlet of the air inlet channel and the inner bottom wall of the valve body 114 as a water storage cavity. Preferably, inlet channel generally sets up on the inside wall of valve body 114, so sets up, can improve the whole volume in water storage chamber on the one hand, and on the other hand, the comdenstion water that the steam condensation produced gathers the middle part position department at valve gap 112 usually, and the middle part position department by valve gap 112 drips, sets up inlet channel at valve body 114 inside peripheral, can make the comdenstion water that drips directly instil into the water storage intracavity, and the design is more reasonable, and the collection effect of comdenstion water is better.
Traditional rice cooker, steam valve set up on the pot cover, and what the pot cover overturned articulates on the pot body, and the opening process of pot cover is the motion process that the pot cover put the position by the level to vertical putting position or incline put the position in fact. When the steam valve is arranged on the pot cover, the steam valve turns over along with the pot cover, at the moment, if condensed water is stored in the steam valve, the condensed water returns to leak from the exhaust port on the steam valve after the steam valve turns over, and therefore the traditional rice cooker cannot be directly provided with the water storage cavity in the steam valve.
In the steam rice cooker of the present embodiment, the steam valve 110 is disposed on the head 100, the air inlet passage of the steam valve 110 is communicated with the cooking cavity in the pot body 400 through the steam conduit, and the steam valve 110 does not have a turning process.
In some embodiments, the air injection marker 1113 is disposed on the exhaust cover 111, and the air injection marker 1113 is disposed on the exhaust cover 111, so that a user can know the function of the exhaust cover 111 quickly and intuitively. In addition, the air injection marker 1113 can be formed by printing or die casting, and the air injection marker 1113 improves the aesthetic degree of the exhaust cover 111.
The steam rice cooker has large steam discharge amount, the water in the water storage cavity is increased rapidly, and a user is reminded of processing the water in the steam valve 110 regularly for convenience. In this embodiment, a water level detection unit is disposed in the valve body 114 to detect the water level in the water storage cavity, and when the water level in the water storage cavity reaches a preset alarm value, the cooking appliance can automatically remind a user to take out the steam valve 110 from the machine head 100, so as to treat the condensed water in the water storage cavity.
Specifically, a guide groove 1142 is formed in the valve body 114, the guide groove 1142 is arranged along the axial direction of the steam valve 110, and the guide groove 1142 is communicated with the water storage cavity to ensure that the liquid level in the guide groove 1142 is the same as the liquid level in the water storage cavity. The water level detection unit is arranged in the guide groove 1142 and comprises a floater, particularly, the floater is arranged in the guide groove 1142, and the guide groove 1142 has a limiting effect on the floater to ensure that the floater can float up and down only along with the change of the liquid level in the guide groove 1142. Be provided with sensing element in the float, be provided with induction element and alarm unit on the aircraft nose 100, induction element can sense the position of float, and when the position height of float reachd to predetermine the height, it has promptly shown that the liquid level has arrived the default, and at this moment, induction element transmission signal gives alarm unit, and alarm unit reminds the user to clear up steam valve 110.
An opening is formed at the upper end of the guide groove 1142, through which the float can be taken out or put in, thereby facilitating maintenance and replacement of the float. The opening is provided with a blocking piece 1141 for blocking the opening, so that the float is prevented from falling out of the guide groove 1142 from the opening when the steam valve 110 is inverted. Preferably, the blocking member 1141 is made of an elastic material, for example, a silicone member, the blocking member 1141 made of the elastic material can block the opening of the guide groove 1142 in the guide groove 1142 through the elastic plug, the installation and the taking out are more convenient and simple, an additional fixing structure is not required to be arranged, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, the user needs to take the steam valve 110 out of the handpiece 100 frequently for the condensed water treatment. When the steam valve 110 is taken out, the air inlet channel in the steam valve 110 is disconnected from the air outlet pipeline, and when the steam valve 110 is put in, the air inlet channel in the steam valve 110 is communicated with the air outlet pipeline. When steam valve 110 is put in, the tightness of connection between the air outlet pipeline and the air inlet channel of steam valve 110 needs to be ensured so as to prevent steam from escaping from the interface between the air inlet channel of steam valve 110 and the air outlet pipeline of handpiece 100. Preferably, the maximum height of the steam valve 110 is greater than the maximum width thereof, so that the steam valve 110 has a cylindrical cup structure, such as a circular cup structure or a square cup structure. When the steam valve 110 is cup-shaped, the capacity of the water storage cavity inside the steam valve 110 is larger, and more condensed water can be stored.
In this embodiment, the steam valve 110 is loosely fitted to the handpiece 100, and the user can take out the steam valve 110 at any time to treat the condensed water. Specifically, an air inlet of an air inlet channel of the steam valve 110 is arranged at the bottom of the steam valve 110, an air inlet sealing ring 1143 is arranged on the air inlet, and when the steam valve 110 is mounted on the handpiece 100, the gravity of the steam valve 110 presses the air inlet sealing ring 1143, so that the air inlet sealing ring 1143 is tightly attached to the peripheral wall surface of the air outlet pipeline on the handpiece 100 to form sealing. So set up, when steam valve 110 and aircraft nose 100 installation, do not need the user to do other installation work, as long as with steam valve 110 put into aircraft nose 100 on steam valve 110 installation position can, the operation is very simple and convenient.
Further, the bottom of the steam valve 110 has an inverted step-shaped gap, the gap has a vertical side wall and a horizontal end wall, and the steam valve 110 mounting position on the handpiece 100 has a step structure matched with the gap of the steam valve 110. When steam valve 110 is installed on head 100, the step structure on head 100 is just clamped in the notch of steam valve 110, and air inlet sealing ring 1143 is pressed on the step surface of the step structure under the action of gravity of steam valve 110 to form sealing. The notch is arranged in the steam valve 110, the step structure is arranged in the steam valve 110 mounting position on the machine head 100, the matching of the notch and the step structure plays a role in mounting and positioning the steam valve 110 on one hand, and only when the step structure and the notch are aligned, the steam valve 110 can be smoothly placed into the steam valve 110 mounting position of the machine head 100; on the other hand, the cooperation of breach and stair structure has played the limiting displacement to steam valve 110's circumferential direction, and steam valve 110 can not circumferential direction after the installation is in place. Steam valve 110 anger can circumferential direction's benefit lie in, on the one hand, air inlet sealing washer 1143 can not shift, and sealed effect can be fine obtains guaranteeing, and on the other hand, the user is when rotating exhaust cover 111 adjustment gas vent direction, and exhaust cover 111 and the direct frictional force of steam valve 110 valve gap 112 can not drive steam valve 110 and rotate, and is more smooth during the user's adjustment gas vent.
In order to make air inlet sealing ring 1143 more airtight when steam valve 110 is installed, in this embodiment, the end wall of the notch of steam valve 110 is parallel to the bottom wall of steam valve 110.
