The invention can lead the workpiece to leave the ground and lead the workpiece to be far away from sundries such as scrap iron, a grinding wheel surface and the like, improves the fitting precision, adopts movable arrangement, can detect bearings with different diameters and sizes, does not need to frequently replace a workbench, has simple structure and is easy to operate.

Therefore, a movable bearing assembly and detection platform is required to be designed.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-2, a large turntable bearing assembly workbench comprises six guide rails 1, a movable square box 2 and six hydraulic jacks 3 for supporting; six guide rails 1 are evenly distributed on the ground along the circumferential direction, every two guide rails form an angle of 30 degrees, each guide rail 1 is provided with a movable square box 2, each movable square box 2 is provided with a hydraulic jack 3 for supporting, the hydraulic jacks 3 for supporting are in contact with the end face of the outer ring of the bearing and support the outer ring 12 of the bearing, and the six hydraulic jacks 3 for supporting are set to be started in a hydraulic synchronous mode and are provided with small hydraulic stations. The movable square box 2 is a main body part of the movable platform, and aims to improve the fit height to 800mm and the bearing height to reach the waist-aligning height, so that the fit and detection operations are facilitated. The outer ring 12 of the bearing is supported and fixed by the hydraulic jack 3 for supporting, so that the assembly and the sleeve combination of the large-scale bearing are convenient.
Further, each movable square box 2 is provided with a hydraulic jack 4 for detection, the hydraulic jacks 4 for detection are in end face contact with the inner ring 11 of the bearing, and the six hydraulic jacks 4 for detection are set to be started in a hydraulic synchronous mode and are provided with hydraulic stations. The six hydraulic jacks 4 for detection are used for synchronously moving the workpieces to do relative motion, and detecting the axial play, the end face runout, the radial runout, the tooth runout and the like of the bearing.
Further, a measuring meter 5 is arranged on one of the movable square boxes, the measuring meter 5 is fixedly connected to a meter seat movable support 7 through a magnetic meter seat 6, the meter seat movable support 7 is arranged on the movable square box 2, and a measuring meter probe is in contact with the inner diameter of the bearing inner ring 11 or the outer diameter of the bearing outer ring 12 and is mainly determined by looking at the position where the spigot diameter is located. The gauge stand movable support 7 is connected to the movable square box 2 through bolts, can be detached at any time, can be used for replacing and adjusting the measuring position, and can be used for measuring bearings with different diameters.
Further, a pulley 8 is arranged at the bottom of the movable square box 2, and the movable square box 2 is in sliding connection with the guide rail 1 through the pulley 8.
Further, the six guide rails 1 are arranged below the ground level by 10mm, each guide rail is 2 m long, and the installation flatness is controlled to be within 0.20mm. A protection foundation is needed to be used for preventing the sinking of the foundation from influencing the accuracy of the guide rail.
The supporting bearing inner ring or outer ring is determined according to the bearing structural characteristics and the required detected clearance, namely, the bearing inner ring 11 can be supported and fixed by a supporting hydraulic jack, and the axial clearance of the bearing outer ring 12 can be detected by the detecting hydraulic jack.
Further, after the completion of the fitting and detecting work:
1) Hanging the movable square box 2 away from the guide rail 1 by using a crane, and storing in a concentrated manner;
2) The cover plate 9 is covered above the guide rail 1, so that the guide rail precision is protected; the cover plate is made of steel with the thickness of 10mm and is provided with a multipoint support leg;
3) By utilizing the sleeving region, the workpiece can be effectively stored on the cover plate 9, so that the purposes of improving the ground utilization rate, improving the finished product sleeving and detecting precision are achieved.
The bearing assembly platform is suitable for assembly and detection of various turntable bearing finished products with the revolution diameter of 3-7 meters, and has the following advantages:
a) The optimal operation height is achieved, operators can operate the platform inside and outside, and the sleeve combination and the detection are completed once; b) The workpiece leaves the ground, so that the workpiece is far away from scrap iron, sand wheel surfaces and other sundries, and the fit precision is improved; c) The synchronous hydraulic jack is used for supporting and moving the workpiece, so that the detection precision and the fitting efficiency can be improved; d) The ground can be multipurpose, and the ground space is saved; e) The workpiece is arranged beside the processing equipment, and the workpiece is assembled and sleeved immediately after leaving the machine, so that the assembly and transportation cost is saved.
The bearing assembly workbench is a split mechanism integrating sleeve assembling and detection into a whole aiming at large and ultra-large turntable bearing products, can reasonably solve the problems encountered in assembly and detection of the bearing, and has the characteristics of simple structure, easiness in operation and the like.
