As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the water distribution device 100 of the present application, the water distribution device 100 includes:
a water storage structure 10;
the water pumping structure 20 is at least partially arranged in the water storage structure 10 and is used for pumping water in the water storage structure 10;
the water collecting and distributing structure 30 is at least partially arranged above the water beating structure 20 and is used for collecting water beaten by the water beating structure 20, and the water collecting and distributing structure 30 is at least partially arranged above the humidified device 200 and is used for guiding the collected water to the humidified device 200;
the water collecting structure 40 is arranged on one side of the water collecting and distributing structure 30, which is away from the humidified device 200, and is used for collecting condensed water on one side of the water collecting and distributing structure 30, which is away from the water pumping structure 20, and guiding the condensed water into the water collecting and distributing structure 30.
The following description will be made taking the horizontal setting of the water distribution device 100 as an example:
specifically, the water storage structure 10 may be a tray structure, a box structure, or a tank structure, that is, the upper surface of the water storage structure 10 is concavely provided with a water storage space for storing water. Further, the water storage structure 10 may be a chassis of the air treatment apparatus 1000 such as a window air conditioner, an air conditioner outdoor unit, a mobile air conditioner, a humidifier, or may be a structure (for example, a water receiving tank, a water receiving tray, a water receiving box, etc.) which is provided exclusively in the air treatment apparatus 1000 such as a window air conditioner, an air conditioner outdoor unit, a mobile air conditioner, a humidifier, etc. and which can function as a water storage. The water in the water storage structure 10 may be condensed water on the indoor side of the air treatment device 1000 such as a window air conditioner, an air conditioner outdoor unit, a mobile air conditioner, or the like, or may be humidified water of a humidifier, or may be tap water, rainwater, or other water bodies.
The water spraying structure 20 may be a water spraying ring, the central axis of the water spraying ring is horizontally arranged, the bottom of the water spraying ring is located in the water storage space of the water storage structure 10, and the top of the water spraying ring is located above the water storage space of the water storage structure 10. Further, the water-beating ring can rotate around its axis so that its bottom lifts up the water in the water storage structure 10. Of course, in order to enable the water-beating ring to rotate about its axis, the water distribution device 100 further comprises a driving assembly for driving the water-beating ring to rotate about its central axis. In this embodiment, the driving component is an axial flow fan 60, the axial flow fan 60 includes a motor 61 and an axial flow wind wheel 63, and the water-beating ring is circumferentially disposed at the outer edge of the axial flow wind wheel 63. When the axial flow fan 60 is operated, the motor 61 drives the axial flow wind wheel 63 to rotate, and the axial flow wind wheel 63 drives the water pumping ring to rotate, so that the bottom of the water pumping ring can pump up water in the water storage structure 10. Of course, in other embodiments, the drive assembly may be the motor 61; at this time, the water-spraying ring can be sleeved on the output shaft of the motor 61, and when the motor 61 operates, the motor 61 drives the water-spraying ring to rotate. Alternatively, the drive assembly may be a combination of motor 61, gears and a ring gear; at the moment, the gear ring can be arranged around the water-beating ring along the circumferential direction of the water-beating ring and is fixedly arranged on the water-beating ring; the gear can be sleeved on the output shaft of the motor 61 and meshed with the gear ring; when the motor 61 is operated, the motor 61 drives the water-beating ring to rotate through the cooperation of the gear and the gear ring. Of course, those skilled in the art may implement other reasonable and effective embodiments according to the concepts of the present application, and will not be further described herein.
In addition, the water-beating structure 20 may be a water-beating plate, a water-beating wheel or other reasonable and effective water-beating structure 20. The corresponding driving assembly can adopt a crank rocker mechanism driven by a motor 61 to enable one end of the strip-shaped water beating plate to swing highly, so as to contact and beat up water in the water storage structure 10; the motor 61 may also be directly used to drive the rotation of the water-filling wheel so that the outer edge of the water-filling wheel contacts and lifts the water in the water storage structure 10 during the rotation process. Of course, other driving components corresponding to the water pumping structure 20 may be reasonably and effectively arranged, and will not be described in detail herein.
A part of the water collecting and distributing structure 30 is arranged above the water beating structure 20 and is used for collecting water in the water storing structure 10 beaten by the water beating structure 20; meanwhile, a part of the water collecting and distributing structure 30 is positioned above the humidifying device 200 and used for guiding the collected water in the water storage structure 10 to the humidifying device 200. The water may be directed to the humidifying device 200 vertically from directly above the humidifying device 200, or may be directed to the humidifying device 200 obliquely from above the humidifying device 200. Specifically, the water collecting and distributing structure 30 may be a plate-like structure, which is disposed obliquely above the water beating structure 20 and the humidified device 200 with its plate surface at an angle to the horizontal plane, and whose plate surface height gradually decreases in the direction from the water beating structure 20 to the humidified device 200. At this time, the lower surface of the plate-shaped structure may collect water in the water storage structure 10 lifted up by the water-beating structure 20, and the water in the portion of the collected water storage structure 10 may flow to the upper side of the humidified device 200 along the lower surface of the plate-shaped structure, and finally drop over the humidified device 200 to contact the humidified device 200, thereby completing the humidifying process of the humidified device 200. Of course, a water baffle may be protruded towards the water storage structure 10 (downward) around the plate structure to obtain a cover structure integrating the water collecting function and the water distributing function, thereby realizing water collection and water distribution with higher efficiency.
In the movement process of the water pumping structure 20 after pumping water, part of water drops can splash and be adhered to the lower surface of the water collecting and distributing structure 30 above the water pumping structure 20, because the water pumping structure 20 pumps water from the water storage structure 10 at a lower temperature generally, particularly when the pumped water is condensed water formed on the surface of the heat exchanger, the temperature of air at the side is lower, and thus, after the air at the side, which is away from the water pumping structure 20 and has higher temperature, of the water collecting and distributing structure 30 is cooled, the water is easily condensed to form secondary condensed water. In this embodiment, the water collecting structure 40 is used for collecting and utilizing the secondary condensation water, so as to effectively prevent water accumulation in the air treatment device 1000 and save water resources.
Specifically, the water collecting structure 40 may also be a plate-like structure to receive the collected water by its upper surface, and then the water flows to the edge along its upper surface to drop to the water collecting and distributing structure 30; the water collecting and distributing structure may be a tray structure, a box structure, a tank structure or a box structure, so as to utilize the inner space to collect water, and then utilize the opening or the hole to distribute water drops to the water collecting and distributing structure 30. The water collecting structure 40 is conducted with the water collecting and distributing structure 30 at one side deviating from the water beating structure 20, or can be conducted by arranging a communicating pipe, a communicating groove and other structures, or can be conducted by arranging a communicating opening, a communicating hole and other structures after being connected with the water collecting and distributing structure 30, so that the condensed water can be gathered in the water collecting structure 40 by the surface of the water collecting and distributing structure 30 facing away from the water beating structure 20, and then is conducted back to the water collecting and distributing structure 30 from the water collecting structure 40 for being used by the humidifying device 200.
Therefore, it can be understood that, in the technical solution of this embodiment, by arranging at least part of the water pumping structure 20 in the water storage structure 10, the water in the water storage structure 10 can be pumped up by using the water pumping structure 20; then, by arranging at least the water collecting and distributing structure 30 above the water taking structure 20, the water taken up by the water collecting and distributing structure 30 can be collected; finally, by disposing at least the water collecting and distributing structure 30 above the humidified device 200 of the air treatment apparatus 1000, the collected water can be guided to the humidified device 200 by using the water collecting and distributing structure 30, and the humidifying process of the humidified device 200 can be completed. At this time, the humidified device 200 obtains an additional humidification process and an additional cooling capacity in the air treatment apparatus 1000, and greatly improves the humidifying and heat exchanging efficiency, so that the energy efficiency of the air treatment apparatus 1000 is improved.
Further, by arranging the water collecting and distributing structure 40 on the side of the water collecting and distributing structure 30 away from the humidifying device 200, the condensed water on the side of the water collecting and distributing structure 30 away from the water beating structure 20 can be collected by using the water collecting and distributing structure 40, so that the condensed water can be guided back into the water collecting and distributing structure 30 through the water collecting and distributing structure 40 even when the condensed water is formed again on the back of the collected water by the water collecting and distributing structure 30, the condensed water can be humidified by the humidifying device 200, the condensed water can be fully utilized, water resources can be saved, and water accumulation in the air treatment device 1000 can be effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6, in an embodiment of the water distribution device 100 of the present application, the water collecting and distributing structure 30 includes a water collecting structure 31 and a water distributing structure 33;
the water collecting structure 31 is arranged above the water spraying structure 20 and is used for collecting water sprayed by the water spraying structure 20 and guiding the collected water into the water distributing structure 33;
the water distribution structure 33 is arranged above the humidified device 200 and is used for receiving water collected by the water collection structure 31 and guiding the water to the humidified device 200;
the water collecting structure 40 is disposed at a side of the water distribution structure 33 facing away from the humidified device 200, and is used for collecting condensed water at a side of the water collecting structure 31 facing away from the water pumping structure 20, and guiding the condensed water into the water distribution structure 33.
Specifically, the water collecting structure 31 may be a plate-like structure to collect water using the lower surface thereof; or a cover structure for collecting water by using the inner surface thereof; accordingly, the water distribution structure 33 may be a plate structure to receive the collected water by using the upper surface thereof, and then the water flows to the edge along the upper surface thereof to drop to the heat exchanger; the water-collecting device can also be a tray body structure, a box body structure, a groove body structure or a box body structure so as to utilize the inner space to carry out the collected water, and then utilize an opening or a hole to drop water to the heat exchanger. The diversion between the water collecting structure 31 and the water distributing structure 33 can be realized by directly dripping up and down, or by arranging diversion structures such as diversion pipes, diversion trenches and the like between the water collecting structure 31 and the water distributing structure 33. The water collecting structure 40 can be connected with the water collecting structure 31 into an integral structure, and then fixed with the side of the water distributing structure 33 away from the humidified device 200 by welding or screwing.
So, after design water collecting structure 31, water collecting structure 40 as an organic whole structure, assemble with water distribution structure 33 again, on the one hand, be convenient for switch on water collecting structure 31 and water collecting structure 40, on the other hand, not only reduced the degree of difficulty of production manufacturing, promoted the efficiency of production manufacturing, still realized mutual detachable between the part moreover, promoted the convenience of changing the maintenance, promoted the practicality of product.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, in an embodiment of the water distribution device 100 of the present application, a water collecting tank 41 is disposed on a surface of the water collecting structure 40 facing away from the water distribution structure 33, a water collecting tank 310 is disposed on a side of the water collecting structure 31 facing away from the water pumping structure 20, and the water collecting tank 41 is communicated with the water collecting tank 310.
Specifically, the water collecting tank 41 may be a recess formed on the upper surface of the water collecting structure 40, the water collecting tank 310 is a recess formed on the upper surface of the water collecting structure 31, i.e. the surface facing away from the water pumping structure 20, and when the upper surface of the water collecting structure 31 generates condensation water, the condensation water is firstly contained in the water collecting tank 310, and then flows from the water collecting tank 310 to the water collecting tank 41, so as to return to the water distribution structure 33 again for humidifying the humidified device 200. Therefore, the phenomenon of leakage and droping can not occur in the whole process from generation to utilization of the formed secondary condensation water, the full utilization of the condensation water is realized, and the energy is saved.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment of the present application, a water guiding opening 411 for guiding the water collecting tank 310 is formed on a side wall of the water collecting tank 41. In this embodiment, the water collecting structure 31 is connected to a side wall of the water collecting structure 40 to form an integral structure, and the side wall is formed as a common groove wall of the water collecting groove 310 and the water collecting groove 41, so that the water guide opening 411 may be opened to the groove wall, so that the condensed water in the water collecting groove 310 can flow into the water collecting groove 41 through the water guide opening 411. The water guiding opening 411 may be a notch on the slot wall, and the shape may be a "U" shape or other special shapes, and of course, the water guiding opening 411 may also be a through hole on the slot wall. The number of water guide ports 411 may be designed according to the actual amount of the condensed water, for example, one, two or three or more. The water guide opening 411 is formed in the side wall of the water collecting tank 41 and is directly communicated with the water collecting tank 310, so that the travel of water drops before reaching the humidified device 200 is greatly shortened, the loss of the water drops is avoided, the loss of cold is avoided, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is effectively improved, and the energy efficiency of the air treatment device 1000 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the depth of the water collecting tank 310 gradually decreases in a direction away from the water collecting tank 41. In practice, the water collecting structure 31 may be inclined such that the height of the water collecting structure 31 near one side of the water collecting tank 41 is lower than the height of the other side, thereby varying the depth of the water collecting tank 310 in this direction. Therefore, when the condensed water appears in the water collecting tank 310, the condensed water can be quickly collected to one side of the water collecting tank 310 close to the water collecting tank 41, and then flows into the water collecting tank 41 through the water guide opening 411, so that the collection efficiency of the condensed water is greatly improved, the flow guide effect is good, and the humidifying and heat exchanging efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 9 and 10, in an embodiment of the present application, the water collecting tank 41 is provided with a drain hole 42 communicating with the water distribution structure 33. Specifically, the drain hole 42 is formed in the bottom wall of the water collecting tank 41 and is located right above the water distribution structure 33, at this time, water in the water collecting tank 41 can directly drop into the water distribution structure 33 through the drain hole 42, and then is guided to the humidified device 200 by the water distribution structure 33, so that the structure is simple, the production and the manufacture are convenient, and the reliability is high.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment of the water distribution device 100 of the present application, a plurality of drain holes 42 are provided, and the plurality of drain holes 42 are spaced apart along the length direction of the water collecting tank 41; the water distribution structure 33 is provided with a plurality of water distribution holes 332 facing the bottom wall of the humidified device 200, and each water discharge hole 42 is arranged in a staggered manner with one water distribution hole 332. The water distribution hole 332 is disposed right above the device 200 to be humidified, and at this time, water in the water distribution structure 33 can directly drip onto the upper surface of the device 200 to be humidified through the water distribution hole 332, so as to complete the humidifying process of the device 200 to be humidified. In the process that the water in the water collecting tank 41 flows to the water distribution structure 33 through the water discharge holes 42 arranged at intervals, because the corresponding water discharge holes 42 and the water distribution holes 332 are arranged in a staggered manner, the water flowing down from the water discharge holes 42 does not directly enter the water distribution holes 332 from the water discharge holes 42 and is dripped to the humidified device 200, but is uniformly distributed in the water distribution structure 33, water is distributed in the water distribution structure 33, and then is uniformly dripped to the humidified device 200 from the plurality of water distribution holes 332, so that a spraying effect on the humidified device 200 is formed, the humidifying efficiency of the humidified device 200 is greatly improved, and the energy efficiency of the air treatment device 1000 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, in an embodiment of the present application, a first flange 44 is disposed around the drain hole 42, and the height of the first flange 44 is lower than the depth of the water collecting tank 41. The first flange 44 is disposed on the bottom wall of the water collecting tank 41, and may be a circular flange or a square flange, in practical application, the condensed water is first placed in the water collecting tank 41, so that impurities such as silt in the condensed water can be deposited on the bottom of the water collecting tank 41, and in the process that the condensed water continues to enter the water collecting tank 41, when the water level exceeds the height of the first flange 44, relatively clear water on the upper portion of the condensed water flows from the water drain hole 42 into the water distribution structure 33, therefore, by designing the first flange 44, the impurities such as silt in the condensed water can be deposited, so that the water drain hole 42 is not blocked, and meanwhile, the water guided to the humidifying device 200 is relatively clear and pure, and the defect of the humidifying device 200 is avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 4, defining the height of the first flange 44 as h1, the relationship is satisfied: h1 is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 8mm, and/or the aperture of the drain hole 42 is defined as d1, the relation is satisfied: d1 is more than or equal to 8mm and less than or equal to 15mm. The height of the first flange 44 is not too high nor too low: if the water level in the water collecting tank 41 is too high, a large amount of condensed water is generated, and overflows from the water collecting tank 41 easily, so that inconvenience is brought to a user; if too low, sediment and impurities in the condensed water are not easy to deposit, so that a large amount of sediment and impurities are guided to the humidified device 200, and the normal humidifying and heat exchanging functions are affected. Similarly, the aperture of the drain hole 42 should not be too large nor too small: if the water is too large, splashing is easily caused in the drainage process, water is wasted, and if the water is too small, overflow is easily caused by insufficient drainage flow when a large amount of condensed water is generated. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the height of the first rib 44 is designed to be in a range of not less than 5mm and not more than 8mm, and/or the aperture of the drain hole 42 is designed to be in a range of not less than 8mm and not more than 15mm.
It will be appreciated that in practice, the height of the first flange 44 may be 5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm or 8mm. The drain hole 42 may have a diameter of 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, or 15mm.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment of the present application, the water collecting tank 41 is further provided with an overflow hole 43 communicated with the water distribution structure 33, and a second flange 45 is circumferentially disposed around the overflow hole 43, and the height of the second flange 45 is lower than the depth of the water collecting tank 41 and higher than the height of the first flange 44. The overflow holes 43 can be correspondingly formed in the bottom wall of the water collecting tank 41, and when the water level in the water collecting tank 41 exceeds the height of the first flange 44 and overflows from the water collecting tank 41, the water can be discharged into the water distribution structure 33 through the overflow holes 43, so that the overflow phenomenon in the water collecting tank 41 is effectively avoided.
Further, please continue with fig. 4, defining the height of the second flange 45 as h2 satisfies the relationship: h2 is more than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 16mm; and/or, defining the aperture of the overflow hole 43 as d2, the relationship is satisfied: d2 is more than or equal to 13mm and less than or equal to 24mm. In particular, the height of the second flange 45 may be 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm or 16mm. The aperture of the overflow holes 43 may be 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm or 24mm. It will be appreciated that the diameter of the overflow hole 43 is slightly larger than that of the drain hole 42, which is beneficial to rapidly draining the water in the water collecting tank 41, and the height of the second flange 45 is lower than the depth of the water collecting tank 41, so as to ensure that no water overflows from the water collecting tank 41, and further avoid water accumulation in the air treatment device 1000.
