本发明公开了一种高能醇基液体燃料及其制备方法,属于醇基液体燃料技术领域。本发明的高能醇基液体燃料包括醇基液体、辅助燃料和复合添加剂,制备方法是将多种化工原料复配调和制成复合添加剂,再用其对醇基液体进行复配变性,最后混配相适应的高能稳定的辅助燃料,制备成一种燃烧效率高、热值高、动力性强、互溶性好、能耗低、污染排放低的高能醇基液体燃料,本发明的高能醇基液体燃料的制造工艺简单,无需大型设备,生产过程安全且无环境汚染,原料来源广泛,产品储存和运输安全,燃烧充分,有效热值高,可减少空气污染,有效缓解能源紧缺,有着重要的社会经济效益,适合大规模量化生产,具有普遍推广价值。

技术领域
本发明属于醇基液体燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种高能醇基液体燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,能源、资源逐渐枯竭,石油资源紧缺,持续的工业化增长以及车辆的广泛使用,抵消了尾气排放控制所取得的技术进展。在城市,78%的一氧化碳、45%的氮氧化物以及37%的挥发性有机化合物都是由大量的石化燃料燃烧排放出来的有害物,严重污染环境。因此,开发资源丰富、环境友好、经济可行的替代石化燃料显得极为迫切。目前替代燃料主要有:一是煤基替代液体燃料,包括甲醇、二甲醚、合成油;二是生物质液体燃料,包括乙醇、生物柴油。业内专家预测,因环保优势突出,以醇类为主的醇基液体燃料必将在市场上得到最为广泛的推广和应用。
醇基液体燃料,是一种以醇类(甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等)物质为主体配置的高效节能、卫生安全(常温常压、挥发少)、使用方便的新型燃料,其原料来源广泛,生产工艺简便,无需大型设备,生产过程安全且无环境汚染。醇基液体燃料的主体原料醇基液体既可来源于石化燃料(如煤、石油、天然气可以生产甲醇),也可由生物质生物发酵生产(如乙醇、丁醇等)。近几年,由于甲醇具有沸点低、辛烷值高、含氧量高、汽化潜热大、来源广泛和价格便宜等特性,以甲醇为主的醇基液体燃料颇受青睐,不仅大规模用作餐饮燃料、船动力燃料和工业炉窑燃料,还逐渐大量替代车用石油成品油,使用于各种汽车上,其应用前景十分广阔。
目前市场上流行的醇基液体燃料种类繁多,还不同程度地存在着一些问题:组分单一,热值低,价格高,制备过程复杂,需要专门的配套设备,有些还含有苯或硫等高污染的物质,其燃烧速度、气化热值、互溶性、爆发力加速性能等方面与传统燃料存在一定的差距,不能完全替代汽油,限制了大规模推广。如申请号为CN03152748.5的发明专利申请公开了一种车用甲醇汽油,其原料配方为:基础汽油47~62%、工业甲醇36~50%、乳化剂2~3%,其只是将醇类物质与烃类燃料简单地混合,添加剂组分过于单一,混合效果差,热值低,能耗大,限制了其推广使用。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种高能醇基液体燃料及其制备方法。本发明以醇基液体、辅助燃料和复合添加剂为原料,通过将各组分充分混合均匀,得到燃烧效率高、热值高、动力性强、互溶性好、能耗低、污染排放低的高能醇基液体燃料。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:醇基液体70~95份、辅助燃料4.01~30份和复合添加剂0.5~5份;
所述辅助燃料的组成及配比为:石脑油3~25份,碳五1~5份,二甲氧基甲烷1~5份,过氧化氢0~7份,甲基叔丁基醚1~5份;
所述复合添加剂的组成及配比为:异构中碳醇0.1~3.0份,氢氧化钾0~2.0份,乙酸乙酯0.1~3.0份,丙酮0.01~1.0份,樟脑乙醇溶液0.01~1.0份,碳酸二甲酯0.1~2份,六亚甲基四胺0.1~2.0份,烷基二苯胺0.01~1.0份,抗氧防胶剂0.01~0.5份,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.01~0.3份,腐蚀抑制剂0.01~0.5份,清净分散剂0.01~0.1份。
作为技术方案的优选,所述醇基液体为甲醇或甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、戊醇按照配比为40-90:1-10:1-20:1-20的混合物。
作为技术方案的优选,所述异构中碳醇为异丙醇、异丁醇、异辛醇中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
作为技术方案的优选,所述抗氧防胶剂为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、苯***衍生物中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
作为技术方案的优选,所述腐蚀抑制剂为苯并三氮唑、烯基丁二酸、二壬基萘磺酸钡中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
作为技术方案的优选,所述清净分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯多二酰亚胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
作为技术方案的优选,所述过氧化氢的质量浓度为20-30%;所述氢氧化钾的质量浓度为20-30%;所述樟脑乙醇溶液的质量浓度为10-30%。
一种如上所述的高能醇基液体燃料的制备方法,在常温、常压下进行,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合添加剂的制备:将复合添加剂各组分按配方比例加入调和釜A中搅拌溶解,充分搅拌混合,然后静置15~20min,再注入到添加剂罐中,得到黄色或红黄色透明溶液,即为复合添加剂,密封保存,备用;
(2)变性醇基液体的制备:将醇基液体加入调和釜B中,边搅拌边按比例加入复合添加剂,充分搅拌混合后,静置15~20min,得到变性醇基液体,密封保存,备用;
(3)辅助燃料的配制:先将石脑油加入调和釜C中,边搅拌边加入碳五、二甲氧基甲烷、过氧化氢和甲基叔丁基醚,充分搅拌混合,静置15~20min,即得到辅助燃料,密封保存;
(4)高能醇基液体燃料的制备:将变性醇基液体加入调和釜C中,混合搅拌均匀,静置1~2h,得到高能醇基液体燃料成品。
作为技术方案的优选,所述搅拌速率为100~400r/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点及有益效果为:
(1)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料质地透明清亮,混溶性极好,稳定性极强,不含悬浮和沉降的机械杂质,常温下可贮存两年以上不分层;本发明的高能醇基液体燃料符合并满足国家标准GB 16663-1996《醇基液体燃料》的各项指标值,是国家正式认定的标准能源之一。
(2)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料动力性强,在制备过程中,加入了辅助燃料石脑油、二甲氧基甲烷,复合添加剂氢氧化钾、樟脑乙醇溶液、烷基二苯胺和N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺,增加了醇基燃料的均匀性和燃烧稳定性,可使发动机动力性增强。
(3)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料能耗低。由于在制备中加入辅助燃料石脑油、碳五、二甲氧基甲烷、过氧化氢和甲基叔丁基醚提高热值组分,加上醇类的抗爆指数高,辛烷值在100以上,适用于高压缩比发动机,因此本发明的高能醇基液体燃料达到了释放热量大,放热倍增的效果,能耗与汽油相当,与汽油40%或乙醇汽油30%混溶掺烧,能耗降低5-20%。
(4)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料清洁环保,由于醇基液体为高含氧燃料,再加上合适的辅助燃料石脑油、碳五、二甲氧基甲烷、过氧化氢和甲基叔丁基醚,复合添加剂氢氧化钾、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、樟脑乙醇溶液、碳酸二甲酯、六亚甲基四胺、烷基二苯胺、抗氧防胶剂、N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺、腐蚀抑制剂和清净分散剂,得到的高能醇基液体燃料燃烧效率高,污染排放物CO、CO2及碳氢化合物HC可降低50-80%,致癌物苯排放系数几乎为0,同时可有效清除车辆供油、燃烧***积碳,延长发动机的使用寿命。
(5)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料的系列产品可在工业炉、窑等大型燃烧器上使用,可在交通运输方面作汽车、船动力燃料,在民用炊事方面可作餐厅柴油灶、家庭用灶的燃料,其可与所有的燃烧器匹配使用,无需更换相关设备,具有方便的通用性。在炉灶具中燃烧时能够充分雾化,点火迅速,火焰稳定,燃烧完全,无残渣;在原有汽车上使用,不论单烧或掺烧,可完全替代车用石油成品油。
(6)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料加入了辅助燃料石脑油、碳五、二甲氧基甲烷、过氧化氢和甲基叔丁基醚,低温启动容易,在-20℃的环境中冷启动无障碍。
(7)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料以原料丰富、生产工艺技术成熟的醇类为主,通过加入复合添加剂进行化学改性以及与辅助燃料的多元混配,发挥醇类辛烷值高、含氧多、燃烧安全、环保效果好的优点,克服其热值低以及其它一些缺点,有效地解决了大比例醇类掺合问题,醇类含量可达90%以上,降低了成本,还增加了动力性和互溶性,提高了发动机功率和扭矩,降低了油耗。
(8)本发明的高能醇基液体燃料所需原料均为市场上普通化工原料,价格低,易购买,制备时在常温常压下操作,工艺简单,成本低,安全,可规模化生产,容易推广使用。

本发明的搅拌速率设置为100~400r/min。
实施例1
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:55L甲醇、5L乙醇、10L丁醇和10L戊醇的混合物;
辅助燃料:石脑油3L,碳五2L,二甲氧基甲烷1L,质量浓度为25%的过氧化氢0.01L,甲基叔丁基醚1L;
复合添加剂:异丙醇、异丁醇和异辛醇的均等比例的混合物0.1L,质量浓度为25%的氢氧化钾0.01L,乙酸乙酯0.1L,丙酮1.0L,质量浓度为20%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.01L,碳酸二甲酯2L,六亚甲基四胺0.1L,烷基二苯胺0.01L,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和苯***衍生物的均等比例的混合物0.01L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.01L,二壬基萘磺酸钡0.01L,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.01L。
其制备方法,在常温、常压下进行,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合添加剂的制备:将复合添加剂各组分按配方比例加入调和釜A中搅拌溶解,充分搅拌混合,然后静置20min,再注入到添加剂罐中,得到黄色或红黄色透明溶液,即为复合添加剂,密封保存,备用;
(2)变性醇基液体的制备:将醇基液体加入调和釜B中,边搅拌边按比例加入复合添加剂,充分搅拌混合后,静置20min,得到变性醇基液体,密封保存,备用;
(3)辅助燃料的配制:先将石脑油加入调和釜C中,边搅拌边加入碳五、二甲氧基甲烷、过氧化氢和甲基叔丁基醚,充分搅拌混合,静置20min,即得到辅助燃料,密封保存;
(4)高能醇基液体燃料的制备:将变性醇基液体加入调和釜C中,混合搅拌均匀,静置2h,得到高能醇基液体燃料成品。
实施例2
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:65L甲醇、10L乙醇、5L丁醇和5L戊醇的混合物;
辅助燃料:石脑油3L,碳五3L,二甲氧基甲烷1L,质量浓度为26%的过氧化氢0.2L,甲基叔丁基醚1L;
复合添加剂:异丁醇和异辛醇的均等比例的混合物0.4L,质量浓度为26%的氢氧化钾0.02L,乙酸乙酯0.4L,丙酮0.04L,质量浓度为25%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.04L,碳酸二甲酯0.4L,六亚甲基四胺0.4L,烷基二苯胺0.04L,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和苯***衍生物的均等比例的混合物0.04L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.04L,苯并三氮唑0.08kg,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.08L。
其制备方法,在常温、常压下进行,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合添加剂的制备:将复合添加剂各组分按配方比例加入调和釜A中搅拌溶解,充分搅拌混合,然后静置18min,再注入到添加剂罐中,得到黄色或红黄色透明溶液,即为复合添加剂,密封保存,备用;
(2)变性醇基液体的制备:将醇基液体加入调和釜B中,边搅拌边按比例加入复合添加剂,充分搅拌混合后,静置18min,得到变性醇基液体,密封保存,备用;

一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:70L甲醇、7L乙醇、7L丁醇和5L戊醇的混合物;
辅助燃料:石脑油5L,碳五2L,二甲氧基甲烷1L,甲基叔丁基醚1L;
复合添加剂:异丁醇和异辛醇的均等比例的混合物0.2L,乙酸乙酯0.3L,丙酮0.02L,质量浓度为30%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.08L,碳酸二甲酯0.7L,六亚甲基四胺2.0L,烷基二苯胺0.3L,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和苯***衍生物的均等比例的混合物0.5L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.3L,苯并三氮唑0.5kg,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.1L。

辅助燃料:石脑油4L,碳五4L,二甲氧基甲烷4L,质量浓度为28%的过氧化氢3L,甲基叔丁基醚3L;
复合添加剂:异丁醇和异辛醇的均等比例的混合物0.1L,质量浓度为28%的氢氧化钾2.0L,乙酸乙酯0.1L,丙酮0.01L,质量浓度为23%的樟脑乙醇溶液1.0L,碳酸二甲酯0.1L,六亚甲基四胺0.1L,烷基二苯胺0.1L,苯***衍生物0.1L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.1L,烯基丁二酸和二壬基萘磺酸钡的均等比例的混合物0.1L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.05L。

醇基液体:56L甲醇、8L乙醇、10L丁醇和12L戊醇的混合物;
辅助燃料:石脑油18L,碳五3L,二甲氧基甲烷2L,质量浓度为23%的过氧化氢5L,甲基叔丁基醚2L;
复合添加剂:异丙醇1L,质量浓度为23%的氢氧化钾1L,乙酸乙酯1L,丙酮0.2L,质量浓度为17%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.3L,碳酸二甲酯0.2L,六亚甲基四胺0.2L,烷基二苯胺0.2L,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚0.2L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.2L,苯并三氮唑、烯基丁二酸和二壬基萘磺酸钡的均等比例的混合物0.15L,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺和聚异丁烯多二酰亚胺的均等比例的混合物0.05L。

实施例9
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:40L甲醇、1L乙醇、20L丁醇和14L戊醇的混合物;
辅助燃料:石脑油5L,碳五5L,二甲氧基甲烷5L,质量浓度为30%的过氧化氢5L,甲基叔丁基醚5L;
复合添加剂:异丙醇和异丁醇的均等比例的混合物0.15L,质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钾0.05L,乙酸乙酯0.3L,丙酮0.7L,质量浓度为28%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.7L,碳酸二甲酯1L,六亚甲基四胺0.5L,烷基二苯胺0.8L,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚的均等比例的混合物0.3L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.1L,烯基丁二酸和二壬基萘磺酸钡的均等比例的混合物0.3L,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯多二酰亚胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的均等比例的混合物0.08L。
制备方法与实施例3相同。
实施例10
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:80L甲醇、5L乙醇、5L丁醇和5L戊醇的混合物;
辅助燃料:石脑油12L,碳五2L,二甲氧基甲烷4L,质量浓度为25%的过氧化氢7L,甲基叔丁基醚2L;
复合添加剂:异丙醇和异辛醇的均等比例的混合物2L,质量浓度为25%的氢氧化钾0.08L,乙酸乙酯0.5L,丙酮0.01L,质量浓度为27%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.5L,碳酸二甲酯1.5L,六亚甲基四胺0.3L,烷基二苯胺0.02L,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和苯***衍生物的均等比例的混合物0.03L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.02L,烯基丁二酸0.02L,聚异丁烯多二酰亚胺0.02L。
制备方法与实施例4相同。
实施例11
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:甲醇80L;
辅助燃料:石脑油15L,碳五3L,二甲氧基甲烷2L,甲基叔丁基醚1L;
复合添加剂:异丙醇和异丁醇的均等比例的混合物3.0L,乙酸乙酯0.2L,丙酮0.09L,质量浓度为13%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.01L,碳酸二甲酯0.1L,六亚甲基四胺1L,烷基二苯胺0.01L,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚0.01L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.01L,二壬基萘磺酸钡0.01L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.01L。
制备方法与实施例5相同。
实施例12
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:50L甲醇、10L乙醇、10L丁醇和20L戊醇的混合物;
辅助燃料:石脑油25L,碳五1L,二甲氧基甲烷1L,质量浓度为21%的过氧化氢1L,甲基叔丁基醚1L;
复合添加剂:异丙醇和异辛醇的均等比例的混合物0.1L,质量浓度为21%的氢氧化钾0.01L,乙酸乙酯3.0L,丙酮0.01L,质量浓度为12%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.01L,碳酸二甲酯0.1L,六亚甲基四胺0.1L,烷基二苯胺1.0L,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.01kg,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.01L,苯并三氮唑0.01kg,聚异丁烯多二酰亚胺0.01L。
制备方法与实施例6相同。
实施例13
一种高能醇基液体燃料,其组成及配比为:
醇基液体:甲醇95L;
辅助燃料:石脑油12L,碳五2L,二甲氧基甲烷4L,质量浓度为20%的过氧化氢7L,甲基叔丁基醚2L;
复合添加剂:异丙醇和异辛醇的均等比例的混合物0.2L,质量浓度为20%的氢氧化钾0.02L,乙酸乙酯0.2L,丙酮0.02L,质量浓度为10%的樟脑乙醇溶液0.02L,碳酸二甲酯0.2L,六亚甲基四胺0.2L,烷基二苯胺0.02L,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和苯***衍生物的均等比例的混合物0.02L,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.02L,烯基丁二酸0.04L,聚异丁烯多二酰亚胺0.04L。
制备方法与实施例6相同。
测试本发明实施例1-3的高能醇基液体燃料的各项指标,其检测结果见表1:

从表1可以看出,本发明的高能醇基液体燃料的质量指标完全符合并满足国家标准GB16663-1996《醇基液体燃料》的各项指标值,是国家正式认定的标准能源之一,而且铅含量、硫含量、苯含量比国标要低得多,其尾气对环境的影响微乎其微。而且本发明的高能醇基液体燃料的低热值较高,因此具有燃烧效率高,燃烧充分,可减少空气污染的优势。
对实施例4-13制备的高能醇基液体燃料进行与实施例1-3制得的高能醇基液体燃料相同的指标测试,得到的测试结果吻合度一致,可见,本发明的产品重现性好。
本发明的高能醇基液体燃料,是经反复验证而确定的配方,其工业制备的成品,经国家有关质检部门检验,其质量达到国家无铅汽油标准,辛烷值高达100以上,燃烧稳定,火力猛、热效高,可完全替代汽油。

Claims (9)

1.一种高能醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,其组成及配比为:醇基液体70~95份、辅助燃料4.01~30份和复合添加剂0.5~5份;
所述辅助燃料的组成及配比为:石脑油3~25份,碳五1~5份,二甲氧基甲烷1~5份,过氧化氢0~7份,甲基叔丁基醚1~5份;
所述复合添加剂的组成及配比为:异构中碳醇0.1~3.0份,氢氧化钾0~2.0份,乙酸乙酯0.1~3.0份,丙酮0.01~1.0份,樟脑乙醇溶液0.01~1.0份,碳酸二甲酯0.1~2份,六亚甲基四胺0.1~2.0份,烷基二苯胺0.01~1.0份,抗氧防胶剂0.01~0.5份,N,N’-二亚水杨丙二胺0.01~0.3份,腐蚀抑制剂0.01~0.5份,清净分散剂0.01~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高能醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,所述醇基液体为甲醇或甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、戊醇按照配比为40-90:1-10:1-20:1-20的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高能醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,所述异构中碳醇为异丙醇、异丁醇、异辛醇中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高能醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,所述抗氧防胶剂为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、苯***衍生物中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高能醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,所述腐蚀抑制剂为苯并三氮唑、烯基丁二酸、二壬基萘磺酸钡中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高能醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯多二酰亚胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种均等比例的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高能醇基液体燃料,其特征在于,所述过氧化氢的质量浓度为20-30%;所述氢氧化钾的质量浓度为20-30%;所述樟脑乙醇溶液的质量浓度为10-30%。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一所述的高能醇基液体燃料的制备方法,在常温、常压下进行,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合添加剂的制备:将复合添加剂各组分按配方比例加入调和釜A中搅拌溶解,充分搅拌混合,然后静置15~20min,再注入到添加剂罐中,得到黄色或红黄色透明溶液,即为复合添加剂,密封保存,备用;
(2)变性醇基液体的制备:将醇基液体加入调和釜B中,边搅拌边按比例加入复合添加剂,充分搅拌混合后,静置15~20min,得到变性醇基液体,密封保存,备用;
(3)辅助燃料的配制:先将石脑油加入调和釜C中,边搅拌边加入碳五、二甲氧基甲烷、过氧化氢和甲基叔丁基醚,充分搅拌混合,静置15~20min,即得到辅助燃料,密封保存;
(4)高能醇基液体燃料的制备:将变性醇基液体加入调和釜C中,混合搅拌均匀,静置1~2h,得到高能醇基液体燃料成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的高能醇基液体燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌速率为100~400r/min。
