Abstract
本发明涉及耐磨材料技术领域,具体涉及一种磨机用无碳合金隔仓板,其特征在于:所述的一种磨机用无碳合金隔仓板,按材质重量百分比的化学成份为,纳米级高纯铁粉0.5~1.0%,硅0.1~0.5%,锰1.0~5.0%,磷1.0~5.0%,余量为纯铁,加工过程:配料、中频炉密闭熔炼、等离子体二次熔炼、渗渡磷元素;所述的加工过程中做值处理。本发明特点,无贵重及稀有金属元素钨、钴、钼、镍、铜,无碳、硫杂质,其性能优于专利“一种新型合金衬板”及专利“一种铬钼钛合金衬板材质”以及传统的中碳高锰合金隔仓板材质,可广泛应用于耐磨材料技术领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐磨材料技术领域,具体涉及一种磨机用无碳合金隔仓板。
背景技术
现有磨机用耐磨材料多为中碳硬质合金钢,即:在碳素钢中加入一定量的合金元素,除碳素钢中含铁(Fe)、碳(C)和少量不可避免的硅(Si)、锰(Mn)、磷(P)、硫(S)、氮(N)之外,再加入一定量的硅(Si)、锰(Mn)、钛(Ti)、钒(V)、镍(Ni)、硼(B)、铼(RE)等一种或多种元素来提高钢的耐磨性及使用性。根据添加合金元素的含量多少分为低合金钢(合金元素总含量小于等于5%)、中合金钢(合金元素总含量在5%~10%之间)、高合金钢(合金元素总含量大于等于10%)。按添加合金元素的种类分为铬合金钢、锰合金钢、铬锰合金钢、铬镍合金钢、铬镍钼合金钢、硅锰钼钒合金钢,如:专利CN 101265544 A公开的(钨镍铬钒合金钢)、专利CN 104152820 A公开的(硅锰铬铜钛合金钢)、专利CN 104762549 A公开的(铬钼钛合金钢)等;根据碳元素的含量多少又分为低碳合金钢(碳含量低于0.25%)、中碳合金钢(碳含量在0.25%~0.60%)、高碳合金钢(碳含量在0.60%以上)。但是,上述合金钢材质中含有大量的贵重及稀有金属元素钨、钴、钼、镍、铜等以及导致合金钢材质韧性变差,寿命缩短的碳元素;节约贵重合金和资源,提高耐磨材料的使用寿命,已成为耐磨材料生产企业必须考虑的重要问题,所以碳元素是当今世界制约金属材质韧性的最大强敌,要想提高金属材质的韧性及耐磨材料的使用寿命,必须彻底清除合金材质中的碳元素。
发明内容
为了克服当今制约金属材质韧性的最大技术缺陷,本发明提供一种耐磨性能优良、抗冲击韧性高、寿命长的创新型磨机用无碳合金隔仓板。
本发明通过下列技术方案实现:
一种磨机用无碳合金隔仓板,其特征在于:所述的一种磨机用无碳合金隔仓板,按材质重量百分比的化学成份为:纳米级高纯铁粉(Fe)0.5~1.0%,硅(Si)0.1~0.5%,锰(Mn)1.0~5.0%,磷(P)1.0~5.0%,余量为纯铁(Fe);加工过程:配料、中频炉密闭熔炼、等离子体二次熔炼、渗渡磷元素;所述的加工过程中做值处理。
本发明的有益效果1:本发明一种磨机用无碳合金隔仓板中无碳(C)、硫(S)等杂质及无对人体有害元素,具体性能:利用磷元素的稳定性,将磷元素渗渡入合金隔仓板内部,使无碳合金隔仓板内柔外刚,其无碳合金隔仓板表面硬度:HRC≥56~69;无碳合金隔仓板冲击疲劳寿命次数:≥155;无碳合金隔仓板破碎率:无。
本发明的有益效果2:本发明一种磨机用无碳合金隔仓板中无贵重及稀有金属元素钨(W)、钴(Co)、钼(Mo)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)等,而其性能优于传统的中碳高锰合金钢隔仓板材质,是一种无贵重及稀有金属元素,无对人体有害元素的“创新环保型合金隔仓板”,以韧性高,耐磨性好,寿命长,生产成本低等特点待实现批量生产。
