Automatic dehydration
Automatic drying
Dehydration degree: stability of
Drying degree: fine and fine
Here, by lighting the original display unit 532, the user can recognize the operating conditions of the original program set for downloading.
At this time, the listening key 518 blinks, and when the user operates the listening key 518, audio information for explaining the contents of the original program is output from the speaker 40. Thus, the user can easily understand which of the original programs is set.
In the first embodiment, the voice information may be synthesized according to the set operation condition of the original program, or the data of the voice information may be transmitted from the smartphone 400 to the communication adapter 20 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 together with the information of the operation condition of the original program.
When the operating conditions of the downloaded original program are set, audio information describing the contents of the original program may be output from the speaker 40.
According to the washing system having the above-described configuration, the operation condition setting unit 11a of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 sets the operation condition in accordance with the operation of the operation display unit 50 by the user. For example, the operation programs may be selected from a plurality of operation programs registered in advance in the drum-type washing and drying machine 100, or the respective steps may be individually set.
Alternatively, in the smartphone 400, any one of a plurality of original programs, in which the operation conditions are set in advance, are selected by one operation, and the operation conditions are configured by a combination that can be set by the operation condition setting unit 11a of the drum washing and drying machine 100. The information of the operating conditions of the selected inventive program is transmitted from the smartphone 400 to the communication unit 23 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100. When the communication unit 23 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 receives the information of the operating conditions of the original program from the smartphone 400, the operating conditions are set by the operating condition setting unit 11a of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 based on the information of the operating conditions of the original program. Thus, with a simple operation of the smartphone 400, the optimum operating conditions can be set, which are constituted by a combination that can be set on the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 side.
The operation conditions of the inventive program are set by the user operating the operation display unit 50a plurality of times on the drum-type washing and drying machine 100, and are different from the operation conditions of the plurality of operation programs registered in advance in the drum-type washing and drying machine 100. Thus, a plurality of operation courses different from the registered operation courses can be selected for the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 in which the number of registered operation courses registered in advance is limited. The operation conditions of the inventive program set for the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 are operation conditions that can be set by operating a plurality of keys of the operation display unit 50 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100, and the operation conditions desired by the user are collectively set. In addition, the operation conditions of the original program set for the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 can be changed according to the key operation of the user, thereby improving the convenience.
In addition, since the operating conditions of the inventive program received by the communication unit 23 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 are stored in the memory 13 (nonvolatile storage unit), even if the power of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 is cut off, the operating conditions of the inventive program can be maintained, and the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 can be used when the power is turned on next time, and it is not necessary to perform setting from the smartphone 400 again, thereby improving convenience.
Moreover, a sound for explaining the contents of the operating conditions of the inventive program received by the communication unit 23 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 is outputted from the speaker 40 (sound output unit). Thus, the user can easily confirm the contents of the original program set from the smartphone 400.
In the washing system, by updating the application software for setting the original program of the smartphone 400, a new original program can be easily added to the list.
(second embodiment)
Fig. 6 is a schematic configuration diagram of a washing system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The washing system of the second embodiment has the same configuration as the washing system of the first embodiment except for a point of communication with the management server 300, and thus fig. 1 to 5 are referred to.
As shown in fig. 6, the washing system includes: a drum type washing and drying machine 100 installed indoors; a wireless access point 200; an outdoor management server 300 communicating with the drum-type washing and drying machine 100; and a smartphone 400 as an example of a portable terminal that communicates with the management server 300.
The communication adapter 20 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 is in wireless communication connection with the wireless access point 200, and communicates with the management server 300 via the wireless access point 200 and the internet N. More specifically, the communication adapter 20 transmits information to the management server 300 or receives information from the management server 300 via the wireless access point 200 and the internet N. Further, the communication between the management server 300 and the wireless access point 200 is performed by means of the internet N using a telecommunication network and/or an optical communication network.
The management server 300 receives and stores information from the drum washing and drying machine 100 or receives and stores information from the smart phone 400.
The smart phone 400 transmits information to the management server 300 or receives information from the management server 300. More specifically, the smartphone 400 communicates with the management server 300 via a mobile phone communication network and the internet N.
For example, when operation information indicating whether or not an operation for treating laundry is being performed is stored in management server 300 as information from drum-type washing and drying machine 100, smartphone 400 can acquire the operation information from management server 300 by communicating with management server 300, and can transmit the operation information to the user.
On the other hand, for example, when the management server 300 stores setting information (operation conditions of the original program, etc.) related to the processing of the laundry as information from the smartphone 400, the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 may be connected to the management server 300 by communication, acquire the setting information from the management server 300, and perform processing on the laundry based on the setting information. Although not shown, a broadband router is provided between the management server 300 and the wireless access point 200.
Further, the first control unit 11 of the control device 10 includes: an operation condition setting unit 11a for setting the operation condition of the washing and drying unit 60; an operation control part 11b for controlling the operation of the washing and drying part 60; a first notification unit 11c that notifies the smartphone 400 via the communication unit 23; a second notification unit 11d for notifying the user of error information by using the operation display unit 50 and the speaker 40; and a notification setting unit 11e for setting whether or not to notify the error information from the second notification unit 11 d.
The first notification unit 11c and the second notification unit 11d may notify the user of the operation state of the washing/drying unit 60 (washing unit) without notifying the user of error information, or may notify the user of both error information and the operation state of the washing/drying unit 60.
According to the washing system having the above-described configuration, the information of the operation conditions of the original program selected by the smartphone 400 is transmitted from the smartphone 400 to the communication unit 23 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 via the management server 300.
The washing system of the second embodiment has the same effects as the washing system of the first embodiment.
The first notification unit 11c of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 notifies the smart phone 400 of error information and/or the operation state of the washing and drying unit 60 (washing unit) via the communication unit 23. At this time, when the notification setting unit 11E sets the notification from the second notification unit 11d in response to the user's key operation on the operation display unit 50, the error information and/or the operation state of the washing and drying unit 60 are displayed on the numerical display unit 523 (shown in fig. 4) by a code such as "E o" ("o" is a number). For example, the error information includes "water supply impossible", "door open", "thread end filter clogging", "dehydration impossible", "motor non-rotation", and the like. The operation state of the washing/drying unit 60 includes "clogging of the drying/filtering device", "a large amount of laundry", and the like.
On the other hand, when the notification setting unit 11e sets that the second notification unit 11d does not notify the user of the operation display unit 50 by the user's key operation, the user is not notified of error information or the operation state of the washing/drying unit 60 (washing unit). Thus, it is possible to prevent the user who is sufficiently informed of the smartphone 400 from bothering the drum washing and drying machine 100.
In the washing system of the second embodiment, whether or not to notify the smartphone 400 of the operation state is set by the notification setting unit 11e of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100, but whether or not to notify the smartphone 400 of the operation state of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 may be set by the smartphone 400. Thus, with the settings made from smartphone 400, the user can block the notification from drum-type washing and drying machine 100 at bedtime when he is bored of the notification at night or the like.
In addition, whether to notify the user of the washing machine 100 or not and whether to notify the smartphone 400 or not may be automatically set according to the content notified to the user. For example, the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 may be notified and the smartphone 400 may be notified of a user-coped problem of a door error ("door open"), while only the smartphone 400 may be notified of a motor error ("motor not rotating") or other failure that the user cannot cope with.
In addition, although the error information and/or the operation state of the washing/drying unit 60 (washing unit) is notified in the second embodiment, the error information and/or the operation state of the washing unit may be notified, and the operation end and/or the operation result of the washing unit may be notified.
Further, although the error information and/or the operation state of the washing/drying unit 60 (washing unit) are displayed by the 16-ary code on the numerical display unit 523 displayed in 7 segments, they may be displayed in characters and/or patterns by a liquid crystal display or the like.
(third embodiment)
Fig. 7 is a diagram for explaining a MAC address display function of the drum type washing and drying machine 100 of the washing system according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The washing system of the third embodiment has the same configuration as that of the washing system of the first embodiment except for the difference in the MAC address display function of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100, and therefore fig. 1 to 5 are cited.
The washing system of the third embodiment is installed with the communication adapter 20 as an optional part in the drum type washing and drying machine 100 shown in fig. 1, and the information of the MAC address for connecting the communication network is stored in the memory 24 of the communication adapter 20.
When the power-on key 514 (shown in fig. 4) of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 is pressed to be in the power-on state, the operation content can be set in the set state while the previous operation condition is maintained. When a specific key is operated on the operation display unit 50 from the set state, the MAC address request signal is output from the first control unit 11 of the control device 10 to the second control unit 21 of the communication adapter 20. The second control unit 21 of the communication adapter 20 that has received the MAC address request signal transmits the information of the MAC address stored in the memory 24 to the first control unit 11 of the control device 10. The control device 10 receives the information of the MAC address from the communication adapter 20, and displays the first 4 bits of the 12-bit MAC address on the digital display unit 523 (shown in fig. 4).
For example, when the refresh key 512 (shown in fig. 4) is pressed while the unlock key 513 (shown in fig. 4) is held down, "1234" (16-ary number) is displayed as shown on the left side of fig. 7. At this time, the "cleaning" of the process display portion 526 is turned on.
When the rinse key 504 (shown in fig. 4) is pressed from the display state of the first 4 bits, the middle 4 bits of the 12-bit MAC address are displayed. For example, as shown in the center of fig. 7, "56 AB" (16-numbered numeral) is displayed on the numeral display unit 523. At this time, the "rinsing" of the process display portion 526 is turned on. In addition, "B" is displayed as "B" in the number display unit 523.
When the dehydration key 505 (shown in fig. 4) is pressed from the display state of the middle 4 bits, the last 4 bits of the 12-bit MAC address are displayed. For example, as shown on the right side of fig. 7, "CDEF" (16-numbered number) is displayed on the number display unit 523. At this time, the "dehydration" lamp of the process display unit 526 is turned on. In addition, in the number display unit 523, "D" is displayed as "D".
Thereby, the user is notified of the 12-bit MAC address "123456 ABCDEF" (16-ary number).
Next, when the wash key 503 (shown in fig. 4) is pressed from the rear 4-digit display state, the front 4-digit display shown on the left side of fig. 7 is displayed.
Further, when the water release key 505 is pressed from the display state of the first 4 bits, the last 4 bits of the 12-bit MAC address are displayed, when the rinse key 504 is pressed from the display state of the last 4 bits, the middle 4 bits of the 12-bit MAC address are displayed, and when the wash key 503 is pressed from the display state of the middle 4 bits, the first 4 bits are displayed.
When the refresh key 512 is pressed in the first 4-bit display state, the middle 4-bit display state, and the last 4-bit display state shown in fig. 7, the state returns to the original setting state.
According to the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 configured as described above, when the user performs a specific operation on the operation display unit 50 (key input unit), the user can confirm the MAC address without pasting a sticker or the like in which the MAC address is described on the main body of the drum-type washing and drying machine 100, by using the MAC address display function of displaying information on the MAC address of the communication unit 23.
Even if the communication adapter 20 is replaced due to a failure or the like, the user can confirm the new MAC address after the replacement by using the MAC address display function without requiring any special work.
Furthermore, when the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 is produced, the MAC address of the communication adapter 20 is confirmed by the MAC address display function, so that the work (pasting a sticker or the like) for clearly indicating the MAC address on the main body can be omitted, and the work process can be simplified.
In the third embodiment, the MAC address is displayed in the 16-digit code on the number display unit 523 displayed in 7 segments, but may be displayed by a liquid crystal display or the like.
Conventionally, in a household appliance having a communication function, a sticker or the like for a MAC address is attached to a side surface of the appliance, but depending on the position of the sticker or the like on the side surface of the appliance, a user may be obstructed by a wall and/or furniture and the MAC address may not be confirmed, and in a washing machine, a special process is required in which the sticker is not discolored or deteriorated even if it is stained with water and/or a detergent. Even if the MAC address is described in a material such as a use specification, the user does not always have to easily confirm the MAC address. Further, when the optional communication adapter is additionally installed, it cannot be described in advance in the home appliance, and therefore, the same problem arises.
In view of such a problem, in the drum-type washing and drying machine 100 according to the third embodiment, the user can confirm the MAC address by using the MAC address display function, and thus, a sticker or the like that is discolored or deteriorated by water and/or laundry detergent can be no longer used.
In the first to third embodiments, the washing system including the smartphone 400 as an example of the portable terminal has been described, but the portable terminal is not limited to this, and may be a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a mobile PC (Personal computer), or the like.
