The invention discloses a production process of a label with a window, which is characterized in that the bleeding printing of a protective film is carried out on the window area on the label, so that the area at the edge of the protective film covers the printed conventional area, and the peelable glue of the protective film has no adhesive force with the ink in the conventional area; moreover, the protective film on the window area belongs to a whole block which is balanced and stable in printing stress and easy to remove, so that in the process of removing the protective film from the label, the protective film on the printed conventional area is easy to remove because no adhesive force exists between the protective film and the printed conventional area; the printing stress of the protective film on the window area is balanced and stable, so that the protective film is easy to be taken off in a whole; therefore, the label produced by the production process of the invention has the defects of no residual protective film and inconvenient cleaning in the process of removing the protective film.

Background
With the continuous development of semi-automation, the number of products to which microcomputers are applied is increasing. The product generally comprises a display screen, an operating button and a label, in order to be matched with the product for use, a window area and a conventional area are usually arranged on the label, and the window area has a protection effect on the display screen but does not influence users to watch the content on the display screen; the regular area is printed with a logo explaining the operation button.
In the production process of the existing label, the conventional printing is required to be carried out in a conventional area in a printing mode, in order to prevent the window area from being polluted in the printing process, a protective film is required to be printed on the window area in a screen printing mode before the conventional printing, the conventional printing is carried out after the protective film is dried, and the protective film is removed after the conventional printing is finished.
In the production process, the protective film printed on the window area by the screen printing mode cannot be smoothly removed. In the screen printing process, the strippable glue ink is sufficient in the middle area of the protective film, and the printing stress is balanced and stable, so that the formed protective film is a whole block which is easy to be uncovered; and the edge of protection film is because the easy spalling of peelable glue printing ink to lead to the easy appearance of dissociative peelable glue in the edge of protection film, so the protection film quality at edge is poor, remains on the label easily, and the clearance is extremely inconvenient.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and research on various defects and inconveniences caused by the design of the label production method, and have developed and designed the present invention.

The invention aims to provide a production process of a label with a window, which is used for producing the label and can effectively prevent a protective film from remaining on the label.

In the first step and the third step, the mesh number of the woven screens of the first screen printing device and the second screen printing device is 100-300 meshes.
After the scheme is adopted, the production process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the bleeding printing of the protective film is carried out on the window area on the label, so that the area at the edge of the protective film is covered on the printed conventional area, and the peelable glue of the protective film has no adhesive force with the ink in the conventional area; moreover, the protective film on the window area belongs to a whole block which is balanced and stable in printing stress and easy to remove, so that in the process of removing the protective film from the label, the protective film on the printed conventional area is easy to remove because no adhesive force exists between the protective film and the printed conventional area; the printing stress of the protective film on the window area is balanced and stable, so that the protective film is easy to be taken off in a whole; therefore, the label produced by the production process of the invention has the defects of no residual protective film and inconvenient cleaning in the process of removing the protective film.

It was found during the production that the protective film 4 printed on the window area 12 by means of screen printing could not be removed smoothly. In the screen printing process, the strippable glue ink is sufficient in the middle area of the protective film 4, and the printing stress is balanced and stable, so that the formed protective film 4 is a whole block which is easy to be torn off; the edge of the protective film 4 is easy to be dried and cracked due to the peelable glue ink, so that the edge of the protective film 4 is easy to have free peelable glue, the quality of the protective film 4 at the edge is poor, the protective film is easy to remain on the label 1, and the cleaning is extremely inconvenient.
The production process of the invention carries out bleeding printing of the protective film 4 on the window area 12 on the label 1, so that the edge area of the protective film 4 is covered on the printed conventional area, and the peelable glue of the protective film 4 has no adhesive force with the ink in the conventional area 11; moreover, the protective film 4 on the window area 12 is a whole piece which is balanced and stable in printing stress and easy to be torn off, so that the protective film 4 on the printed conventional area 11 is easy to be torn off because no adhesive force exists between the protective film 4 and the printed conventional area 11 in the process of tearing off the protective film 4 from the label 1; the printing stress of the protective film 4 on the window area 12 is balanced and stable, so that the protective film is easy to be taken off in one piece; therefore, the label 1 produced by the production process of the invention has no defects of residual protective film 4 and inconvenient cleaning in the process of removing the protective film 4.
