Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC塑料管材,以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:PVC树脂50‑90%,偏苯三酸三辛酯10‑50%,稳定剂3‑9%,润滑剂1‑2%,ACR树脂3‑10%,填充剂15‑25%。该PVC塑料管材既可以实现管材表面光滑细腻,又具有良好耐冲击性能。

本发明涉及一种塑料管,具体讲是一种PVC塑料管材。
背景技术:
现有的PVC塑料管材通常以PE或ABS作为增韧剂,导致要么制作的管材表面光滑度不够,要么耐冲击性能差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种既可以实现管材表面光滑细腻,又具有良好耐冲击性能的PVC塑料管材。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种PVC塑料管材,以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:PVC树脂50-90%,偏苯三酸三辛酯10-50%,稳定剂3-9%,润滑剂1-2%,ACR树脂3-10%,填充剂15-25%。
作为优选,以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:PVC树脂65%,偏苯三酸三辛酯10%,稳定剂3%,润滑剂1%,ACR树脂5%,填充剂16%。
进一步的,还包括熔融强度增强剂1-3%和着色剂二氧化钛0.5-1%,该熔融强度增强剂为丙烯酸共聚物。
进一步的,稳定剂为钡锌稳定剂,润滑剂为芥酸酰胺或硬脂酸,填充剂为碳酸钙粉末。
本发明的有益效果是:添加了ACR树脂作为增韧剂,既可以实现管材表面光滑细腻,又具有良好耐冲击性能。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种PVC塑料管材,以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:PVC树脂50-90%,偏苯三酸三辛酯10-50%,稳定剂3-9%,润滑剂1-2%,ACR树脂3-10%,填充剂15-25%。作为优选,PVC树脂65%,偏苯三酸三辛酯10%,稳定剂3%,润滑剂1%,ACR树脂5%,填充剂16%。另外,还包括熔融强度增强剂1%和着色剂二氧化钛1%,并相应调整PVC树脂到64%,填充剂到15%。
本发明制作塑料管材由于添加了ACR树脂作为增韧剂,既可以实现管材表面光滑细腻,又具有良好耐冲击性能。经测试,相比ABS为增韧剂制作的塑料管材,抗冲击力可提高20-26%。

1.一种PVC塑料管材,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:
PVC树脂50-90%,偏苯三酸三辛酯10-50%,稳定剂3-9%,润滑剂1-2%,ACR树脂3-10%,填充剂15-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料管材,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:PVC树脂65%,偏苯三酸三辛酯10%,稳定剂3%,润滑剂1%,ACR树脂5%,填充剂16%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料管材,其特征在于:还包括熔融强度增强剂1-3%和着色剂二氧化钛0.5-1%,该熔融强度增强剂为丙烯酸共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料管材,其特征在于:稳定剂为钡锌稳定剂,润滑剂为芥酸酰胺或硬脂酸,填充剂为碳酸钙粉末。
