Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a mobile terminal, which includes a housing 100, a circuit board 200, a turntable 300, a light emitting member 400, and a driving mechanism 500.
The housing 100 is a base for mounting various components of the mobile terminal, and the housing 100 is provided with a light-transmitting portion 110, where the light-transmitting portion 110 allows light in an external environment to enter the mobile terminal or allows light emitted by a light-emitting member 400 in the mobile terminal to be emitted into the external environment. In a specific embodiment, the housing 100 may include a main board top cover 120, a back cover 130, and the like, the back cover 130 is connected to the main board top cover 120, the main board top cover 120 may cover the circuit board 200, such that the circuit board 200 is located between the main board top cover 120 and the back cover 130, and the light-transmitting portion 110 may be disposed on the back cover 130. The circuit board 200 may be a main board of the mobile terminal, or a separately provided circuit board. The light-transmitting portion 110 may be disposed on the rear cover 130 by silk-screen printing, and other areas of the rear cover 130 may be silk-screen printed with ink having a predetermined color. In addition, the rear cover 130 may be provided as a glass rear cover.
The turntable 300 is rotatably disposed within the housing 100, so that the turntable 300 can rotate relative to the housing 100. Specifically, the turntable 300 may be disposed on the main board upper cover 120, the rear cover 130, or other components. The shape of the turntable 300 may be circular, rectangular, oval or other shapes, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
The light emitting member 400 is disposed on the turntable 300, and the light emitting member 400 is opposite to a partial region of the light-transmitting portion 110, that is, light emitted from the light emitting member 400 can be emitted through the light-transmitting portion 110. The light emitting member 400 is electrically connected to the circuit board 200, so that the circuit board 200 can achieve the purposes of supplying power to the light emitting member 400 and controlling the operating state of the light emitting member 400. In an embodiment of the invention, the Light Emitting element 400 may be configured as an LED (Light Emitting Diode) Light Emitting element to prolong the life of the Light Emitting element 400. The driving mechanism 500 is disposed in the housing 100, and the driving mechanism 500 is drivingly connected to the turntable 300 to drive the turntable 300 to rotate.
In the mobile terminal disclosed by the invention, the light emitting member 400 is arranged on the turntable 300, the driving mechanism 500 can drive the turntable 300 to rotate, and when the rotating speed of the turntable 300 reaches a certain value, uniform light effect can be obtained only by depending on less light emitting members 400. Accordingly, the number of the light emitting members 400 in the mobile terminal is smaller, driving power required for the light emitting members 400 is smaller, and thus power consumption of the mobile terminal is lower.
Specifically, the number of the light emitting members 400 may be two, three, or even more, and in order to further reduce the power consumption of the mobile terminal, the number of the light emitting members 400 may be one, and when the driving mechanism 500 drives the turntable 300 to rotate, the one light emitting member 400 rotates at a high speed therewith, and thus a uniform light effect may be obtained.
The light-transmitting portion 110 may have a circular structure, a rectangular structure, or another shape. However, considering that the light-transmitting portion 110 mainly functions to emit the light emitted from the light-emitting member 400 when the light-emitting member 400 rotates, and the rotation track of the light-emitting member 400 is annular, the light-transmitting portion 110 may be configured to have an annular light-transmitting region, and in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the turntable 300 facing away from the light-emitting member 400, a projection of a center point of the annular light-transmitting region on the housing 100 coincides with a projection of a rotation center of the turntable 300 on the housing 100. It should be noted that the center point of the annular light-transmitting region refers to the centers of the outer contour line and the inner contour line of the annular light-transmitting region. The arrangement mode can reduce the area of the light-transmitting part 110 as much as possible, so that most parts in the mobile terminal can be shielded, and the appearance of the mobile terminal is optimized.
Further, a surface of the light-transmitting portion 110 on a side away from the turntable 300 is provided with a first annular groove 111. After the first annular groove 111 is arranged, one side surface of the light-transmitting part 110 departing from the rotary disc 300 is recessed relative to other parts of the casing 100, so that the light-transmitting part 110 is not easy to contact with objects in the external environment, and is not easy to wear, so that the light-transmitting part 110 can always keep high light transmission, and the light efficiency of the light-emitting part 400 is optimized.
Further, a side surface of the light-transmitting portion 110 facing the turntable 300 is provided with a second annular groove 112. Since the second annular groove 112 is disposed opposite to the light emitting member 400, once the light emitting member 400 is driven by the turntable 300 to rotate and shake, the second annular groove 112 can avoid the light emitting member 400, so as to prevent the light emitting member 400 from colliding with the light-transmitting portion 110, thereby protecting the structural integrity of the light emitting member 400 and the housing 100. On the other hand, after the second annular groove 112 is provided, the light emitting member 400 can properly utilize the space of the second annular groove 112, and the distance between the light emitting member 400 and the light-transmitting portion 110 can be properly reduced when the turntable 300 and the light emitting member 400 are installed, so that the light emitting member and the light-transmitting portion occupy less space in the thickness direction of the mobile terminal, and thus the thickness of the mobile terminal can be smaller.
The sizes of the first annular groove 111 and the second annular groove 112 may be independently designed, and in order to further optimize the effects of the first annular groove 111 and the second annular groove 112, the inner contour of the first annular groove 111 and the outer contour of the second annular groove 112 may be close to the inner contour of the light-transmitting portion 110, and the outer contour of the first annular groove 111 and the outer contour of the second annular groove 112 may be close to the outer contour of the light-transmitting portion 110. Meanwhile, in order to simplify the manufacturing process of the mobile terminal, a projection of the first annular groove 111 on the housing 100 and a projection of the second annular groove 112 on the housing 100 may coincide in a direction perpendicular to a face of the turntable 300 facing away from the light emitting member 400.
Although it is described that the light emitting member 400 can rotate at a high speed by the rotation of the turntable 300 to obtain a uniform light effect, the light emitting member 400 is not limited thereto, and can rotate at a slow speed by the rotation of the turntable 300 to transmit related information. In a specific embodiment, the transparent portion 110 is provided with a mark portion (not shown), and the driving mechanism 500 drives the rotating disc 300 to rotate so that the light emitting member 400 is opposite to the mark portion. The mark portion may be specifically disposed on a surface of the light-transmitting portion 110 facing the turntable 300 by silk-screen printing or the like. For example, the identification portion may be an arabic number of 0-9, and when the mobile terminal receives an incoming call, the turntable 300 may drive the light-emitting member 400 to sequentially move to the identification portion corresponding to the incoming call number to light the corresponding identification portion, thereby achieving an effect of assisting in reminding the user. When the user is inconvenient to listen to the incoming call reminding tone, the effect produced by the scheme is better. In addition, the scheme can be used in combination with power supply display, voice broadcasting and the like, and can also be applied to scenes such as countdown during shooting. Of course, the marking portion may be a letter, a pattern, or the like having a marking function.
In an alternative embodiment, the turntable 300 may be electrically connected to the circuit board 200 through the elastic sheet 600. In other words, the elastic sheet 600 herein can realize the relative rotation between the turntable 300 and the circuit board 200 on one hand, and can also realize the electrical conduction between the turntable 300 and the circuit board 200 on the other hand, so that the turntable 300 can supply power to the light emitting member 400. Specifically, the elastic sheet 600 has a certain amount of pre-compression, which can be designed according to actual requirements, so that the turntable 300 can stably rotate relative to the circuit board 200, and the electrical conduction between the two is reliable. In addition, the number of the elastic pieces 600 may be set to one, or may be set to multiple, in order to improve connection stability, the number of the elastic pieces 600 may be set to multiple, and the specific number may be set according to an actual situation, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, two ends of the elastic sheet 600 may be set to be flat structures, so that one end of the elastic sheet 600 may be attached to the circuit board 200, and the other end may be attached to the turntable 300, thereby increasing the contact area between the elastic sheet 600 and the circuit board 200 and the turntable 300, and optimizing the connection effect.
In order to improve the stability of the turntable 300 during rotation, one of the housing 100 and the turntable 300 is provided with a limit protrusion, and the other is provided with a limit groove, and the limit protrusion is matched with the limit groove to limit the position of the turntable 300 relative to the circuit board 200. When the limiting convex part is matched with the limiting groove, the movement of the turntable 300 along the direction perpendicular to the limiting convex part can be at least limited, and furthermore, the swinging of the turntable 300 can be further limited, so that the motion track of the light-emitting part 400 is more accurate.
In an alternative embodiment, the turntable 300 is provided with the aforementioned limiting protrusion 310, and the housing 100 is provided with the aforementioned limiting groove 140. The convex limiting portion 310 may be a cylinder, and a projection of a center of the cylinder on the housing 100 coincides with a projection of a rotation center of the turntable 300 on the housing 100 in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the turntable 300 facing away from the light emitting member 400. After the arrangement, the gap between the limiting convex part 310 and the limiting groove 140 can be set as small as possible, so as to achieve a better limiting effect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to simplify the structure of the driving mechanism 500, the driving mechanism 500 may include a driving source 510 and a transmission member, and the driving source 510 is connected to the turntable 300 through the transmission member to drive the turntable 300 to rotate. The driving source 510 here may be specifically a motor. Optionally, the outer side of the turntable 300 is provided with a driving tooth 320, where the driving tooth 320 is arranged along the outer side of the turntable 300 for a full circle; the driving means may comprise a worm 520, the worm 520 being engaged with the driving teeth 320 to drive the rotation of the turntable 300. This structure provides the transmission teeth 320 by using the structure of the turntable 300 itself, and the power output from the driving source 510 can be transmitted to the turntable 300 only through the worm 520, so that the structure of the driving mechanism 500 is simpler, the transmission path thereof is shorter, and the turntable 300 can be driven to rotate more efficiently.
The mobile terminal disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader or a wearable device. Of course, the mobile terminal may also be other devices, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
