As shown in fig. 1 to 16, a working method of a wire intermediate contact punching Bao Jiaobu machine includes the following steps: (1) feeding and crimping of the terminal: the feeding cylinder 316 pushes the feeding bracket 311 to slide backwards, and the feeding bracket 311 drives the terminal on the terminal material belt to move forwards to the compression joint position through the feeding claw 310; the terminal moves to the crimping position, and simultaneously, the wire to be crimped is placed on the wire pressing plates on the left side and the right side, the wire pressing plate 414 is pressed down, the left wire clamping claw 405 and the right wire clamping claw 406 respectively clamp the wire, and the crimping machine crimps the terminal after the wire is clamped to complete the wire crimping operation;
(2) and (3) movement of the translation manipulator: after the wire crimping and punching operation is completed, the lifting cylinder moves upwards, and the left wire clamping claw 405 and the right wire clamping claw 406 are driven to drive the wires to move upwards together; after the upward movement of the lifting cylinder is completed, the translation motor drives the translation rack 402 through the output gear 417 so as to drive the electric wire to move backwards; the adhesive cloth is pulled into the rear ends of the upper pressing sheet and the lower pressing sheet in the process of moving the electric wire backwards, so that the adhesive cloth is firstly wrapped on the wire clamping point;
(3) wrapping the adhesive tape: after the rubberized fabric in the step (2) is firstly wrapped on the wire clamping point, the rubberized fabric is cut into sections by a rubberized fabric cutting unit, and the left wire clamping claw, the right wire clamping claw and the clamped wire are driven by a translation motor to continuously move backwards to the center position of the rubberized fabric drum; at this time, the drum motor 213 drives the adhesive tape drum 211 to complete the designated number of rotations, and the adhesive tape drum 211 wraps the adhesive tape on the wire clamping point in the rotation process, so as to complete the wrapping operation of the wire clamping point;
(4) delivering finished electric wires: after the wrapping operation of the wire clamping point is completed, the translation motor reversely rotates to drive the left wire clamping claw, the right wire clamping claw and the wrapped wire to move forwards, and after the wire reaches the forefront end, the left wire clamping claw and the right wire clamping claw are opened to place the wire on the workbench surface; at the moment, the lifting cylinder is retracted, the left wire clamping claw and the right wire clamping claw sink under the table top of the movable workbench 1, and the translation motor changes the rotation direction again, so that the movable workbench 1 moves backwards to the position of the lower jaw and waits for the next work.
And (4) reversely rotating the translation motor to drive the left wire clamping claw, the right wire clamping claw and the wrapped wires to move forwards by 140MM.
The feeding and crimping of the terminal in the step (1) are performed simultaneously, and the adhesive tape feeding unit acts specifically as follows: the sliding table cylinder 215 acts to drive the adhesive tape disc 216 to move backwards, the front end of the adhesive tape is pressed on the adhesive tape roller 207 by the adhesive tape pressing wheel 206 and cannot move, and the action of pulling the adhesive tape from the adhesive tape disc 216 in advance is completed.
The translational manipulator moves and simultaneously the feeding cylinder of the terminal feeding and crimping system 3 retracts to drive the feeding bracket and further drive the feeding claw to retract to the next terminal; after time delay, the feeding cylinder stretches out, and the feeding claw drives the next terminal to advance, so that the feeding task of the next terminal is completed.
And (3) cutting the rubberized fabric into sections by the rubberized fabric cutting unit, and cutting off the scraps of the terminal material strips by the scraps cutting device so that the scraps fall into the scraps collecting boxes.
Claims (7)
1. A wire intermediate junction punching Bao Jiaobu machine which is characterized in that: the adhesive tape feeding and cutting and wrapping device comprises a movable workbench (2), wherein a terminal feeding and crimping system (3), an adhesive tape feeding and cutting and wrapping system (2) and a translation manipulator system (4) are arranged on the movable workbench (1); the translation manipulator system (4) is arranged at two sides of the terminal feeding and crimping system (3), and the rubberized fabric feeding and cutting wrapping system (2) is arranged at the rear side of the translation manipulator system (4);
the adhesive tape feeding, cutting and wrapping system (2) comprises an adhesive tape feeding unit, an adhesive tape cutting unit is arranged below the adhesive tape feeding unit, an adhesive tape wrapping unit is arranged below the adhesive tape cutting unit, the adhesive tape feeding unit comprises an adhesive tape disc (216), a sliding table cylinder (215), an adhesive tape pressing wheel (206) and an adhesive tape roller (207), and the adhesive tape disc (216) is connected with a piston rod of which one side is provided with a fixed shaft and the other side is connected with the sliding table cylinder (215); the adhesive tape pressing wheel (206) is connected with the adhesive tape pressing cylinder (205) through a connecting rod (220), the adhesive tape roller (207) is arranged below the adhesive tape pressing wheel (206), and the adhesive tape roller (207) is connected with the adhesive tape feeding motor (214);
the adhesive tape cutting unit comprises a cutting cylinder (202), a swinging cutting knife (203) and a fixed cutting knife (208), wherein a piston rod of the cutting cylinder (202) is connected with the swinging cutting knife (203) through an adhesive tape cutting connecting rod (204), and one end of the swinging cutting knife (203) is hinged with the fixed cutting knife (208);
the adhesive tape wrapping unit comprises an adhesive tape roller (211), one end of the adhesive tape roller (211) is connected with a roller motor (213), a slot (221) is formed in one side of the adhesive tape roller (211), an arc-shaped sheet (222) is arranged in the slot (221), an upper pressing sheet (209) and a lower pressing sheet (210) are arranged on the outer side of the adhesive tape roller (211), and a gap is reserved between the upper pressing sheet (209) and the lower pressing sheet (210).

The wire intermediate contact punching Bao Jiaobu machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the terminal feeding and crimping system (3) comprises a feeding unit and a crimping unit, wherein the crimping unit comprises a crimping machine (302), an upper jaw (309) is arranged at the lower part of the crimping machine (302), a lower jaw (304) is arranged below the upper jaw (309), and the feeding unit is arranged in front of the lower jaw (304);
the feeding unit comprises a mounting vertical plate (323) and a feeding cylinder (316), wherein a feeding bracket (311) is arranged on the outer side of the mounting vertical plate (323), and a material guide plate (314) is arranged on the inner side of the mounting vertical plate; the feeding bracket (311) is connected with the mounting vertical plate (323) through a sliding rail (324), a feeding claw mounting seat (317) is arranged at the upper part of the feeding bracket (311), a feeding claw (310) is arranged at the lower part of the feeding claw mounting seat (317), and the lower part of the feeding bracket (311) is connected with a piston rod of the feeding cylinder (316); the upper part of the installation riser (323) is provided with a feeding pressing plate (312).

The wire intermediate contact punching Bao Jiaobu machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the translation manipulator system (4) include clamp line claw, translation motor (404) and lift cylinder (401), clamp line claw be connected with the piston rod of lift cylinder (401) through clamp line claw seat, lift cylinder (401) are connected with translation motor (404) through translation board (416).

A wire intermediate contact punching Bao Jiaobu machine as defined in claim 3, further comprising: the wire clamping claw comprises a left wire clamping claw (405) and a right wire clamping claw (406) which are symmetrically arranged, the left wire clamping claw (405) and the right wire clamping claw (406) are respectively arranged on a left wire clamping claw seat (411) and a right wire clamping claw seat (412), the wire clamping claw is connected with a piston rod of a wire clamping claw cylinder (407), and a base of the wire clamping claw cylinder (407) is fixed on the wire clamping claw seat; the translation motor (404) is arranged on the guide rail mounting plate (415), the translation plate (416) is connected with the guide rail mounting plate (415) through the translation guide rail (403), the translation plate (416) is provided with the translation rack (402), and the translation rack (402) is meshed with the output gear (417) on the output shaft of the translation motor (404).

A method of operating a wire intermediate contact punch Bao Jiaobu machine according to any one of claims 1-4, comprising the steps of: (1) feeding and crimping of the terminal: the feeding cylinder (316) pushes the feeding bracket (311) to slide backwards, and the feeding bracket (311) drives the terminal on the terminal material belt to move forwards to the compression joint position through the feeding claw (310); the terminal moves to the crimping position, and simultaneously, the wire to be crimped is placed on the wire pressing plates at the left side and the right side, the wire pressing plates (414) are pressed down, the left wire clamping claw (405) and the right wire clamping claw (406) clamp the wire respectively, and the crimping machine crimps the terminal after the wire is clamped to complete the wire crimping operation;
(2) and (3) movement of the translation manipulator: after the wire crimping and punching operation is completed, the lifting cylinder moves upwards, and the left wire clamping claw (405) and the right wire clamping claw (406) are driven to drive the wires to move upwards together; after the upward movement of the lifting cylinder is completed, the translation motor drives the translation rack (402) through the output gear (417) so as to drive the electric wire to move backwards; the adhesive cloth is pulled into the rear ends of the upper pressing sheet and the lower pressing sheet in the process of moving the electric wire backwards, so that the adhesive cloth is firstly wrapped on the wire clamping point;
(3) wrapping the adhesive tape: after the rubberized fabric in the step (2) is firstly wrapped on the wire clamping point, the rubberized fabric is cut into sections by a rubberized fabric cutting unit, and the left wire clamping claw, the right wire clamping claw and the clamped wire are driven by a translation motor to continuously move backwards to the center position of the rubberized fabric drum; at the moment, the drum motor (213) drives the adhesive tape drum (211) to complete the appointed rotation number, the adhesive tape drum (211) wraps the adhesive tape on the wire clamping point in the rotation process, and the wrapping operation of the wire clamping point is completed;
