Abstract
本发明提供一种像素驱动方法。该像素驱动方法通过根据第j行第i列子像素的当前亮度值以及与该第j行第i列子像素相邻的多个相同颜色的子像素的当前亮度值(设j、i均为正整数),通过目标亮度值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值,再通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的亮度补偿值,最后根据第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值及亮度补偿值,通过补偿后的亮度值计算公式输出第j行第i列子像素补偿后的亮度值,以将重载画面转换为轻载画面,从而在不增加成本的情况下解决重载画面下源极驱动器温度过高的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种像素驱动方法。
背景技术
薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFT)是目前液晶显示装置(Liquid CrystalDisplay,LCD)和有源矩阵驱动式有机电致发光显示装置(Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode,AMOLED)中的主要驱动元件,直接关系平板显示装置的显示性能。
现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在薄膜晶体管阵列基板(ThinFilm Transistor Array Substrate,TFT Array Substrate)与彩色滤光片(ColorFilter,CF)基板之间灌入液晶分子,并在两片基板上分别施加像素电压和公共电压,通过像素电压和公共电压之间形成的电场控制液晶分子的旋转方向,以将背光模组的光线透射出来产生画面。
目前,为了进一步推动液晶电视的普及,液晶面板不断的追求低成本和高品质。为了降低成本,双栅(Dual-gate)架构的显示面板成为一种有效的方案,如图1所示,该双栅架构的显示面板包括呈阵列排布的多个子像素10’、沿水平方向延伸的多条扫描线20’以及沿竖直方向延伸的多条数据线30’。每两条扫描线20’对应连接一行子像素10’;每相邻两列子像素10’分别交错连接到与该相邻两列子像素10’左右相邻的数据线30’。因此该双栅架构的显示面板可以大大减少源极驱动器(source driver)的数量(例如4条数据线30’可对应连接6列子像素10’),从而减少整个液晶面板的成本。
虽然双栅架构的显示面板虽然通过减少源极驱动器的数量实现了成本的降低,但是显示面板的扫描速率提升了一倍,更快的扫描速度必然会造成源极驱动器负载(driverIC loading)的加重,特别是在重载画面下(例如所有红色子像素和蓝色子像素的灰阶均为0,所有绿色子像素的灰阶均为255),源极驱动器温度具有过高的风险,从而对源极驱动器温度造成不可逆的损伤,使其无法正常工作。而目前主要通过增加散热片的方法来解决重载画面下源极驱动器温度过高的问题,但散热片的增加无疑会导致成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种像素驱动方法,可以在不增加成本的情况下解决重载画面下源极驱动器温度过高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种像素驱动方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、提供像素驱动电路;所述像素驱动电路包括呈阵列排布的多个子像素组;每个子像素组包括两个子像素;所有子像素呈阵列排布;
步骤S2、根据第j行第i列子像素的当前亮度值以及与该第j行第i列子像素相邻的多个相同颜色的子像素的当前亮度值,通过目标亮度值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值,设i,j均为正整数;
步骤S3、通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的亮度补偿值;
步骤S4、根据第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值及亮度补偿值,通过补偿后的亮度值计算公式输出第j行第i列子像素补偿后的亮度值;
步骤S5、重复步骤S2-S4直至输出所有子像素补偿后的亮度值。
所述像素驱动电路还包括沿水平方向延伸的多条扫描线以及沿竖直方向延伸的多条数据线;每个子像素组中的两个子像素沿水平方向排布;每两条扫描线对应连接一行子像素,其中,一条扫描线连接一行子像素中位于奇数列的子像素,另一条扫描线连接一行子像素中位于偶数列的子像素;每列子像素组分别交错连接到与该列子像素组左右相邻的数据线。
每一列子像素为相同颜色的子像素,且每一行子像素中的每相邻三个子像素分别为红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素。
所述步骤S2中,所述目标亮度值计算公式为:其中为第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值,Mj,i为第j行第i列子像素的当前亮度值,Mj+1,i为第j+1行第i列子像素的当前亮度值,Mj,i+3为第j行第i+3列子像素的当前亮度值,Mj+1,i+3为第j+1行第i+3列子像素的当前亮度值。
所述步骤S3中,根据与所述第j行第i列子像素左右相邻的数据线连接的多个子像素之间的当前亮度值的差值,以及第j行第i列子像素的当前亮度值和与该第j行第i列子像素连接同一条数据线且位于第j行的子像素的当前亮度值的差值,通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的亮度补偿值。

所述步骤S5通过输出所有子像素补偿后的亮度值将为重载画面的显示画面转换为轻载画面的显示画面。
所述重载画面为第i列的子像素的亮度值均大于或等于预设的第一亮度值且第i+1列的子像素的亮度值均小于或等于预设的第二亮度值的画面,且所述第一亮度值大于第二亮度值。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的像素驱动方法通过根据第j行第i列子像素的当前亮度值以及与该第j行第i列子像素相邻的多个相同颜色的子像素的当前亮度值,通过目标亮度值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值,再通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的亮度补偿值,最后根据第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值及亮度补偿值,通过补偿后的亮度值计算公式输出第j行第i列子像素补偿后的亮度值,以将重载画面转换为轻载画面,从而在不增加成本的情况下解决重载画面下源极驱动器温度过高的问题。

步骤S2、根据第j行第i列子像素10的当前亮度值以及与该第j行第i列子像素10相邻的多个相同颜色的子像素10的当前亮度值,通过目标亮度值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素10的目标亮度值,设i,j均为正整数;
步骤S3、通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素10的亮度补偿值;
步骤S4、根据第j行第i列子像素10的目标亮度值及亮度补偿值,通过补偿后的亮度值计算公式输出第j行第i列子像素10补偿后的亮度值;
步骤S5、重复步骤S2-S4直至输出所有子像素10补偿后的亮度值。

通过第1列子像素10为蓝色子像素B,第2列子像素10为绿色子像素G,第3列为红色子像素R,以及输出第1行第1列子像素补偿后的亮度值来举例说明:首先,通过获得第1行第1列子像素10的目标亮度值再通过获得第1行第1列子像素10的亮度补偿值Δ1,1,其中,Δ1=|M1,1-M1,2|,Δ2=|M1,2-M2,5|,Δ3=|M2,5-M2,6|,Δ4=|M2,6-M3,1|,Δ5=|M3,1-M3,2|,Δ6=|M1,3-M1,4|,Δ7=|M1,4-M2,1|,Δ8=|M2,1-M2,2|,Δ9=|M2,2-M3,3|,Δ10=|M3,3-M3,4|;最后通过获得第1行第1列子像素10补偿后的亮度值NewM1,1,重复上述步骤直至输出所有子像素10补偿后的亮度值,将为重载画面的显示画面转换为轻载画面的显示画面,从而在不增加成本的情况下解决重载画面下源极驱动器温度过高的问题。
综上所述,本发明的像素驱动方法通过根据第j行第i列子像素的当前亮度值以及与该第j行第i列子像素相邻的多个相同颜色的子像素的当前亮度值,通过目标亮度值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值,再通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素的亮度补偿值,最后根据第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值及亮度补偿值,通过补偿后的亮度值计算公式输出第j行第i列子像素补偿后的亮度值,以将重载画面转换为轻载画面,从而在不增加成本的情况下解决重载画面下源极驱动器温度过高的问题。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种像素驱动方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、提供像素驱动电路;所述像素驱动电路包括呈阵列排布的多个子像素组(11);每个子像素组(11)包括两个子像素(10);所有子像素(10)呈阵列排布;
步骤S2、根据第j行第i列子像素(10)的当前亮度值以及与该第j行第i列子像素(10)相邻的多个相同颜色的子像素(10)的当前亮度值,通过目标亮度值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素(10)的目标亮度值,设i,j均为正整数;
步骤S3、通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素(10)的亮度补偿值;
步骤S4、根据第j行第i列子像素(10)的目标亮度值及亮度补偿值,通过补偿后的亮度值计算公式输出第j行第i列子像素(10)补偿后的亮度值;
步骤S5、重复步骤S2-S4直至输出所有子像素(10)补偿后的亮度值;
所述像素驱动电路还包括沿水平方向延伸的多条扫描线(20)以及沿竖直方向延伸的多条数据线(30);每个子像素组(11)中的两个子像素(10)沿水平方向排布;每两条扫描线(20)对应连接一行子像素(10),其中,一条扫描线(20)连接一行子像素(10)中位于奇数列的子像素(10),另一条扫描线(20)连接一行子像素(10)中位于偶数列的子像素(10);每列子像素组(11)分别交错连接到与该列子像素组(11)左右相邻的数据线(30)。
2.如权利要求1所述的像素驱动方法,其特征在于,每一列子像素(10)为相同颜色的子像素(10),且每一行子像素(10)中的每相邻三个子像素(10)分别为红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素。
4.如权利要求3所述的像素驱动方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,根据与所述第j行第i列子像素(10)左右相邻的数据线(30)连接的多个子像素(10)之间的当前亮度值的差值,以及第j行第i列子像素(10)的当前亮度值和与该第j行第i列子像素(10)连接同一条数据线(30)且位于第j行的子像素(10)的当前亮度值的差值,通过亮度补偿值计算公式获得第j行第i列子像素(10)的亮度补偿值。
5.如权利要求4所述的像素驱动方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,所述亮度补偿值计算公式为:其中,Δj,i为第j行第i列子像素(10)的亮度补偿值,Δ1=|Mj,i-Mj,i+1|,Δ2=|Mj,i+1-Mj+1,i-2|,Δ3=|Mj+1,i-2-Mj+1,i-1|,Δ4=|Mj+1,i-1-Mj+2,i|,Δ5=|Mj+2,i-Mj+2,i+1|,Δ6=|Mj,i+2-Mj,i+3|,Δ7=|Mj,i+3-Mj+1,i|,Δ8=|Mj+1,i-Mj+1,i+1|,Δ9=|Mj+1,i+1-Mj+2,i+2|,Δ10=|Mj+2,i+2-Mj+2,i+3|,Mj,i为第j行第i列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj,i+1为第j行第i+1列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+1,i-2为第j+1行第i-2列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+1,i-1为第j+1行第i-1列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+2,i为第j+2行第i列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+2,i+1为第j+2行第i+1列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj,i+2为第j行第i+2列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj,i+3为第j行第i+3列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+1,i为第j+1行第i列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+1,i+1为第j+1行第i+1列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+2,i+2为第j+2行第i+2列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+2,i+3为第j+2行第i+3列子像素(10)的当前亮度值。
6.如权利要求5所述的像素驱动方法,其特征在于,当i为1或2时,Mj+1,i-2用Mj+1,i+4代替,Mj+1,i-1用Mj+1,i+5代替,其中,Mj+1,i+4为第j+1行第i+4列子像素(10)的当前亮度值,Mj+1,i+5为为第j+1行第i+5列子像素(10)的当前亮度值。
8.如权利要求1所述的像素驱动方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5通过输出所有子像素(10)补偿后的亮度值将为重载画面的显示画面转换为轻载画面的显示画面。
9.如权利要求8所述的像素驱动方法,其特征在于,所述重载画面为第i列的子像素(10)的亮度值均大于或等于预设的第一亮度值且第i+1列的子像素(10)的亮度值均小于或等于预设的第二亮度值的画面,且所述第一亮度值大于第二亮度值。
