In the above embodiment, considering that each application has a designated acquisition channel to forward a service request, and there may be a situation where multiple applications need to occupy a certain acquisition channel to forward a service request, and if the applications cannot be managed effectively, the communication efficiency may be affected, so when it is detected that a local service application sends multiple service requests based on a certain acquisition channel, the service type of each service request is determined, and the bandwidth requirement required by each service type is obtained, so as to screen out a target service request from multiple service requests according to each service type and the broadband requirement, and forward the service request by the acquisition channel, the whole process comprehensively considers the importance and the broadband requirement of the service itself, so that the channel resource is utilized effectively, and the situation where a non-important service occupies the channel resource or a service with low importance and large broadband requirement occupies the channel resource for a long time is avoided to the greatest extent, the intelligent distribution transformer terminal realizes effective management and control of communication between the intelligent distribution transformer terminal and the outside, and improves communication efficiency.
