本发明涉及一种用于金属管材薄壁加工的装置。包括支撑机架,在其顶部设有工作台面,在所述工作台面上固接有水平的液压缸,在所述液压缸的活塞杆的端部固接有内部转接块,还包括固接于所述工作台面、与所述液压缸平行设置的带有滑块的横向导杆,所述滑块与所述内部转接块固接;在所述工作台面上还设有带有外部转接块的支撑板;还包括固接于所述支撑机架的与所述液压缸连接的液压泵站。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于金属管材薄壁加工的装置。
背景技术
在机械加工领域,经常涉及到厚壁金属管材经拉伸形成薄壁管材的加工过程。现有技术中,进行上述加工的拔薄壁装置一般结构复杂,包括较多的部件,导致整体成本上升,这样的装置并不适用于一些对拉伸精度要求较低的工序。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、操作便捷的用于金属管材薄壁加工的装置。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种用于金属管材薄壁加工的装置包括支撑机架,在其顶部设有工作台面,在所述工作台面上固接有水平的液压缸,在所述液压缸的活塞杆的端部固接有内部转接块,还包括固接于所述工作台面、与所述液压缸平行设置的带有滑块的横向导杆,所述滑块与所述内部转接块固接;在所述工作台面上还设有带有外部转接块的支撑板;还包括固接于所述支撑机架的与所述液压缸连接的液压泵站。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明的拔薄壁装置结构简单、成本较低,厚壁金属管材的两端分别固定于内部转接块和外部转接块,启动液压缸使活塞杆收缩即可完成拔薄壁操作,操作便捷。横向导杆的设置保证了拉伸过程的稳定性。

请参见图1,本发明的用于金属管材薄壁加工的装置包括支撑机架8,在其顶部设有工作台面7,在工作台面7上固接有水平的液压缸2,在液压缸2的活塞杆的端部固接有内部转接块4,用于固定管材的一端。还包括固接于工作台面7、与液压缸2平行设置的带有滑块的横向导杆3,滑块与内部转接块4固接,这样当活塞杆带动内部转接块4移动时,其稳定性得到提升。在工作台面7上还设有带有外部转接块6的支撑板5,外部转接块6用于固定管材的另外一端。在支撑机架8上还固接有与液压缸2连接的液压泵站1。

1.一种用于金属管材薄壁加工的装置,其特征在于:包括支撑机架(8),在其顶部设有工作台面(7),在所述工作台面(7)上固接有水平的液压缸(2),在所述液压缸(2)的活塞杆的端部固接有内部转接块(4),还包括固接于所述工作台面(7)、与所述液压缸(2)平行设置的带有滑块的横向导杆(3),所述滑块与所述内部转接块(4)固接;在所述工作台面(7)上还设有带有外部转接块(6)的支撑板(5);还包括固接于所述支撑机架(8)的与所述液压缸(2)连接的液压泵站(1)。
