Referring to fig. 8, a blocking mechanism is provided at the fluid channel inlet 26, the blocking mechanism includes a blocking wall 19 and a fluid outlet 182, the blocking wall 19 is provided at the lower side of the fluid channel inlet 26, and the fluid outlet 182 is offset from the side of the fluid channel inlet 26 away from the steam nozzle assembly 3; by arranging the blocking mechanism at the inlet 26 of the fluid channel, on one hand, a user can play a blocking role on the fluid in the box 12 in the ironing process, so that the ironing equipment is prevented from flowing out of water due to excessive inclination in the use process, and on the other hand, the blocking mechanism can reduce the steam spraying speed in the box 12, ensure stable steam spraying and avoid damage to clothes due to over-high steam spraying speed.
The blocking wall 19 is inclined downward toward the fluid outlet 182 side; the arrangement mode can slow down the flow rate of the water vapor and simultaneously has a diversion effect on the water vapor; in addition, as part of the water vapor is condensed into water drops on the lower end surface of the blocking wall 19, the condensed water can flow back into the tank body 12 along the inclined direction of the blocking wall 19, thereby saving water resources.
The blocking mechanism further comprises a mounting ring 18, and the blocking wall 19 is connected to the underside of the mounting ring 18, and the blocking mechanism is connected to the head assembly 2 via the mounting ring 18. By providing the mounting ring 18, it is convenient for the production personnel to install and fix the blocking mechanism.
Specifically, the present invention provides two arrangements of fluid outlets 182:
Referring to fig. 9, a first fluid outlet 182 is provided in the manner: the fluid outlet 182 is arranged on the side of the blocking wall 19 away from the steam nozzle assembly 3, and in this way, when the ironing device is inclined towards the steam nozzle assembly 3, the blocking wall 19 can effectively block the water in the liquid storage cavity 120.
Referring to fig. 10, a second fluid outlet 182 is provided: the fluid outlet 182 is disposed between the end of the blocking wall 19 far away from the steam nozzle assembly 3 and the lower side of the mounting ring 18, and this arrangement can enable the size of the fluid outlet 182 and the size of the blocking wall 19 to be set according to actual needs, and remove the space restriction of the blocking mechanism size to the fluid outlet 182 and the blocking wall 19, so that the setting of the fluid outlet 182 and the blocking wall 19 is more reasonable.
Specifically, the upper end of the water tank assembly 1 is provided with a steam outlet 121, the mounting ring 18 is arranged at the lower part of the steam outlet 121, the head assembly 2 is arranged at the upper part of the steam outlet 121, and the mounting ring 18 and the head assembly 2 are matched together to fix the upper end of the water tank assembly 1; the arrangement effectively reduces the production cost of the ironing device, and simultaneously, the head assembly 2 and the water tank assembly 1 are connected more compactly, so that the ironing device has smaller volume.
Referring to fig. 11, the heat insulation plate further comprises a heat insulation piece 6, wherein an upper connecting hole 61 and a lower connecting hole 62 are respectively arranged at the upper end of the heat insulation piece corresponding to the upper end of the handle 5 and the lower end of the handle 5, the upper end of the handle 5 passes through the upper connecting hole 61 to be connected with the box body 12, the lower end of the handle 5 passes through the lower connecting hole 62 to be connected with the base 11, and the heat insulation piece 6 is blocked between the box body 12 and the middle part of the handle 5; by arranging the heat insulating piece 6, the handle 5 and the box 12 are blocked, and the user is prevented from being injured by touching the box 12 filled with steam by mistake.
Example two
Referring to fig. 13, the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the crease 13 is arranged in the manner of a pattern.
In this embodiment, the case 12 is in a ring-shaped structure, and the folds 13 are obliquely arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the case 12; the case 12 is folded by rotating and pressing the head assembly 2 downward, and the case 12 is unfolded by rotating and stretching the head assembly 2 in the opposite direction.
By adopting the arrangement mode, the upper part of the box body 12 can be folded or unfolded relative to the lower part of the box body 12 only by rotating the upper part of the box body 12 relative to the lower part of the box body 12, so that a user can fold or unfold the box body 12 by using small force, and the user can fold or unfold the box body 12 conveniently.
Compared with the prior art, the portable clothes ironing machine has the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the portable clothes ironing machine, the box body 12 made of soft materials is used, the crease 13 is formed in the box body 12, so that the upper part and the lower part of the box body 12 can be folded and stored relatively under the action of external force, the occupied space of ironing equipment is reduced, compared with the existing folding ironing machine which only uses the folding spray head and the handle 5, the space occupied by parts in a storage state is less, the portable clothes ironing machine is more convenient for users to take out for use, and meanwhile, the portable clothes ironing machine is stored and unfolded in a folding mode, and is simpler and labor-saving to operate;
(2) By arranging the upper cover 7 and enabling the upper cover 7 to be detachably covered on the base 11 when the box body 12 is in the folded state, on one hand, the portable clothes ironing machine is regular in shape when in the storage state, so that the space utilization rate of packages for placing ironing equipment is improved, meanwhile, the corners of the ironing equipment are prevented from scratching users and tearing the packages, and on the other hand, when the portable clothes ironing machine is in the storage state, the upper cover 7 and the base 11 are matched together to provide protection for the head assembly 2 and the box body 12 in the folded state, so that the ironing equipment is prevented from being damaged in the moving process, the service life of the ironing equipment is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. In addition, although specific terms are used in the present specification, these terms are for convenience of description only and do not limit the present invention in any way.

The upper cover is internally provided with a containing chamber for containing the head component, the lower end of the upper cover is detachably connected with the upper end of the base, and when the box body is in a folded state, the upper cover can be connected with the upper end of the base, and the head component is contained in the containing chamber;
the handle comprises an upper connecting part, a lower connecting part and a holding part for connecting the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part, wherein the upper connecting part is detachably connected with the head assembly, and the lower connecting part is detachably connected with the base;
