步骤一,首先将原料海藻粉、小麦粉、花生粕、鱼粉、植物油、冬瓜皮、绿豆粉、黄豆粉、玉米粉、高粱粉、食用淀粉、诱食剂、糯米粉、贝壳粉、食用盐、水,按照相应的比例搅拌混合后,可以制得饲养的饲料;
步骤二,准备净水设施,一级处理池、二级处理池和三级处理池,养殖池内的水不断的流入缓冲池内,从养殖池内流出的水流入一级处理池,在一级处理池内,经过过滤毛刷初过滤后进入二级处理池,在二级处理池内,水流先经过珊瑚砂的二级过滤,然后经过过滤棉再次过滤后进入三级处理池,在三级处理池内,水流经过活性炭吸附、杀菌灯杀菌然后再流回养殖池;
步骤三,进行水运行管理,原水进入进水总渠生态沟渠进行净化后,由水泵抽提进入进水支渠后入池塘,然后开始养鱼,将步骤一中的饲料放入水池之中;
步骤四,当池塘水质变肥,进行换水,约10~15%废水进入净水生态沟渠沉淀池,加入等量净化水;
步骤五,进入沉淀池废水通过沉淀后进入净化池,在净化池滞留7~10天后达到养殖用水标准,开启节制闸,净化后的水进入进水总渠,作为养殖用水;
步骤六,如此往复,达到养殖废水净化、循环利用,在整个养殖过程中只补充因蒸发等损失的水量,不向外界排放养殖废水。

步骤一,首先将原料海藻粉、小麦粉、花生粕、鱼粉、植物油、冬瓜皮、绿豆粉、黄豆粉、玉米粉、高粱粉、食用淀粉、诱食剂、糯米粉、贝壳粉、食用盐、水,按照相应的比例搅拌混合后,制得饲养的饲料;
步骤二,准备净水设施,一级处理池、二级处理池和三级处理池,养殖池内的水不断的流入缓冲池内,从养殖池内流出的水流入一级处理池,在一级处理池内,经过过滤毛刷初过滤后进入二级处理池,在二级处理池内,水流先经过珊瑚砂的二级过滤,然后经过过滤棉再次过滤后进入三级处理池,在三级处理池内,水流经过活性炭吸附、杀菌灯杀菌然后再流回养殖池;
步骤三,进行水运行管理,原水进入进水总渠生态沟渠进行净化后,由水泵抽提进入进水支渠后入池塘,然后开始养鱼,将步骤一中的饲料放入水池之中;
步骤四,当池塘水质变肥,进行换水,约10~15%废水进入净水生态沟渠沉淀池,加入等量净化水;
步骤五,进入沉淀池废水通过沉淀后进入净化池,在净化池滞留7~10天后达到养殖用水标准,开启节制闸,净化后的水进入进水总渠,作为养殖用水;
步骤六,如此往复,达到养殖废水净化、循环利用,在整个养殖过程中只补充因蒸发等损失的水量,不向外界排放养殖废水。
3.如权利要求2所述的循环水工厂化养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一的原料按照以下重量份配比:海藻粉:2-5份、小麦粉:5-8份、花生粕:10-15份、鱼粉:5-10份、植物油:2-3份、冬瓜皮:5-8份、绿豆粉:10-15份、黄豆粉:10-15份、玉米粉:6-9份、高粱粉:3-6份、食用淀粉:10-20份、诱食剂:1-3份、糯米粉:2-4份、贝壳粉:2-5份、食用盐:2-5份、水:30-50份。
