Abstract
The invention discloses a laser hot melting based edge banding strip, which comprises: the hot melt adhesive sealing device comprises a convex strip and a joint sealing edge, wherein hot melt adhesive grooves are formed in two sides of the top surface of the convex strip, a laser hot melt adhesive tape is coated in each hot melt adhesive groove, the joint sealing edge is bonded in each hot melt adhesive groove through the laser hot melt adhesive tape, the top surface of the joint sealing edge and the top surface of the convex strip are leveled to form a bonding plane, a laser hot melt adhesive layer is coated on the bonding plane, and a joint sealing cover edge is arranged on the outer side of the top surface of the joint sealing edge. The invention has novel structure, adopts the welt edge sealing to effectively cover the welt formed after the edge sealing strip is attached to the plate, is beautiful and practical and plays a better role in protecting effect and blocking formaldehyde; and a laser hot melt adhesive process is adopted, so that the adhesive is firmer than the traditional adhering mode and is not easy to age and fall off.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of furniture edge sealing, in particular to an edge sealing strip based on laser hot melting and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The edge sealing strip is a material for protecting, decorating and beautifying the cross section of a furniture board, can enable a piece of furniture to show the integral effect of clear wood grains and colorful colors, and has the main function of fixedly sealing the cross section of the board, so that the damage to the board caused by adverse factors in the environment and the use process is avoided, the formaldehyde inside the board is prevented from volatilizing, and the effect of attractive decoration is achieved.
At present, after the edge banding strips on the market are attached to the cross section of a plate, a joint line is generally left, the attractiveness is influenced, the protection effect and the formaldehyde blocking effect are not obvious, and the edge banding strips are easy to fall off due to aging of viscose after being used for a period of time.

The present invention aims to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings and provide a technical solution to solve the above-mentioned problems.
A laser heat stake based edge banding comprising: the hot melt adhesive sealing device comprises a convex strip and a joint sealing edge, wherein hot melt adhesive grooves are formed in two sides of the top surface of the convex strip, a laser hot melt adhesive tape is coated in each hot melt adhesive groove, the joint sealing edge is bonded in each hot melt adhesive groove through the laser hot melt adhesive tape, the top surface of the joint sealing edge and the top surface of the convex strip are leveled to form a bonding plane, a laser hot melt adhesive layer is coated on the bonding plane, and a joint sealing cover edge is arranged on the outer side of the top surface of the joint sealing edge.
Furthermore, the bottom of the joint sealing edge is provided with stepped grains for enhancing the bonding strength.
Furthermore, the raised strips and the joint sealing edges are extruded and molded by an extruder.
A preparation method of an edge banding based on laser hot melting comprises the following steps:
(1) 75-85% of ABS resin, 12-20% of nano calcium carbonate, 1-5% of modifier and 0.5-1.5% of coloring agent are mixed and heated according to the mass percentage until the coloring agent is completely melted to obtain a convex strip raw material;
(2) extruding, cooling and molding the convex strip raw material in the step (1) to obtain convex strips;
(3) according to the mass percentage, 80-85% of polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-15% of anti-aging agent and 0.5-1.5% of toner are mixed and heated to be completely melted to obtain a joint sealing edge raw material;
(4) extruding, cooling and molding the joint sealing raw material in the step (3) to obtain a joint sealing edge;
(5) coating laser hot melt adhesive on the hot melt adhesive grooves of the raised lines in the step (2) to form laser hot melt adhesive tapes;
(6) performing laser irradiation on the laser hot-melt adhesive tape in the step (5) to melt the laser hot-melt adhesive tape and bonding the joint sealing edge on the hot-melt adhesive groove to obtain a sealing strip semi-finished product;
(7) and (4) coating laser hot melt adhesive on the top surfaces of the raised lines on the edge sealing strip semi-finished product and the top surfaces of the seam-attaching edge sealing strips in the step (6) to form a laser hot melt adhesive layer to obtain an edge sealing strip finished product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention has novel structure, adopts the welt edge sealing to effectively cover the welt formed after the edge sealing strip is attached to the plate, is beautiful and practical and plays a better role in protecting effect and blocking formaldehyde; and a laser hot melt adhesive process is adopted, so that the adhesive is firmer than the traditional adhering mode and is not easy to age and fall off.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a laser heat-melting based edge banding includes: convex strip 1, welt banding 2, the top surface both sides of convex strip 1 all are equipped with hot melt adhesive groove 11, are scribbled laser hot melt adhesive tape 12 in the hot melt adhesive groove 11, welt banding 2 bonds in hot melt adhesive groove 11 through laser hot melt adhesive tape 12, and the top surface of welt banding 2 keeps flat with the top surface of convex strip 1 and constitutes and pastes the plane, scribbles laser hot melt adhesive layer 3 on the plane of pasting, and the top surface outside of welt banding 2 is equipped with welt lid 22.
Further, the bottom of the welt seal 2 is provided with a step-shaped grain 21 for enhancing the bonding strength.
Furthermore, the convex strips 1 and the joint sealing edges 2 are extruded and molded through an extruder.
A preparation method of an edge banding based on laser hot melting comprises the following steps:
(1) 75-85% of ABS resin, 12-20% of nano calcium carbonate, 1-5% of modifier and 0.5-1.5% of coloring agent are mixed and heated according to the mass percentage until the coloring agent is completely melted to obtain a convex strip raw material;
(2) extruding, cooling and molding the convex strip raw material in the step (1) to obtain convex strips;
(3) according to the mass percentage, 80-85% of polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-15% of anti-aging agent and 0.5-1.5% of toner are mixed and heated to be completely melted to obtain a joint sealing edge raw material;
(4) extruding, cooling and molding the joint sealing raw material in the step (3) to obtain a joint sealing edge;
(5) coating laser hot melt adhesive on the hot melt adhesive grooves of the raised lines in the step (2) to form laser hot melt adhesive tapes;
(6) performing laser irradiation on the laser hot-melt adhesive tape in the step (5) to melt the laser hot-melt adhesive tape and bonding the joint sealing edge on the hot-melt adhesive groove to obtain a sealing strip semi-finished product;
(7) and (4) coating laser hot melt adhesive on the top surfaces of the raised lines on the edge sealing strip semi-finished product and the top surfaces of the seam-attaching edge sealing strips in the step (6) to form a laser hot melt adhesive layer to obtain an edge sealing strip finished product.

Claims (4)
1. An edge banding based on laser hot melt, comprising: the hot melt adhesive sealing device comprises a convex strip and a joint sealing edge, wherein hot melt adhesive grooves are formed in two sides of the top surface of the convex strip, a laser hot melt adhesive tape is coated in each hot melt adhesive groove, the joint sealing edge is bonded in each hot melt adhesive groove through the laser hot melt adhesive tape, the top surface of the joint sealing edge and the top surface of the convex strip are leveled to form a bonding plane, a laser hot melt adhesive layer is coated on the bonding plane, and a joint sealing cover edge is arranged on the outer side of the top surface of the joint sealing edge.
2. The laser heat fusion based edge banding of claim 1, wherein said hem seal has a stepped texture at the bottom to enhance adhesion.
3. The laser hot melt based edge banding strip of claim 1, wherein said bead and said welt banding are both extruded from an extruder.
4. The preparation method of the edge banding strip based on laser hot melting of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) 75-85% of ABS resin, 12-20% of nano calcium carbonate, 1-5% of modifier and 0.5-1.5% of coloring agent are mixed and heated according to the mass percentage until the coloring agent is completely melted to obtain a convex strip raw material;
(2) extruding, cooling and molding the convex strip raw material in the step (1) to obtain convex strips;
(3) according to the mass percentage, 80-85% of polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-15% of anti-aging agent and 0.5-1.5% of toner are mixed and heated to be completely melted to obtain a joint sealing edge raw material;
(4) extruding, cooling and molding the joint sealing raw material in the step (3) to obtain a joint sealing edge;
(5) coating laser hot melt adhesive on the hot melt adhesive grooves of the raised lines in the step (2) to form laser hot melt adhesive tapes;
(6) performing laser irradiation on the laser hot-melt adhesive tape in the step (5) to melt the laser hot-melt adhesive tape and bonding the joint sealing edge on the hot-melt adhesive groove to obtain a sealing strip semi-finished product;
(7) and (4) coating laser hot melt adhesive on the top surfaces of the raised lines on the edge sealing strip semi-finished product and the top surfaces of the seam-attaching edge sealing strips in the step (6) to form a laser hot melt adhesive layer to obtain an edge sealing strip finished product.
