Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a circular broken line region at a lower portion in fig. 3 corresponds to a light exit region of the main light source 203, ten circular broken line regions symmetrically disposed at left and right sides correspond to light exit regions of the light source plate member 202, a circular broken line region disposed at an upper portion corresponds to an image pickup region of the camera 208, and a light exit region of the laser head 209 corresponds between the image pickup region and the light exit region of the main light source 203. The light-emitting areas and the areas outside the image pickup area can be coated with color films to achieve the purpose of shading light.
Specifically, the shell 1 is formed by PC (polycarbonate) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber) materials through double-color injection molding, the front shell 7 is formed by PC injection molding, the transparent part 4 is formed by CNC finish machining cutting and then toughening treatment, and then is formed through printing; the front side and the rear side of the camera 208 are provided with camera anti-vibration pads, the rear side of the heat dissipation disc 201 is provided with a lamp cap anti-loosening pad, and the camera anti-vibration pads and the lamp cap anti-loosening pads are both formed by punching by silicon rubber; the light source board bracket 204 is made of PC material and is formed by injection molding; the heat dissipation disc 201 and the enclosing plate bracket 205 are formed by adopting ADC12 aluminum alloy materials through precision die casting.
The assembly process of the lighting assembly 2 is: fixing a laser head 209 on the light source plate bracket 204 by using 706 glue, then installing a camera anti-vibration pad into a groove reserved in the light source plate bracket, then installing a camera 208 into the camera anti-vibration pad, and then flatly placing the light source plate member 202 on the rear side of the light source plate bracket 204; then, the heat dissipation plate 201 is flatly placed on the light source board member 202, the heat dissipation plate 201 and the light source board bracket 204 are connected by screws, and the light source board bracket 204 is clamped; then, the main light source 203 is horizontally placed on the heat dissipation disc 203 through a light outlet reserved in the light source board bracket 204 and then locked by a screw; and finally, the lamp cap anti-loosening pad is stuck in a reserved blind hole on the rear side of the heat dissipation plate 201.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention further provides a movable lighting fixture, which includes the lamp cap structure, and further includes a main housing structure 11 connected to a rear side of the lamp cap structure.
According to the movable lighting lamp, the transparent piece with high structural strength is adopted, so that the use stability and the service life of the lamp cap structure and even the whole lamp are prolonged, the overhauling frequency is reduced, and the use cost is reduced.
In order to further expand the functions of the lamp, the main housing structure 11 further includes a display screen component connected to the camera 208, which can display and store the pictures recorded by the camera 208 in real time. One side of the display screen component is provided with a control key for controlling functions of illumination, camera shooting, laser positioning, display and the like. The battery inside the main shell structure 11 can be set as a rechargeable battery, so that the use is convenient, and the environment is protected.
The movable lighting lamp provided by the invention is generally used as a flashlight, has the functions of shooting, laser positioning and real-time display of shot images, and is suitable for occasions such as inspection and the like.

The lamp holder structure, its characterized in that: the illuminating lamp comprises a shell, an illuminating assembly arranged in the shell, a front opening arranged at the front end of the shell, a disc-shaped transparent piece arranged on the front side of the front opening, a positioning straight edge arranged on the outer edge of the transparent piece, a positioning convex assembly arranged at the front end of the front opening and used for being sleeved on the periphery of the transparent piece and being in contact fit with the positioning straight edge and the outer edge of the transparent piece, and a front shell sleeved on the periphery of the transparent piece and the shell and used for being matched with the shell to clamp the transparent piece from the front side and the rear side of the transparent piece; the height of the positioning projection assembly is smaller than the thickness of the transparent piece; the lighting assembly comprises a heat dissipation disc, a light source plate component arranged on the front side of the heat dissipation disc, a main light source arranged on one side of the light source plate component and a light source plate support arranged on the front sides of the light source plate component and the main light source; the light source plate support is provided with light outlets corresponding to the light source plate component and the main light source respectively; the radiating plate is characterized in that a coaming support integrally formed with the radiating plate is arranged on the front side of the radiating plate, a coaming positioning opening is formed in the coaming support, and a support positioning protrusion used for being connected with the coaming positioning opening in an inserting mode is arranged on the rear side face of the light source plate support.

The lamphead structure of claim 1, wherein: the positioning convex assembly comprises a positioning convex ring arranged at the front end of the shell and positioning straight plates which are arranged at the front end of the positioning convex ring and correspond to the positioning straight edges one to one; the shortest distance from the front end of the positioning straight plate to the rear end of the positioning convex ring is smaller than the thickness of the transparent part, the inner diameter of the positioning convex ring is larger than the inner diameter of the front opening, and the outer diameter of the positioning convex ring is not larger than the outer diameter of the front end of the shell.
