By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention avoids the phenomenon that the pump is not in place due to upward acting force of bottom hole oil gas pressure on the valve plate and is closed in the later period due to collision, the acting force for opening the oil inlet channel is very small, and the phenomenon that the oil inlet channel is half-opened and then closed due to the influence of the bottom hole oil gas pressure is avoided, so that the oil inlet channel can be opened under the small acting force, and the invention is very practical under the well condition of large well deviation.
