The invention discloses a non-contact old record recording device, which comprises a rotating platform, an electric lead screw guide rail, a microscope, a linear array CCD, a signal processing circuit and a comprehensive processing module, wherein the rotating platform is arranged on the rotating platform; the rotating platform comprises a stepping motor and a horizontal plate, the horizontal plate is used for supporting and placing a record to be recorded, and the central axis of the placed record is coaxial with the central axis of the horizontal plate; a microscope and a linear array CCD are mounted on a slide block of the electric lead screw guide rail; the signal processing device converts the signals of the linear array CCD into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to the comprehensive processing module; when the integrated processing module works, the integrated processing module controls the rotating platform to rotate at a constant speed, controls the electric lead screw guide rail to move the sliding block to the initial position, starts the microscope and the linear array CCD to start acquisition, and controls the electric lead screw guide rail to move to the position of the linear array CCD after the rotating platform rotates for a circle, so as to start information acquisition of the next position. Therefore, there is a need for a non-contact dubbing apparatus that achieves lower record loss and enables single or multiple dubbing of a record.
