Abstract
本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电插座,由夹套(3)、距离传感器(4)、壳体(5)、组成。夹套(3)分为右夹套(3.1)及左夹套(3.2),左夹套(3.2)装有电磁铁(2),右夹套(3.1)装有用磁铁(1),通过距离传感器(4)控制电磁铁(2)通断电,实现当充电枪***到插座底部时,充电枪插头能够被自动夹紧。本发明在不改变通用电动汽车插头接口的前提下实现对电动汽车充电枪插头的自动夹紧功能,同时,电磁夹紧机构使插座与插头结合后更加牢固可靠。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电插座,属于电动汽车充电领域。
技术背景
随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车保有量逐年增加,拥有多辆轿车的家庭也越来越多,由此带来的环境污染也愈加严重,为解决环境污染问题,电动汽车应运而生,随着时间发展,电动汽车越来越普及,自然而然的用于电动汽车充电的充电桩也越来越多。由于快充技术的普及,一方面为充电带来了方便,另一方面由于电流过大导致充电接口过热,如若接口处虚接,则易发生燃烧事故。电动汽车载有的电源电池,必须要外界的充电桩不断的给电池供电,才能保证电动汽车持续的续航能力,因此,每款电动汽车必须都要配有国标统一的充电接口,才能在充电桩处给与电动车充电。本次申请的插座,出发点是为防止充电枪在给电动汽车充电时意外松动、滑落而导致充电枪插头与电动车上的插座虚接发生事故,现在主流的电动车充电插座很少具备锁紧充电枪插头的功能,而是利用充电枪上的机械压锁来保证充电枪与插座的链接,但由于锁紧机构有效接触面小,并不能保证充电过程中被误动后的充电枪插头与充电插座的连接性。
发明内容
针对电动汽车充电过程中充电枪插头与电动车充电插座连接易松动问题,本发明的目的是提出一种自动夹紧式的电动汽车充电插座,提高了电动汽车充电时充电枪与电动汽车上的充电插座连接的牢固性和可靠性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电插座的结构设计。一种电动汽车充电插座,由铁块、电磁铁、夹套、距离传感器、壳体、组成,所述距离传感器安装于插座底部,当充电枪插头***插座且插头顶部与传感器接近极限距离时,激活传感器。
进一步地,所述壳体包括夹套开合导向部,所述夹套滑动设置在开合导向部中;所述夹套分为右夹套、左夹套和电磁吸合装置,所述电磁吸合装置驱动左夹套和右夹套沿夹套开合部相吸靠近。
进一步地,所述夹套的开合导向部设有导槽,左夹套、右夹套的滑动导向部滑动设置在所述导槽中。
进一步地,所述导槽设有止挡,在止挡处,所述左夹套、右夹套吸合在一起,使得所述夹套的轴线与电动汽车充电枪插头的轴线重合。
进一步地,所述电磁吸合装置包括至少一块设置在右夹套上的铁块和设置在左夹套对应铁块位置的电磁铁,所述电磁铁包括铁心和线圈,线圈由控制电路供电。
进一步地,所述线圈通电时,铁块和电磁铁产生吸引力,电磁铁吸引铁块而将左夹套与右夹套吸在一起;当线圈断电时则解除电磁铁和铁块的吸引。
本发明使用的一种电动汽车充电插座的有效收益是:通过距离传感器及外置开关同时控制安装于插座内部的电磁装置,电磁装置设置安装于夹套上,当充电枪插头***到插座的极限位置时,距离传感器控制电磁装置激活,带动夹左右套吸合,从而夹紧插头,有效防止插头松动及脱落,充电过程中或完成后可通过插座上的外置开关控制电磁装置解除夹紧。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
参见附图1、附图2、附图3、所示的实施例中,一种一种电动汽车充电插座,由铁块1、电磁铁2、夹套3、距离传感器4、壳体5、充电枪插头6、导槽7、滑动导向部8、电磁吸合装置9、组成。
附图1中,所述距离传感器4安装于插座底部,当充电枪插头6***插座且插头顶部与传感器接近极限距离时,激活传感器。
附图2中,所述壳体(5)包括夹套开合导向部(5.1),所述夹套(3)滑动设置在开合导向部中;所述夹套(3)分为右夹套(3.2)、左夹套(3.1)和电磁吸合装置(9),所述电磁吸合装置(9)驱动左夹套(3.1)和右夹套(3.2)沿夹套开合部相吸靠近;所述夹套的开合导向部(5.1)设有导槽(7),左夹套(3.1)、右夹套(3.2)的滑动导向部(8)滑动设置在所述导槽中。所述导槽(7)设有止挡(7.1),在止挡(7.1)处,所述左夹套(3.1)、右夹套(3.2)吸合在一起,使得所述夹套(3)的轴线与电动汽车充电枪插头(6)的轴线重合。所述电磁吸合装置(9)包括至少一块设置在右夹套(3.2)上的铁块(1)和设置在左夹套(3.1)对应铁块位置的电磁铁(2),所述电磁铁(2)包括铁心(2.1)和线圈(2.2),线圈(2.2)由控制电路供电。所述线圈(2.2)通电时,铁块(1)和电磁铁(2)产生吸引力,电磁铁(2)吸引铁块(1)而将左夹套(3.1)与右夹套(3.2)吸在一起。
附图3中,当线圈(2.2)断电时则解除电磁铁(2)和铁块(1)的吸引,左夹套(3.1)与右夹套(3.2)分开。
进一步地,充电过程中或充电完成后可通过插座上的外置开关控制电磁装置解除夹紧状态。
Claims (6)
1.一种电动汽车充电插座,其特征在于:由铁块(1)、电磁铁(2)、夹套(3)、距离传感器(4)、壳体(5)、组成,其特征在于:所述距离传感器(4)安装于插座底部,当充电枪插头(6)***插座且插头顶部与传感器接近极限距离时,激活传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车充电插座,其特征是:所述壳体(5)包括夹套开合导向部(5.1),所述夹套(3)滑动设置在开合导向部中;所述夹套(3)分为右夹套(3.2)、左夹套(3.1)和电磁吸合装置(9),所述电磁吸合装置(9)驱动左夹套(3.1)和右夹套(3.2)沿夹套开合部相吸靠近。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动汽车充电插座,其特征是:所述夹套的开合导向部(5.1)设有导槽(7),左夹套(3.1)、右夹套(3.2)的滑动导向部(8)滑动设置在所述导槽中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电动汽车充电插座,其特征是: 所述导槽(7)设有止挡(7.1),在止挡(7.1)处,所述左夹套(3.1)、右夹套(3.2)吸合在一起,使得所述夹套(3)的轴线与电动汽车充电枪插头(6)的轴线重合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动汽车充电插座,其特征是:所述电磁吸合装置(9)包括至少一块设置在右夹套(3.2)上的铁块(1)和设置在左夹套(3.1)对应铁块位置的电磁铁(2),所述电磁铁(2)包括铁心(2.1)和线圈(2.2),线圈(2.2)由控制电路供电。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电动汽车充电插座,其特征是:所述线圈(2.2)通电时,铁块(1)和电磁铁(2)产生吸引力,电磁铁(2)吸引铁块(1)而将左夹套(3.1)与右夹套(3.2)吸在一起;当线圈(2.2)断电时则解除电磁铁(2)和铁块(1)的吸引。
