The base part 20-1 can be fixedly connected with the hanger main body 11 through bolts, welding or adhesives, and the elastic leg part 20-2 plays a role in clamping the set top box 102, so that the set top box 102 is stably installed and is convenient to disassemble and assemble. The elastic leg portion 20-2 may be a single leg or two legs, and if the elastic leg portion is a single leg, it needs to be disposed at one side of the first long hole 11-1 to leave the opening of the first long hole 11-1, so as to facilitate screwing a connecting screw for connecting the flat tv 101 and the hanger main body 11 when the flat tv 101 is installed. If the elastic leg portion 20-2 is a pair of legs, i.e. the elastic leg portion 20-2 includes two pressing legs 20-21 arranged in parallel, the two pressing legs 20-21 are respectively located at two sides of the first long hole 11-1 to facilitate screwing the connecting screw.
The elastic leg part 20-2 comprises two pressing legs 20-21 which are arranged in parallel, and the two pressing legs 20-21 are respectively positioned at two sides of the first long hole 11-1. So designed, when the flat tv 101 is installed, it is convenient for a screwdriver to pass through the gap between the two press legs to tighten the connecting screw for connecting the flat tv 101 and the hanger main body 11.
The top of the bracket 2 is obliquely and fixedly provided with a reflector 4, the reflector 4 is a strip-shaped plate, the length direction of the reflector is the same as that of the bracket, and one side of the set top box 102 with the infrared receiving window is erected on the reflector 4. Because the reflector 4 is obliquely arranged, the set top box 102 is in line contact with the reflector after being erected on the reflector, the set top box 102 and the flat-panel television 101 are installed by using the method, five surfaces of the set top box 102 are exposed in the air, and only one surface of the set top box is close to the workshop panel television, so that the set top box 102 can obtain good ventilation and heat dissipation effects without additionally arranging a heat dissipation fan. The reflector 4 may be fixed to the bracket 2 by an adhesive. The reflecting surface of the reflector 4 in this application is used for reflecting infrared rays emitted by the remote controller, and reflecting infrared rays propagating in the horizontal direction into upward propagation, so as to help the set-top box 102 to receive infrared signals. When the infrared receiving window of some models of set-top boxes 102 is downward, infrared rays propagating in the horizontal direction can be smoothly received without the reflector 4, and for these models of set-top boxes 102, the reflector 4 may not be adhered to the bracket 2.
The set top box 102 is erected on the reflector 4, the reflecting surface of the reflector 4 is obliquely arranged towards the set top box 102 and back to the wall 100, and the acute angle formed between the reflecting surface and the horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees.
The hanger body 11 has a strip-shaped structure, and the length direction thereof is consistent with the height direction of the wall 100. By the design, the integral weight of the integrated hanging rack is lighter, and the production cost is effectively saved.
The cross section of the hanger main body 11 is a U-shaped structure, and the U-shaped opening end is far away from the flat television 101. By adopting the design, the rigidity of the hanger main body 11 can be enhanced, and the screw head of the connecting screw for installing the flat television 101 is embedded into the U-shaped structure, so that the screw head of the connecting screw is prevented from touching the set top box 102.
The installation process comprises the following steps: taking the number of the hanging pieces 1 as two as an example, the bottom parts of two hanging piece main bodies 11 and the pins 14 are pushed into the bracket 2 from one end of the L-shaped slot 21, the installation between the bracket 2 and the hanging piece main body 11 is completed → the flat television 101 is connected with the two hanging piece main bodies 11 through the connecting screws → the side of the set top box 102 with the operating button and the infrared receiving window is downward and is vertically placed on the reflecting plate 4 → the elastic leg part 20-2 of the pressing piece 20 is used for pressing the set top box 102 to lead the set top box 102 to be tightly attached to the hanging piece 1, the connecting line between the set top box 102 and the flat television 101 is well connected → the steel nails 19 are nailed in advance on the wall 100, the integrated hanging frame provided with the flat television 101 and the set top box 102 is hung on the steel nails 19 through the through holes 12-1 on the hanging plate 12, the set top box 102 is positioned between the hanging piece main body, the set-top box 102 does not occupy extra space, the appearance is neat, and the connection between the set-top box 102 and the flat panel television 101 can be completely hidden behind the flat panel television 101. → the installation hole 18-2 of the long-strip-shaped anti-falling plate 18 is sleeved on one steel nail 19, then the anti-falling plate 18 slides along the length direction of the second long hole 18-1, when the installation hole 18-2 slides to the position of the other steel nail 19, the anti-falling plate 18 is pulled by the elasticity of the anti-falling plate 18, so that the installation hole 18-2 of the anti-falling plate 18 is sleeved on the other steel nail 19, and the anti-falling plate continues to slide along the length direction of the second long hole 18-1 (if the number of the hanging part main bodies is multiple, the anti-falling plate 18 is moved until the second long hole 18-1 contacts with the nail rods of all the steel nails 19). The anti-falling plate 18 can effectively ensure that the integrated hanging rack cannot fall off due to shaking caused by various factors, at the moment, the anti-falling plate 18 plays a role of a gasket → if the heights of the left side and the right side of the flat television 101 installed in the previous steps are not consistent, the unthreaded hole 16-1 on the adjusting plate 16 is aligned to the adjusting screw hole 13-1 on the connecting plate 13 below the unthreaded hole, the adjusting screw 17 penetrates through the unthreaded hole 16-1 from top to bottom and then is screwed into the adjusting screw hole 13-1, and the connecting plate 13 in threaded connection with the adjusting screw 17 is slightly moved upwards or downwards by screwing the adjusting screw 17, so that the left height and the right height of the flat television 101 are finely adjusted.
When the set top box 102 is taken out, the set top box 102 can be pulled out downwards only by pulling the bracket 2 towards one side and gradually detaching the bracket from the hanger main body 11, so that the set top box 102 can be maintained or the connection between the set top box 102 and the flat panel television 101 can be readjusted.
