技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够***容器开口中的封闭元件,该封闭元件设有具有至少一个侧向开口的柱筒和能够在柱筒中密封地移动的活塞,该活塞在初始位置中防止可流动介质从容器中输出。
背景技术
这种封闭元件例如由EP 1571122已知。活塞在两个周向***之间具有环形槽,O形环形式的活塞密封件置入该环形槽中。容器尤其是用于分配器,该容器倒置地、即以其封闭元件向下地***分配器的容器容纳部中。在容器容纳部中设有致动部件、尤其是推杆或类似物,其嵌接到封闭元件中并在致动时提升活塞,从而释放至少两个开口中的最下面的开口并且介质可流出容器。由于容器不能压缩,而是刚性的,因此通过使致动部件致动还释放上部的通风口,空气可经由该通风口进入容器。
在这种容器中填充有各种待由分配器按份输出的介质、如洗涤剂、消毒剂等,其主要以浓缩形式输出并且为了使用而被稀释。显而易见的是,容器和封闭元件由对填充介质惰性的材料制成。当然,这也适用于所使用的活塞密封件,对于其通常须使用第二种惰性材料。
发明内容
现在本发明的任务在于改进这种情况并提出,活塞直径大于柱筒直径,并且柱筒至少在对应于活塞移动长度的区域中构造成可弹性扩宽的。
以这种方式可省却作为单独构件的活塞密封件,因为密封直接通过柱筒壁在活塞周向上的径向弹性压紧实现。当活塞移动时,侧壁的可弹性扩宽的区域以波浪运动的方式连续扩宽并再次复位。
该实施例的优点尤其是在于,活塞和柱筒可由相同材料、例如由具有相应高耐化学性的聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成。
如果介质应从容器中按份输出,则需要多次移动活塞直至内容物被排空。在此情况下,有利的是,在封闭元件中设置复位弹簧,该复位弹簧将活塞加载到构成封闭位置的初始位置中并且尤其是支撑在柱筒的底部上。
在一种优选实施例中规定,两个周向***在活塞的封闭或初始位置中位于柱筒的侧向开口的两侧。以这种方式防止介质在封闭的初始位置中进入容纳有复位弹簧的柱筒部分。

具体实施方式
图1示出容器1,封闭元件2***到其开口中并且通常与容器粘接或焊接。容器用于容纳经浓缩或稀释的可流动介质、如清洁剂、消毒剂或其它化学物质,在此重要的仅是,容器1和封闭元件的材料不应或不允许与内容物发生反应。容器1通常倒置地、即在图1所示的位置中***分配器或计量装置的容纳部中,从而在封闭元件2被打开时介质可通过重力流出。为了致动或打开,封闭元件2设有中间凹部3,设置在分配器的容器容纳部中的可提升推杆20或类似物***该中间凹部中。
如图2所示,封闭元件2包括带有柱筒4的盖状嵌件,在该柱筒中活塞10可在图4所示的封闭或初始位置和图6所示的打开或终端位置之间运动。柱筒4的下凸缘设有用于与盖状嵌件连接的锁止突起9。接着是区域6,在该区域中设置上下叠置的开口7和8。略微变细的上部向上端封柱筒4并且设有底部5,该底部用作用于设置在内部的复位弹簧12的支座。由图3可见,在柱筒4的变细的上部中壁厚d大于具有较小壁厚rd的区域6,该区域可弹性扩宽。在区域6中的开口7和8的数量是任意的并且取决于可流动介质的类型和特性,即也可想到各一圈开口7、8。
设置在柱筒4中的活塞10具有向下开口的中央凹部13和中间环形槽14,该环形槽通过至少一个孔15与凹部13连接。上部沟槽用于容纳或支撑复位弹簧12。在环形槽14上方和下方的两个区域分别设有一对周向***11。经测量在每个周向***11处,活塞10的外径略大于柱筒4的区域6的内径。由高度放大的局部图(图5)可见,每个周向***11以由直径差决定的量16压入柱筒壁的区域6中,由此产生所谓的硬-硬密封,从而无需设置自身的密封环或类似物。
在图4所示的初始位置或封闭位置中,开口7通入活塞10下部中的两个周向***11之间并且由此被密封地封闭。由于区域6的壁厚rd大幅减小,每个周向***11可在活塞10提升时在使区域6波浪状弹性扩宽的情况下在该区域中移动到图6所示的输出位置,从而释放开口7并且介质可在重力作用下向下流出。在根据图4的初始位置中以相同方式封闭上部开口8并且也在那里密封容器的一对上部周向***11在活塞10提升到输出位置时也释放上部开口8,因为该对周向***11之间的中心距对应于开口7和8之间的中心距。因而在活塞10向上移动时,开口8通过环形槽14与中央凹部13之间也存在流动连接,如果设有防止介质经开口8流出的止回阀,则空气可通过中央凹部流入容器1中。所述止回阀可设置在任何适合的位置上、尤其是分配器的致动推杆20中。
图7至9示出致动推杆20的两种实施例,该致动推杆嵌接到封闭元件2的中间凹部3中并且包括彼此并排平行的流体通道21和空气通道22。在根据图7和8的实施例中,流体通道21和空气通道22的侧向出口上下间隔开一定距离地设置,该距离不同于开口7和8的中心距,因此在根据图7的第一升程之后,仅流体通道21和侧向开口7之间的连接被打开,从而特定量的流体可流出容器1,且没有空气进入,并且在容器中产生的负压限制介质输出。当推杆20被进一步提升到根据图8的位置时,则开口7封闭并且空气可经由空气通道22和开口8流入容器1中,直至再次补偿负压。
图9示出一种实施例,在其中推杆20更长并且流体通道21和空气通道22的侧向出口之间的距离对应于柱筒4的可扩宽区域6中的开口7和8之间的距离。在该实施例中,在活塞10的输出位置中两个流动路径同时打开,如图9中的箭头所示。
在从容器1输出所需量之后,分配器容纳部的致动推杆20被卸载并且活塞10通过复位弹簧12从根据图6的输出位置移回到根据图4的初始位置,在此区域6中的“扩宽波浪”再次向回移动。耐化学品的材料、如聚乙烯和聚丙烯具有足够的弹性,从而无需密封元件。
