技术领域
本发明属于电力电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗压功能的电缆。
背景技术
电缆在现在社会中使用相当普遍,随着电力的普及,电缆随处可见。电缆根据用途可以分为很多种,有用于电力传输的,有用于数据传输的等等。长期处于水底或者潮湿环境中的电缆,会降低了绝缘性能,从而容易引起电缆短路等故障。而且在局部受压的情况下也会造成电缆短路的故障。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种具有抗压功能的电缆。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明的一种具有抗压功能的电缆,包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体内设置有电缆主芯,所述电缆主芯外均匀围绕有电缆次芯,所述电缆主芯以及电缆次芯在包覆有绝缘层,所述电缆次芯外包覆有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外设置有抗压层,所述抗压层外设置有防火层,所述防火层外设置有编织层,所述编织层外设置有防水层,所述防水层外设置有耐磨层。
所述绝缘层与屏蔽层之间的空隙设置有填充层。
所述抗压层内填充有弹性内芯。
所述弹性内芯内均匀分布了弹性内腔。
所述耐磨层上层对称的设置有凹槽,所述耐磨层下层对称的设置有与内槽对应的凸槽。
有益效果,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:1、电缆内设置有电缆内芯和电缆次芯,加强了其信号传输性能;2、防水层的设计,增加了电缆的抗水性,避免了在阴湿环境中腐蚀损坏,减少了故障率;3、抗压层内设置了弹性内芯,增加了电缆的弹性,增加了其抗压性;弹性内芯中的弹性内腔也进一步的增加了电缆的抗压性;4、耐磨层外凹槽和凸槽的设计,便于电缆的摆放。

如图1所示的一种具有抗压功能的电缆,包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体内设置有电缆主芯1,所述电缆主芯1外均匀围绕有电缆次芯2,所述电缆主芯1以及电缆次芯2在包覆有绝缘层3,所述电缆次芯2外包覆有屏蔽层4,所述屏蔽层4外设置有抗压层5,所述抗压层5外设置有防火层6,所述防火层6外设置有编织层7,所述编织层7外设置有防水层8,所述防水层8外设置有耐磨层9。
所述绝缘层3与屏蔽层4之间的空隙设置有填充层10。
所述抗压层5内填充有弹性内芯11。
所述弹性内芯11内均匀分布了弹性内腔12。
所述耐磨层9上层对称的设置有凹槽13,所述耐磨层9下层对称的设置有与内槽13对应的凸槽14。

1.一种具有抗压功能的电缆,其特征在于:包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体内设置有电缆主芯,所述电缆主芯外均匀围绕有电缆次芯,所述电缆主芯以及电缆次芯在包覆有绝缘层,所述电缆次芯外包覆有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外设置有抗压层,所述抗压层外设置有防火层,所述防火层外设置有编织层,所述编织层外设置有防水层,所述防水层外设置有耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压功能的电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层与屏蔽层之间的空隙设置有填充层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压功能的电缆,其特征在于:所述抗压层内填充有弹性内芯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有抗压功能的电缆,其特征在于:所述弹性内芯内均匀分布了弹性内腔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压功能的电缆,其特征在于:所述耐磨层上层对称的设置有凹槽,所述耐磨层下层对称的设置有与内槽对应的凸槽。
