本发明公开了一种光热发电专用通讯电缆,其中的内护套内设置有接地导线和引流线体;接地导线的表面包裹有接地绝缘层;引流线体的最外侧为编织屏蔽层;编织屏蔽层的内壁紧贴设置有铝箔屏蔽层;编织屏蔽层和铝箔屏蔽层的整体形状均为椭圆形;铝箔屏蔽层的内部对称设置有通讯导体;通讯导体的数量为两个;通讯导体的外壁包裹有导体绝缘层;内护套外部依次设置有铠装层和外护套;铝箔屏蔽层采用铝塑复合带;编织屏蔽层是通过镀锡铜丝制成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十;铠装层为镀锌钢丝编织而成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十。本发明能够提供了一种铺设方便省时、耐温等级高、制造成本低且适用范围广的光热发电专用通讯电缆。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆的生产及制造技术领域,具体为一种光热发电专用通讯电缆。
背景技术
原有通讯电缆为一根聚乙烯绝缘RS485电缆,外加一根单独的单芯电缆,不仅敷设费时,且耐温较低,且光热发电设备为进口设备,配套的进口RS485电缆价格昂贵,为满足更大的实际需求且又能节约制造成本,需要研发一种新型光热发电通讯电缆,可以一次敷设完成,且耐温较高,能很好的适用于光热电站使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种铺设方便省时、耐温等级高、制造成本低且适用范围广的光热发电专用通讯电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种光热发电专用通讯电缆,包括接地导线、引流线体、接地绝缘层、通讯导体、导体绝缘层、铝箔屏蔽层、编织屏蔽层、内护套、铠装层和外护套,所述内护套内设置有接地导线和引流线体;所述接地导线的表面包裹有接地绝缘层;所述引流线体的最外侧为编织屏蔽层;所述编织屏蔽层的内壁紧贴设置有铝箔屏蔽层;所述编织屏蔽层和铝箔屏蔽层的整体形状均为椭圆形;所述铝箔屏蔽层的内部对称设置有通讯导体;所述通讯导体的数量为两个;所述通讯导体的外壁包裹有导体绝缘层;所述内护套外部依次设置有铠装层和外护套;所述铝箔屏蔽层采用铝塑复合带;所述编织屏蔽层是通过镀锡铜丝制成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十;所述铠装层为镀锌钢丝编织而成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导体绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯材料制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述内护套和外护套均采用聚乙烯PE材料制成。
本发明提供了一种光热发电专用通讯电缆,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本技术方案克服了常规原有通讯电缆为一根聚乙烯绝缘RS485电缆,外加一根单芯电缆组合使用而造成不仅敷设费时,而且耐温比交联聚乙烯低,且光热发电设备为进口设备,配套的进口RS485电缆价格昂贵的弊端;
(2)本技术方案的光热发电专用通讯电缆具有完整结构且可实现整体一次性铺设,大大缩短了铺设所需时间;
(3)本技术方案通过采用编织屏蔽层和铝箔屏蔽层,且编织密度均设计为不小于百分之八十,这样就可以实现很好的信号屏蔽、降低通讯信号损耗的有益技术效果;
(4)本技术方案的电缆内部还设置铠装层,且绝缘材料采用交联聚乙烯材料,具有抗拉及耐温等级高、使用寿命长的有益技术效果。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种光热发电专用通讯电缆,包括接地导线1、引流线体2、接地绝缘层3、通讯导体4、导体绝缘层5、铝箔屏蔽层6、编织屏蔽层7、内护套8、铠装层9和外护套10,所述内护套8内设置有接地导线1和引流线体2;所述接地导线1的表面包裹有接地绝缘层3;所述引流线体2的最外侧为编织屏蔽层7;所述编织屏蔽层7的内壁紧贴设置有铝箔屏蔽层6;所述编织屏蔽层7和铝箔屏蔽层6的整体形状均为椭圆形;所述铝箔屏蔽层6的内部对称设置有通讯导体4;所述通讯导体4的数量为两个。
所述通讯导体4的外壁包裹有导体绝缘层5;所述内护套8外部依次设置有铠装层9和外护套10;所述铝箔屏蔽层6采用铝塑复合带;所述编织屏蔽层7是通过镀锡铜丝制成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十;所述铠装层9为镀锌钢丝编织而成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十。
所述导体绝缘层5采用交联聚乙烯材料制成。
所述内护套8和外护套10均采用聚乙烯PE材料制成。

1.一种光热发电专用通讯电缆,其特征在于:包括接地导线(1)、引流线体(2)、接地绝缘层(3)、通讯导体(4)、导体绝缘层(5)、铝箔屏蔽层(6)、编织屏蔽层(7)、内护套(8)、铠装层(9)和外护套(10),所述内护套(8)内设置有接地导线(1)和引流线体(2);所述接地导线(1)的表面包裹有接地绝缘层(3);所述引流线体(2)的最外侧为编织屏蔽层(7);所述编织屏蔽层(7)的内壁紧贴设置有铝箔屏蔽层(6);所述编织屏蔽层(7)和铝箔屏蔽层(6)的整体形状均为椭圆形;所述铝箔屏蔽层(6)的内部对称设置有通讯导体(4);所述通讯导体(4)的数量为两个;所述通讯导体(4)的外壁包裹有导体绝缘层(5);所述内护套(8)外部依次设置有铠装层(9)和外护套(10);所述铝箔屏蔽层(6)采用铝塑复合带;所述编织屏蔽层(7)是通过镀锡铜丝制成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十;所述铠装层(9)为镀锌钢丝编织而成,且编织密度不小于百分之八十。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光热发电专用通讯电缆,其特征在于:所述导体绝缘层(5)采用交联聚乙烯材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光热发电专用通讯电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套(8)和外护套(10)均采用聚乙烯PE材料制成。
