In the original electric control emission reduction and oil saving system device, an air supplement plate is arranged between the rear end of a throttle valve and an air inlet pipe port of an engine, and because the inner diameter size and specification of the air inlet pipe port connected with the engine and the throttle valve are different for each type of automobile, the inner diameter size of the air supplement plate is required to be consistent with the inner diameter size of the air inlet pipe port of the engine in order to not influence the normal flow of air of an engine air inlet pipe, therefore, aiming at different types of automobiles, the electric control emission reduction and oil saving system device needs to be installed, the processing is needed, or a mold is opened to produce the air supplement plates with different specifications and dimensions, the scale production, the installation and the debugging of the electric control emission reduction and oil saving system device are seriously influenced, and the system cost is increased.
Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly improve the air supply plate in the original electric control emission-reducing oil-saving system device.

In fig. 3-2, a connecting module 8-1 is removed and then assembled into fig. 3-3, which is similar to an ellipse, and in fig. 3-4, after being compressed in the direction of the long axis of the ellipse, an approximate circular ring shape is formed, which is equal to the size adjustment of the inner diameter of the air supplement plate is reduced. On the contrary, if the size of the gas supplementing plate is increased, the aim can be flexibly achieved by increasing the number of the connecting modules. Each complete circular ring type air supplement plate can be provided with 1-3 assembling modules with air inlet pipes according to the air supplement amount and the air supplement type.

In order not to affect the normal flow of air of the air inlet pipe of the automobile engine, the diameter of an arc in the assembling module with the air inlet pipe and the connecting module for connecting the assembling module with the air inlet pipe is equal to the inner diameter of the port of the air inlet pipe of the engine, or the inner diameter of a circular ring-shaped complete air supplement plate which is connected by buckling the assembling module with the air inlet pipe and the connecting module for connecting the assembling module with the air inlet pipe is required to be equal to or close to the inner diameter of the port of the air inlet pipe of the engine.
The multifunctional air supplement plate can be made of rubber materials which can resist the temperature of more than 100 ℃, including silica gel, and can also be made of engineering plastics which can resist the temperature of more than 100 ℃.
