背景技术
汉麻是一种珍贵的天然功能性纤维资源,在种植和生长过程中无需任何化肥和农药,是全球公认的生态环保特色资源。汉麻全身都是宝,尤其是其具有丰富的抑菌成分,天然抗菌抑菌性能使得其成为非常理想的纤维原料。
但是天然的汉麻纤维,其强度和弹性都不能满足人们的需要,而且汉麻纤维成本高、次品率高、经济效益差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种弹性好且具有一定抗菌性能的有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维,包括互相加捻在一起的有色涤纶纤维和抗菌汉麻纤维,所述有色涤纶纤维按重量份包括92-93份涤纶回收料、2-5份改性剂、1-2份色母粒,所述改性剂按重量份包括20-30份氧化硅、10-15份氧化锌、30-40份TPEE聚酯弹性体、10-15份偶联剂、1-3份氧化钇以及2-5份氯化镁;所述色母粒按重量份包括50-60份颜料粉末、20-30份稳定剂以及10-15份聚乳酸树脂;
所述抗菌汉麻纤维是将30-50份棉纤维、10-30份汉麻纤维、10-30份腈纶纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌剂浸泡后整理而成;所述抗菌剂按重量份包括3-5份三聚氰胺、50-60份硅油、10-20份氯化苄、10-20份吡啶、15-20份乙醇、5-15份碳酸钠。
本发明还公开了一种有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备有色涤纶纤维,先将20-30份氧化硅、10-15份氧化锌、30-40份TPEE聚酯弹性体、10-15份偶联剂、1-3份氧化钇以及2-5份氯化镁于高速混合机中搅拌,然后移入加热炉中加热2 h后取出,待冷却后研磨成粉末,即得改性剂;将50-60份颜料粉末、20-30份稳定剂以及10-15份聚乳酸树脂搅拌均匀并研磨成粉后得到色母粒;最后将92-93份涤纶回收料、2-5份改性剂、1-2份色母粒混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行熔融挤压得到有色涤纶纤维;
第二步:制备抗菌汉麻纤维,现将3-5份三聚氰胺、50-60份硅油、10-20份氯化苄、10-20份吡啶、15-20份乙醇、5-15份碳酸钠加入适量水后搅拌均匀即得抗菌剂,然后将30-50份棉纤维、10-30份汉麻纤维、10-30份腈纶纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌剂浸泡后整理而得抗菌汉麻纤维;
第三步:制备有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维,将有色涤纶纤维和抗菌汉麻纤维互相加捻在一起即得到有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维。
所述有色涤纶纤维采用涤纶回收料、改性剂、色母粒来混合造粒,其中所述涤纶回收料的来源是废弃的矿泉水瓶子和可乐瓶。改性剂和色母粒均是通过自己研发而得,改性剂改变了涤纶回收料的性质,提高了弹性和强度,色母粒则使得更好地将颜色附着在涤纶上。
所述抗菌汉麻纤维采用棉纤维、汉麻纤维、腈纶纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌剂浸泡后整理而成。经过自己研发的抗菌剂,上述抗菌汉麻纤维的抗菌能力得到提高,而且将棉纤维、汉麻纤维、腈纶纤维混合织造后能够加强汉麻纤维的强度和抗撕拉性。

所述抗菌汉麻纤维是将30份棉纤维、10份汉麻纤维、10份腈纶纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌剂浸泡后整理而成;所述抗菌剂按重量份包括3份三聚氰胺、50份硅油、10份氯化苄、10份吡啶、15份乙醇、5份碳酸钠。
本发明还公开了一种有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

第二步:制备抗菌汉麻纤维,现将3份三聚氰胺、50份硅油、10份氯化苄、10份吡啶、15份乙醇、5份碳酸钠加入适量水后搅拌均匀即得抗菌剂,然后将30份棉纤维、10份汉麻纤维、10份腈纶纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌剂浸泡后整理而得抗菌汉麻纤维;
第三步:制备有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维,将有色涤纶纤维和抗菌汉麻纤维互相加捻在一起即得到有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维。
对本实施例所得到的有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维进行水洗检测,分别洗涤10次、30次、50次、100次比较后未色着变化。同时抑菌圈试验结果表明,本实施例所得的有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率达99.97%。
实施例2:

第一步:制备有色涤纶纤维,先将20-30份氧化硅、10-15份氧化锌、30-40份TPEE聚酯弹性体、10-15份偶联剂、1-3份氧化钇以及2-5份氯化镁于高速混合机中搅拌,然后移入加热炉中加热2 h后取出,待冷却后研磨成粉末,即得改性剂;将50-60份颜料粉末、20-30份稳定剂以及10-15份聚乳酸树脂搅拌均匀并研磨成粉后得到色母粒;最后将92-93份涤纶回收料、2-5份改性剂、1-2份色母粒混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行熔融挤压得到有色涤纶纤维;
第二步:制备抗菌汉麻纤维,现将3-5份三聚氰胺、50-60份硅油、10-20份氯化苄、10-20份吡啶、15-20份乙醇、5-15份碳酸钠加入适量水后搅拌均匀即得抗菌剂,然后将30-50份棉纤维、10-30份汉麻纤维、10-30份腈纶纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌剂浸泡后整理而得抗菌汉麻纤维;
第三步:制备有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维,将有色涤纶纤维和抗菌汉麻纤维互相加捻在一起即得到有色汉麻复合抗菌超细纤维。
