Referring to fig. 5, the balancing mechanism 4 includes a first conveyor belt 4-1 obliquely disposed under a circular cutter 3-6, two rotating shafts 4-2 obliquely disposed at both ends of the first conveyor belt 4-1, a driven bevel gear 4-3 disposed on one of the rotating shafts 4-2, a drive bevel gear 4-4 engaged with the driven bevel gear 4-3, a parallel shaft coaxially connected with the drive bevel gear 4-4, the parallel shaft being connected with the first motor 3-1 through a chain or belt 11-2;
the hinge seat connected with the two rotating shafts 4-2 is arranged on the first supporting seat 2;
the inclination angle of the first conveyor belt 4-1 is consistent with that of the circular cutter 3-6, the heads of the poultry are contacted with the outer surface of the first conveyor belt 4-1, and the moving direction of one side of the first conveyor belt 4-1 close to the track conveyor belt 8 is opposite to the moving direction of the track conveyor belt 8.
The cutting forces exerted by the cutters 3-6 on the birds, which tend to move in opposite directions, are provided with a balancing mechanism 4, the direction of movement of the conveyor belt being in accordance with the direction of movement of the rail conveyor belt 8, so that the two forces are balanced and offset each other, so that the forces of the birds are balanced.

The specific working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
through the pipeline conveying device, the poultry with leg hair (such as chickens or ducks) moves forwards along a straight line, namely, the two legs are upwards and the heads are downwards, when the poultry moves to the cutting mechanism 3, the crotch of the poultry is divided under the action of the cutter 3-6 rotating at high speed, the purpose of dividing the crotch is to facilitate the subsequent opening operation, in addition, as the poultry is divided in the moving process, the impact force of the cutting mechanism 3 on the poultry is necessarily caused, the position of the poultry is moved, the poultry is likely to fall off from the pipeline conveying device, and in order to balance the moving state of the poultry when being cut, the balancing mechanism 4 is arranged in a linkage manner with the cutting mechanism 3, namely, the poultry is shared by the same power mechanism, and when the poultry moves to the end part of the pipeline conveying device, the poultry is pushed down from the pipeline conveying device under the action of the pushing piece, so that the poultry falls into the receiving mechanism;
in the device, a track conveying belt is adopted, and in addition, a track conveying chain can also be adopted, so that chain gears are arranged at two ends of the annular track, and the track conveying chain moves under the action of the chain gears;
the annular guide rail is a device with mature use technology in a factory, so the annular guide rail is not limited to the structure, and the innovation point of the invention is how to automatically scribe in the process of moving a poultry assembly line, and a balancing mechanism is designed according to the working characteristics of the annular guide rail so as to keep the crotch of the poultry at a relative balancing position in the process of scribing.

An automatic cutting device for a crotch of poultry is characterized by comprising an assembly line conveying device for enabling the poultry to move forwards, a cutting mechanism for cutting the crotch of the poultry, a balancing mechanism for balancing the movement of the poultry, a pushing piece for enabling the poultry to be separated from the assembly line conveying device and a receiving mechanism for receiving the fallen poultry, wherein the cutting mechanism is arranged on one side of the assembly line conveying device, the balancing mechanism is connected with the cutting mechanism, the pushing piece is arranged at one end of the assembly line conveying device, and the receiving mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the pushing piece;
the assembly line conveying device, the cutting mechanism and the balancing mechanism are all arranged on the bottom plate;
the cutting mechanism comprises a circular cutter, a driving shaft and a first motor, wherein the circular cutter is obliquely arranged close to the side face of the circular track, one end of the driving shaft is connected with the center of the circular cutter, the first motor is connected with the other end of the driving shaft, the driving shaft is connected with the first motor through a speed reducing mechanism, the first motor is also connected with the balance mechanism, and the bottom of the circular cutter is obliquely arranged towards the circular track;
the side surface of the circular cutter, which is close to the driving shaft, is provided with a thread cylinder, the inner side surface of the thread cylinder is provided with threads, one end of the driving shaft, which is close to the circular cutter, is provided with external threads, the internal threads of the thread cylinder are connected with the external threads on the driving shaft, and the rotation direction of the threads, which are fixedly connected with the driving shaft, of the thread cylinder is opposite to the rotation direction of the circular cutter;
the driving shaft, the first motor, the speed reducing mechanism and the balancing mechanism are all arranged on a first supporting seat;
the speed reducing mechanism comprises a driving gear connected with the rotating shaft of the first motor and a driven gear connected with the driving shaft, the driving gear is in meshed connection with the driven gear, the driven gear is arranged on the driving shaft, and the size of the driving gear is slightly smaller than that of the driven gear;
the rotating shaft of the first motor is connected with the balance mechanism through a chain or a belt;
the balance mechanism comprises a first conveyor belt obliquely arranged below the circular cutter, two rotating shafts obliquely arranged at two ends of the first conveyor belt respectively, a driven bevel gear arranged on one rotating shaft, a driving bevel gear meshed with the driven bevel gear, and a parallel shaft coaxially connected with the driving bevel gear, wherein the parallel shaft is connected with the first motor through a chain or a belt;
the hinge seat connected with the two rotating shafts is arranged on the first supporting seat;
the inclination angle of the first conveyor belt is consistent with that of the circular cutter, the heads of the poultry are in contact with the outer surface of the first conveyor belt, and the moving direction of one side of the first conveyor belt, which is close to the track conveyor belt, is opposite to the moving direction of the track conveyor belt.

An automatic cutting apparatus for poultry crotch according to claim 1, wherein the in-line conveying apparatus comprises a clamp for clamping and fixing the poultry hanging upside down, a rail conveyor for moving the clamp past the cutting mechanism, an endless rail connected to the rail conveyor, and a driving mechanism provided on the endless rail for driving the rail conveyor to move, a plurality of the clamps being provided at a lower end portion of the rail conveyor, the endless rail being horizontally disposed;
the legs of the poultry are close to the cutting mechanism and are arranged on the clamping piece, the crotch of the poultry passes through the cutting mechanism, and the head of the poultry is contacted with the balancing mechanism.

The automatic cutting device for the crotch of poultry according to claim 2, wherein the clamping member comprises a horizontally placed U-shaped bar and two connecting posts respectively and obliquely arranged at the ends of the U-shaped bar, one end of the connecting post is connected with the ends of the U-shaped bar, and the other end of the connecting post is connected with the lower end of the rail conveyor belt;
the two side surfaces and the top surface of the track conveying belt are contacted with the annular guide rail, and the driving mechanism is connected with the two side surfaces of the track conveying belt.

the rotating roller is arranged on the inner side plate through a hinge seat, the hinge seat is arranged on the inner side plate, and the cutting mechanism is opposite to the rotating roller and is arranged on the other side of the annular track.
