Detailed Description
In order to further describe the technical means and effects adopted by the present application to achieve the preset purpose, the following detailed description refers to the specific implementation, structure, characteristics and effects according to the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments. In the following description, different "an embodiment" or "an embodiment" do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics of one or more embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention discloses an upper water adding humidifier (abbreviated as "humidifier") comprising a humidifier body 1 and a water tub 2 which can be drawn away from the humidifier body 1, wherein a water storage cavity 111 with an open structure and an atomization cavity 112 positioned on the outer side surface of the water storage cavity 111 are arranged at the upper end of the humidifier body 1, an atomization sheet 13 is arranged at the bottom of the atomization cavity 112, an atomization cover 14 is arranged on the atomization cavity 112, the atomization cover 14 is provided with a mist outlet 141, a tunnel communication structure is arranged between the atomization cavity 112 and the water storage cavity 111 to communicate the atomization cavity 112 with the water storage cavity 111 through the tunnel communication structure, a water outlet and a water valve 22 positioned at the water outlet are arranged at the bottom of the water tub 2, and a water outlet controller 12 for controlling the water valve 22 to be opened or closed is arranged in the water storage cavity 111. Therefore, when the water valve 22 is opened by the water drain controller 12, water in the water bucket 2 flows from the water drain port to the water storage cavity 111 through the water valve 22, and water in the water storage cavity 111 supplies water to the atomization cavity 112 through the tunnel communication structure, and the water entering the atomization cavity 112 is atomized and fogged by the atomizing sheet 13 to realize a humidifying function.
In addition, a stepped portion is provided on an outer wall of the atomizing cover 14 on a side facing the water tub 2, and when the water tub 2 is placed in the water storage chamber 11, at least a portion of a bottom end of the water tub 2 is erected on the stepped portion, so that the water tub 2 is supported by the stepped portion to allow the water drain controller 12 to be disposed at a bottom of the water storage chamber 111 and to be engaged with the water valve 22 at the bottom of the water tub 2.
Because the atomizing cavity 112 is located the lateral surface of the water storage cavity 111, the bucket 2 is arranged in the water storage cavity 111 and the atomizing cover 14 is arranged on the atomizing cavity 112, so that the atomizing cover 14 is arranged separately from the water tank 2 and the atomizing cover 14 is located the lateral surface of the water tank 2, the atomizing cover 14 is not required to be taken away when water is pumped from the water storage cavity 111 to the bucket 2, and the atomizing cavity 112 can work normally. Because the water bucket 2 does not directly supply water to the atomizing cavity 112, but is provided with the water storage cavity 111 between the water bucket 2 and the atomizing cavity 112, the water bucket 2 supplies water to the water storage cavity 111 for the first time through the water storage cavity 111 by matching the water valve 22 with the water controller 12, and then the water of the water bucket 2 is temporarily stored and then is supplied to the atomizing cavity 112 for the second time through the water storage cavity 111 by a tunnel communication structure. Therefore, when the user takes the water bucket 2 out of the water storage cavity 111 to add water in the use process of the humidifier, although the atomization cavity 112 only has a small amount of water to maintain the atomization sheet 13 to continue to work for a short time, enough water is stored in the water storage cavity 111 to continue to supply water to the atomization cavity 112, the atomization sheet 13 can continue to work, and the atomization cover 14 is separated from the water bucket 2, so that the steam fog in the atomization cavity can still be normally led out through the atomization cover 14 after the water bucket 2 is pulled out, and the humidifier still keeps uninterrupted in the process of taking the water bucket 2 out of the humidifier body 1 to add water without affecting the humidifying function.
As further shown in fig. 4-6, in one embodiment, the upper end of the humidifier body 1 is provided with an open-structured cavity 11, the drain controller 12 and the atomizing plate 13 are both provided with a cavity bottom of the cavity 11, the lower end of the atomizing cover 14 is covered on the atomizing plate 13 so as to form an atomizing cavity 112 in the atomizing cover 14, and a water storage cavity 111 is formed between the outer side surface of the atomizing cover 14 and the inner side wall of the cavity 11. The upper end of the atomization cover 14 is provided with a fog outlet 141, the atomization cover 14 is provided with an air duct 142, the upper end of the air duct 142 is provided with an air duct air inlet 143, the inner side wall of the cavity 11 is provided with a body air inlet 15, the air duct air inlet 143 is communicated with the body air inlet 15, and the lower end of the air duct 142 is communicated with the lower end of the atomization cover 14. The fan communicated with the body air inlet 15 is arranged outside the cavity 11 of the humidifier body 1, air generated by the fan enters the air duct 142 after passing through the body air inlet 15 and the air duct air inlet 143, and the air enters the atomization cavity 112 after passing through the air duct 142, so that liquid mist generated by the oscillation of the atomization sheet 13 in the atomization cavity 112 is brought to the mist outlet 141 to be discharged, and a humidifying effect of rapid mist discharging is achieved.
In one embodiment, to facilitate removal and cleaning of the humidifier, the lower end of the atomizing cover 14 is removably mounted to the bottom of the cavity 11. For example, a rib 16 is arranged at the bottom of the cavity 11 and located at the periphery of the atomizing sheet 13, and the lower end of the atomizing cover 14 is connected with the rib 16 or/and the inner side wall of the cavity 11 in a sealing manner through a first sealing ring 17, so that the cavity 11 is separated into a water storage cavity 111 and an atomizing cavity 112 which are not directly communicated through the atomizing cover 14. Therefore, when the humidifier needs to be cleaned, the cavity 11 and the atomization cover 14 can be conveniently cleaned by directly removing the atomization cover 14, and the humidifier is simple in operation and convenient to use.
Wherein, cask 2 is equipped with bung 21 and handle 23, is equipped with spacing convex part 24 at the upper end of cask 2, and the inside wall of cavity 11 is equipped with the spacing groove 19 that cooperatees with spacing convex part 24, when cask 2 was placed in retaining chamber 111, thereby spacing convex part 24 is located spacing groove 19 and makes cask 2 spacing fixed mounting.
In addition, the drain controller 12 is a lever type floating ball structure, an electromagnetic valve, a motor or an air pump. In general, the drain controller 12 uses a lever type floating ball structure including a lever rotatably provided on the bracket 18, a floating ball provided at a first end of the lever, and a force application portion provided at a second end of the lever, and a bracket 18 is provided at a bottom of the water storage chamber 111 (i.e., a bottom of the cavity 11). When the water level in the water storage cavity 111 is low, the floating ball moves upwards along with the water level in the water storage cavity 111 so that the force application part touches the water valve 22 to open the water valve 22, and water in the water bucket 2 flows into the water storage cavity 111 through the water valve 22; as the water level in the water storage cavity 111 increases, the floating ball moves downwards along with the water level in the water storage cavity 111, the force application part does not touch the water valve 22 any more to close the water valve 22, so that water in the water bucket 2 can not flow into the water storage cavity 111 any more, and therefore, the automatic water supply of the water bucket 2 to the water storage cavity 111 is realized through the water valve 22 and the water drainage controller 12.
In order to prevent the water valve 22 from overflowing out of the humidifier after the water in the water tank 2 flows into the water storage cavity 111 without limit in case of failure, so that the surrounding environment of the humidifier is wetted or the water enters the humidifier body 1 through the body air inlet 15 to generate potential safety hazard, the effective capacity of the water storage cavity 111 (the effective capacity of the water storage cavity 111 is determined by the position of the body air inlet 15, that is, the maximum capacity of the water storage cavity 111 when the liquid level in the water storage cavity 111 does not exceed the body air inlet 15) is not smaller than the maximum capacity of the water tank 2. Thus, when the water bucket 2 is placed in the water storage cavity 111, even if the water valve 22 fails to cause water in the water bucket 2 to flow into the water storage cavity 111 uncontrollably until the liquid level in the water bucket 2 is consistent with the liquid level in the water storage cavity 111, at this time, the effective capacity of the water storage cavity 111 is not smaller than the maximum capacity of the water bucket 2, so that the liquid level in the water storage cavity 111 cannot exceed the body air inlet 15, and potential safety hazards caused by leakage of water in the water storage cavity 111 from the body air inlet 15 can be avoided.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 1, 2, 5 and 7, embodiment 1 of the tunnel communication structure includes: a water inlet 31 and a water outlet 32 respectively arranged in the water storage cavity 111 and the atomizing cavity 112, and a pipeline 33 connected between the water inlet 31 and the water outlet 32. Preferably, the water inlet 31 and the water outlet 32 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity 111 and the bottom of the atomizing cavity 112, so that water in the water storage cavity 111 flows into the atomizing cavity 112 from the water outlet 32 after entering the pipeline 33 from the water inlet 31, and the purpose of secondary water supplementing of the atomizing cavity 112 by the water storage cavity 111 is realized. In a preferred embodiment, a heating device 34 (for example, the heating device 34 is a PTC heater, an electrothermal tube, an electrothermal film, or the like) is disposed on the pipeline 33, and the water flowing through the pipeline 33 is heated by the heating device 34, so that hot water is provided to the atomizing cavity 112, and the hot water cup atomizing sheet 13 generates hot mist after atomizing, so that the humidifier provides hot mist humidification.
Referring to fig. 8, embodiment 2 of the tunnel communication structure includes water replenishment holes 30 provided at the lower end of the ribs 16 and/or the atomizing cover 14, and water in the water storage chamber 111 flows into the atomizing chamber 112 through the water replenishment holes 30.
As shown in connection with fig. 9, embodiment 3 of the tunnel communication structure includes: the water inlet 31 and the water outlet 32 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity 111 and the bottom of the atomizing cavity 112, namely, the water inlet 31 and the water outlet 32 are arranged at the bottom of the cavity 11, the water inlet 31 is positioned at the water storage cavity 111, the water outlet 32 is positioned at the atomizing cavity 112, and the end cover 35 is fixed at the bottom of the outer cavity of the cavity 11 through the second sealing ring 36, and the water inlet 31 and the water outlet 32 are positioned in the end cover 35. Therefore, a water supply channel which is communicated with the water inlet 31 and the water outlet 32 is formed between the end cover 35 and the outer cavity bottom of the cavity 11, so that water in the water bucket 2 can be supplied to the atomizing cavity 112 through the water storage cavity 111 and the atomizing sheet 13 can keep normal atomizing and humidifying operation.
Referring to fig. 10, the upper water adding humidifier disclosed by the invention can be the same as a traditional or existing upper water adding humidifier, and can be used for directly adding water into the water barrel 2 after a user opens the water barrel cover 21 of the water barrel 2, so that the operation is simple, convenient and quick, and the normal work of the humidifier is not influenced. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 11, in the humidifying operation process of the upper water adding humidifier disclosed by the invention, a user can directly take out the water barrel 2 from the water storage cavity 111 through the handle 23 after taking down the water barrel cover 21, and put the water barrel 2 back into the water storage cavity 111 after lifting the water barrel 2 to a water source for adding water, and the water storage cavity 111 can continuously supplement water for the atomizing cavity 112 in the whole humidifying operation process, so that the humidifier can be ensured to maintain an uninterrupted humidifying operation state.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present application is not intended to be limiting, but is intended to cover any and all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the present application.
