As shown in fig. 3, the functions of each submodule of the intelligent parking management subsystem 103 include: the field management submodule comprises vehicle in-out record field management, special event field management, facility equipment operation field management, manager sign-in and evaluation management, complaint acceptance and processing and field management log functions; the charging management submodule comprises charging facility maintenance management, charging personnel sign-in, evaluation management, charging facility information inquiry, charging statistics, charging implementation and verification and charging statistics functions; the resource management submodule comprises parking space detection facility maintenance management, parking space detection facility information inquiry, parking space resource management and resource use analysis and statistics functions; the information service sub-module comprises functions of information query of the induction facilities, information release of the induction facilities, maintenance and management of the induction facilities and statistic analysis of the induction information; the information exchange and release submodule comprises information extraction and formulation, automatic report generation, information exchange management and information exchange log functions; the decision auxiliary submodule comprises functions of planning assistance, operation management qualification supervision examination, resource conformity examination and facility construction examination; and the policy analysis submodule comprises business analysis, intelligent level analysis, resource utilization analysis, industry human resource analysis, event analysis, enterprise operation condition analysis, infrastructure analysis, industry comprehensive analysis and financial analysis functions.

1. City level intelligence parking integrated management system based on information-based technology, its characterized in that: the system comprises urban parking resources, an intelligent parking management subsystem and a subsystem external component;
the parking resources refer to parking spaces which are intelligently transformed in cities; the external components of the subsystem comprise a dynamic and static database of other urban intelligent traffic subsystems, an urban intelligent traffic data center and an urban intelligent traffic platform; the intelligent parking management subsystem comprises a system resource management module, a parking development management module, an information exchange module and a data acquisition and processing module;
the system resource management module comprises a field management submodule, a charging management submodule and a resource use management submodule; the parking development management module comprises a decision auxiliary sub-module and a policy analysis sub-module; the information exchange module comprises an information service sub-module and an information exchange and release sub-module;
the data acquisition and processing module collects data of the enterprise-level data acquisition and processing module and the city-level data acquisition and processing module and transmits the data to the system resource management module; the system resource management module collects and processes the data of the enterprise-level and city-level data acquisition and processing modules and transmits the data to the parking development management module and the information exchange module; the parking development management module collects the processed data and transmits the data to the information exchange module;
the information exchange module transmits the information to be issued to the enterprise-level data acquisition and processing module and the city-level data acquisition and processing module through the data acquisition and processing module respectively, and supports the enterprise and city management departments to issue instruction information facing respective service objects;
the enterprise level data acquisition and processing module is responsible for collecting operation data of the parking lot in the jurisdiction range of the enterprise, wherein the operation data comprises field management data, parking space resource data, payment equipment data and guidance equipment data; synchronously receiving management data sent by the data acquisition and processing module;
the city-level data acquisition and processing module is responsible for collecting operation data of the parking lot in the jurisdiction of a city management department, wherein the operation data comprises field management data, parking space resource data, payment equipment data, guidance equipment data, optimized parking policies, city-level parking planning and construction files, information exchanged inside the city-level management department and information issued to enterprises and social crowds; synchronously receiving management data sent by the data acquisition and processing module;
the data acquisition and processing module exchanges all the summarized data with the external components of the subsystem in real time;
the data of the payment equipment is collected by payment equipment arranged at the door of the parking lot, and the payment equipment comprises manual payment equipment, automatic payment equipment and APP intelligent terminal payment equipment;
the manual payment equipment comprises a handheld charging terminal and a centralized charging booth;
the automatic payment equipment comprises a parking meter;
the field management submodule sends the facility equipment operation field management information and the special event field management information to the policy analysis submodule, and synchronously sends the special event field management information to the information service submodule to support the issuing of the induction information;
the field management submodule sends the vehicle in-out record field management information to the charging management submodule to support the charging implementation and verification functions;
the charging management submodule sends the charging statistical information to the policy analysis submodule to support the financial analysis function;
the field management submodule and the charge management submodule send the related personnel sign-in and evaluation information and charge statistical information to the policy analysis submodule to support the industry human resource analysis function;
the charging management submodule, the resource use management submodule and the information service submodule send facility operation and maintenance information to the field management submodule;
the resource usage management submodule sends the resource usage analysis statistical information to the policy analysis submodule to support resource utilization analysis;
the resource use management submodule sends parking space resource management information to the information service submodule to support the issuing of guidance information;
the decision auxiliary sub-module sends service data including planning assistance, operation management qualification supervision examination, resource conformity examination and facility construction examination to the policy analysis sub-module;
the decision auxiliary submodule and the policy analysis submodule send related analysis data to the information exchange and release submodule, and management information is sent to enterprises and related departments to complete data exchange;
the field management submodule, the charging management submodule, the resource use management submodule, the decision-making auxiliary submodule, the policy analysis submodule, the information service submodule and the information exchange and release submodule send information to the data acquisition and processing module in real time, and the information is processed and sent to the city-level intelligent traffic data center;
the city-level intelligent traffic data center processes the demand information through the data acquisition and processing module according to the data demand of the intelligent parking management subsystem, and transmits the demand information back to the field management submodule, the charging management submodule, the resource use management submodule, the decision-making auxiliary submodule, the policy analysis submodule, the information service submodule and the information exchange and release submodule to support the operation of the field management submodule, the charge management submodule and the resource use management submodule, and the policy analysis submodule, the information service submodule and the information exchange and release submodule to form a data closed loop.

The integrated management system for urban intelligent parking based on informatization technology of claim 1, characterized in that: the data of the guidance equipment are collected by the guidance equipment arranged in the parking lot and outside the parking lot, and the guidance equipment comprises a parking space guidance identifier with a GPRS positioning function and an outside guidance identifier with a GPRS positioning function.
