本发明实施例公开了一种数据传输方法、网络侧设备及终端,包括:终端复用第一资源传输第一数据,所述第一数据为第一业务的数据,所述第一资源为传输第二数据的第二资源中的资源,所述第二数据为第二业务的初传数据,所述第一业务的时延要求高于所述第二业务的时延要求;所述终端在第三资源上重传第三数据,所述第三数据为所述第二数据的全部或部分数据。本发明实施例有利于提高被第一数据穿刺传输的第二数据的数据传输效率。
